In this episode, my friend Urmi Hossain and I speak on culture, identity, and women's empowerment. Most importantly, we address our cultural identities and how this affects who we are to others, our families, and ourselves. Here is a little more about Urmi.

Urmi is a self-published author and polyglot. She is a YouTuber, blogger, mentor, and speaker and advocates for women's empowerment. Urmi is currently volunteering with two big organizations, 100 Women in Finance and Women in Leadership, respectively. She is a big proponent of self-investment and a lifelong learner.
