Truth and Justice don’t always agree. We’re here to bring attention to the cases where the American Criminal Justice system got it wrong.
In this week's episode, we learn all about the case from a "bird's eye view". In later episodes, we'll be going into more detail about each aspect of the case from the persons involved, to the witnesses, to the evidence that finally convinced a jury of 12 to convict Brandon of Capital Murder.
In Episode 0, narrator Scott Poggensee explains why the American Justice Podcast came about. He explains how you, the American Justice Army, can help with cases of wrongful convictions. Also, if you know of anyone that was wrongfully convicted, please feel free to contact us at 972-942-0444. You can also email info@americanjusticepodcast.com.
