Her company, Victory Bolt & Specialty earned the ranking of the 13th largest woman-owned business in the Charlotte metropolitan area and the only woman-owned industrial business in Union County. it was also an innovator and leader in revolutionizing a more turnkey solution-focused approach to serving customers more efficiently and cost-effectively.

Renee built her professional stature as an authoritative leader that rebuilt and redefined the company as various hurdles and challenges presented themselves. Which played a significant role in her ability to see problems as opportunities disguised as challenges to help her grow and learn.

Renee is excited to bring Victory Circles to the marketplace, leveraging her know-how with a professional and proprietary curriculum for mastermind forums with a faith-first-before-work mindset.
