(00:08):
All right, time for our NationalCrime update.
And there's all kinds of things to keep our eyes on here,
America today, Jim Watkins, Michael Letts is on the line,
CEO and founder of Invest usa.org.
Hey, Michael, how are you? And I did all the talking
yesterday. So I know today, just starting
off the day we had two major arrests of a large cachet of

(00:31):
felony migrants, I guess that's the way to put it in San
Antonio, a major bust there, andalso Chicago.
So it sounds at least just starting things off on that
front. Everything is proceeding and the
home and his team are doing whatthey're doing best, which is,
you know, rounding up these criminals, right?
That's correct. You know, we have made a

(00:52):
commitment to doing that, of course, been an awful lot of
opposition from the left, but wehave not stopped in any form or
fashion. In fact, you know, there has
been a request now from Christie, from the secretary of
Homeland Security and the president has endorsed it, to go
ahead and bring in National Guard troops to make sure we can

(01:13):
speed up this process. We're picking up hundreds at a
time. You said, wow, that's a
tremendous amount. But consider the billions that
came in. There's still a pretty good
disparity there. So and quite frankly, you
remember our main objective has been to get the criminal element
off the street first and foremost.
And we're still on that aspect of it.
Yes, we have picked up some who are not criminals or just, I

(01:36):
mean, they're criminals because they're here illegally, but they
haven't committed any other crime.
But that has been more of a happened to be the wrong place
at the wrong time instead of being targeted, because I
actually targeted those that areonly here illegally just yet.
We're targeting first those thatare here illegally that have
committed Major Crimes. And yeah, it's a long list.
It's going to take a little while.
And that's why we've done what Ihave suggested for quite some

(01:59):
time, that we're going to have to tie in with the military
personnel to get this job done. For those on the left that are
saying, oh, we're going to a dictatorship, tyrant state, no,
this is just a temporary assignment, temporary measure so
we can maintain control and makeour states, the streets safe
again. It won't take long, Jim, but we

(02:20):
have to make sure that we have the upper hand.
And not a bunch of activist judges that are getting in the
way of, of what we're trying to accomplish here, which is
cleaning up the streets from people who broke in and they
have not very good intent. I have heard something come
across my desk yesterday. You want to comment on it?
But I understand that two of thelargest cartels and I think

(02:42):
there's about 5 major drug cartels South of the border
specifically in Mexico and two of them are merging having one.
Can you give any insight into that what that's about?
Well, quite frankly, you know, Itold you initially this was a
few months ago when you taking action on the border because of
the fact that they had threatened American citizens and
carried through on some of those.

(03:03):
And we said we were not going totolerate their threat on
American lives or having armaments and ordinances that it
just hundreds of feet across theriver that are aimed and pointed
in America. So we do not advertise you won't
see it anywhere but covert operations were taken and those
were eliminated. But remember, I warned that once

(03:23):
we, our process is not to just to disengage or or to messed up
their operation, but it's to eliminate them.
When I told you we did the elimination that there would be
those after the fact that want to try to pull together and take
over the reins. You know, the new reins, that's
what you're seeing now because of the fact that we have been so

(03:44):
successful, their fire challengeare not as big as they were.
They're devoid of leadership. And so that's what we've been
targeting. And quite frankly, now they're
trying to put themselves together to become a stronger
force. They counter what we're doing,
but quite frankly, they're doingtwo things to counter.
Again, this is a concern. They're trying to merge

(04:05):
together. And of course we can handle
that. We can handle the force aspect.
But the second thing they're doing now is they're flying to
Canada and they're coming into the Canadian border because of
the fact that Canada is not enforcing its commitments to the
United States to help monitor the borders and to help provide
security to keep illegals from coming across.

(04:26):
So that's going to be a big concern.
You know, I mean, that's Canadian borders, a lot bigger
than the southern border. And it's a lot more sparse as
well. And of course, we know the
Canadians, like you say, they'resoft on crime when it comes to
illegal border crossings. There was something that I saw
also come across my desk. I don't know if you've picked up

(04:47):
on it, but it's a lot of criticism right now towards Pam
Bondi. There's a sense of frustration
in the country that we're hearing about all these
investigations and files and everything, but they're not
seems to be any attention grabbing headlines on notable
people who are being arrested for crimes.
We know that, but we suspect that they committed.

(05:09):
So what's tying Pam Pam Bondi's hands right now?
Quite frankly, there's a number of aspects and she has kind of
set herself up for some criticism from the standpoint,
you know, initially she was on the news every day and we
discovered this corruption and we're going to take a look at
this, take a look at that. Of course it gets American

(05:29):
people excited, but what she failed to do is to tell you how
long it takes to go from identifying something to getting
it a open file, getting it investigated by the agency, the
Bureau, who's who you're talkingabout.
Remember, most of these agenciesare kind of short press now
because we've had such correction, we've had to let a
lot of people go and so don't have enough personnel to begin

(05:52):
with. And then she took a firm
position. We don't move anything forward
until we have every T crossed, every I dotted.
That delays things even further.Well, the American public says
we're tired of things being delayed.
We've heard that on a previous administration.
You delay them until we forget about them, and we're just not
going to tolerate that anymore. So she has left herself open to

(06:15):
the criticism by doing that. And quite frankly, my position
has been all along, if we have enough information to move with
a grand jury, we need to convenethe grand juries, issue
indictments. We can always modify and add and
amend indictments. But quite frankly, it's time to
get the ball rolling because theAmerican people need to

(06:37):
understand that we're going to see some action, and they don't
right now, quite frankly, Jim. Yeah, we don't need a dragnet,
we just need one or two to send the message.
I do want to ask you 2 questionshere. 1 is on Bruce Springsteen
and then other on the P Diddy. So got about two minutes on on
the Diddy trial. It sounds like it almost looks
like a lover's spat and the the crimes that he's being charged

(06:59):
with, prostitute, sex trafficking and maybe extortion
and some others. But the case doesn't seem to be
moving in that direction. It's more about his drug abuse
and and her whether or not she was truly against a lot of the
things that they were doing. It doesn't seem to be zeroing in
on the sex trafficking part. It's more like a relationship

(07:21):
spat that I'm watching. What's your take on that?
And then answer that first. Well, quite frankly, that is the
perception that we are allowing to be given.
But if you'll notice, we're getting a lot of information on
the sex trafficking. We're just not disclosing it yet
because we have to cross vet it and verify.
Last thing you want to do is accuse or even put out

(07:43):
information on sex trafficking and it not be accurate.
But no, I mean, you know, I knowthe general public will perceive
it that way because that's what the mainstream media is picking
up on all of you. They don't want the sex
trafficking discussed either. Why are we not pushing back to
make sure? I don't know that there is not
the headline. This is the headline because
we're having an event all this first and we are betting it.
And quite frankly, I am pleased to tell you we are gathering

(08:06):
more information. The American public has any idea
that we are gathering and it's going to be devastating all.
Right. Well, I know I can count on you
for that. And then finally, Bruce
Springsteen's outspout and, you know, all kinds of stuff.
Nonsense. Now the president supposedly is
investigating him. What?
What is he being investigated for?
And is it legitimate or is it just that, you know, don't make
fun of the president or I'll come after you?

(08:27):
What is it? No, it's legitimate.
I mean, you know, and quite frankly, I'm glad you mentioned
that because we'll have to have discussions to make sure the
public clearly understands. If you've got the question, Jim,
there are a lot of other people that has a question.
It's not Bruce Springsteen, Springsteen.
I mean, Springsteen starting criticism now.
I'm doing it to it. It's the fact that what happened

(08:49):
during the Harris campaign, she paid entertainers for
endorsements. And that's a violation of the of
the Election Commission rules. You can't do that.
Yes, I can hire you, Jim, to complete a ban.
I cannot hire you to endorse me.And the fees that they are being
charged were 10 times more than what they would charge normally

(09:13):
break concerts. So we're investigating.
Why did you charge so much? And you know, that's well,
where, where will it lead? Obviously that's probably a
little harder to prove that you know you aren't just being paid
to entertain, that you're being paid to endorse.
Yeah, well, also Beyoncé. Beyoncé and a whole list of
other people too. Yeah, I mean, you can't.

(09:34):
So that's. That's right.
It's not just Bruce that's beingtaken a look at.
It's the whole campaign, Harris campaign.
All right, well, listen, we're out of time, but we'll see you
back here in 24 hours. Invest usa.org is his
organization. Michael, we'll talk to you in 24
hours. Have have a good day.
You do the same game. God bless.

(09:55):
God Bless America. We keep chipping away.
We're going to get victory.
