TALK TO ME, TEXT IT

Holiday lights, hot takes, and a double-header that doesn’t flinch. We open the first day of December with a quick pulse check—trees up, Elfie sighting, and a birthday countdown—then dive straight into a blistering report card on the FBI under Director Cash Patel with Dan Bongino as deputy. The critique, sourced from active and retired insiders, calls the bureau a “rudderless ship,” dings Patel’s judgment in the wake of the Charlie Kirk assassination case, and accuses leadership of chasing optics and social media clout. We unpack the claims, the anonymous “Alpha” sources, and the old fault lines over politicization and culture. Are these red flags about competence, or a factional knife fight dressed up as accountability?

Then we pivot from political turbulence to a medical shocker: the rise of “scromiting,” the colloquial term for cannabinoid hyperemesis syndrome. Chronic cannabis users are reporting waves of extreme nausea, violent vomiting, and abdominal pain—sometimes for days—leading to dehydration, ER visits, and scary recoveries. We examine why the condition is spiking, what researchers and clinicians are seeing, and how social platforms like TikTok spread both warnings and confusion. The hard truth is simple and unglamorous: frequency matters, potency matters, and for some, the only real fix is to stop.

Throughout, we keep the tone candid and curious, testing how we judge credibility—whether it’s law enforcement under scrutiny or health risks wrapped in internet virality. If you’re here for media literacy, institutional trust, and straight talk on personal choices, you’ll feel right at home. Stream now, share with a friend who loves a lively debate, and tell us: is your Christmas tree up yet? If you enjoyed the conversation, follow the show, leave a rating, and drop your take in the comments—we read every one.

SPEAKER_00 (00:30):
Good morning.
Happy December 1st.
We are in December, y'all.
Christmas season is upon us.
Thanksgiving is over.
The tree is up at our house.
We have Elfie here has visitedour house, Chicken Pop's house.
We are ready.
I know it's only December 1st.

(00:50):
But, and I have a birthdaycoming up before Christmas.
So just saying.
The last of my 50s.
I will be 59 in a couple ofweeks.
Alright.
Let's see.
I only have two stories for you.
Um I couldn't find anythingworth a damn.

(01:13):
And I don't even know if thesestories that I have for you are
worth a damn.
The first one up damning reportlabels FBI rudderless ship under
Cash Patel.
With he and Dan Bongino moreconcerned with building personal
resumes.
Wow.

(01:34):
Oh, you know, everybody lovedthey wanted Cash Patel.
All the public, the generalpopulation wanted, well, I say
general population, the onespaying attention to the news
back in the day, wanted CashPatel as the FBI director.
Well, they got their wish, andnow, almost on day one, they

(01:54):
hate him.
And Dan Bongino.
Dan Bon Gino, I think, is themost surprising.
Now, I didn't really know ofCash Patel before he got this
position.
I have heard of him, but Ididn't follow him or anything
like that.
I don't know his background orwhere he came from or anything
like that.
Dan Bongino, though, I knew himbecause of him being on Fox News

(02:16):
a lot, uh, his podcast.
Now, I did I never watched asingle episode of his podcast,
but you know, they would showclips of it.
So of course I knew who he was.
And, you know, he was always oneof those bombastic voices that
uh would say kind of outrageousthings with no evidence.

(02:38):
But and then, you know, he said,ah, you know, da-da-da,
conspiracy kind of thing.
And then when he gets the job,he goes completely in the
opposite direction.
So, here we go.
FBI Director Cash Patel isfacing withering criticism from
an alliance of active duty andretired agents and analysts days

(02:59):
after the White House deniedmedia reports that the president
is about to fire him.
A troubling new report card onthe first six months of Patel's
leadership concludes he is inover his head and his deputy Dan
Bongino is something of a clown, according to the Alliance, which

(03:20):
in two previous reports warnedabout crippling DEI and
politicization of the FBI duringthe Biden administration.
I wonder though, now, since thisuh article is coming out
criticizing them, the media iscriticizing them.
Now I wonder if the people willturn back and be for and be

(03:43):
positive of Cash Patel and DanBongino.
Watch my watch watch what I say.
Uh let's see, moving on.
The Patel led FBI is describedin the 115-page report as a
rudderless ship and all effedup.
Wow.
Patel is described by multipleinternal sources as
inexperienced, with one sourcesaying he has neither the

(04:06):
breadth of experience nor thebearing an FBI director needs to
be successful.
Now keep in mind these areinsiders that are saying this.
So you gotta wonder that this isthe deep state trying to come
out against them.
And you watch, watch my word.
Now that this criticism iscoming out against them, now the

(04:28):
people will be pro-Pattel andBangino again, now that this
scathing report has come out.
However, an additional sourcedescribed him as very personable
and likable, while noting hecreated a culture of mistrust
and uncertainty among the ranks.
Okay?
Some of the heavy criticismstems from Patel's behavior in

(04:50):
Salt Lake City after the CharlieKirk assassination.
Uh-oh.
He is accused of givingpremature public remarks.
I don't think so.
That potentially jeopardized theinvestigation, taking credit for
the work of other agencies whenthe suspect was arrested and for
yelling and swearing at theagent in charge.
Uh-oh.
Both he and Bonjino werecriticized for arrogance and an

(05:13):
unfortunate obsession withsocial media.
I didn't see that at all.
Did you guys see that when thiswent down with Charlie Kirk
getting arresting his the guywho shot him?
I didn't see that at all.
Maybe, you know, it was coveredup.
I don't think so.
They seemed like they were allworking together.

(05:33):
But who knows really?
One source said they need tostop talking, stop posing, and
just be professional.
Another said they are spendingtoo much time on social media
and public relations.
I don't think so, because I'veseen some of their some of their
tweets, and it's not I don'tthink it's too much.
But what do I know?

(05:54):
Uh the report was written in thestyle of an official FBI
intelligence assessment, analyzing reports from 24 FBI
sources and subsources and usingantidotes to illustrate
troubling themes.
The case of the medium-sizedraid jacket is one example.
On September 11th, 2025, the dayafter Kirk was assassinated,

(06:16):
Patel flew into Provo, Utah onthe FBI jet, but would not
disembark from the plane withoutan FBI raid jacket, according to
Alpha 99, a highly respectedsource who has served in the FBI
for multiple decades.
Why?
I don't get that.
Patel apparently did not havehis own FBI raid jacket with him

(06:37):
and refused to step from theplane without wearing one.
Okay, if that is true, that isso dumb and juvenile.
Jacket trouble.
FBI special agents at the SaltLake City field office, busy
working on the Kirk case, had tostop and ask around to find an
FBI raid jacket, a medium-sizedone that would fit.

(06:59):
Okay, this is gettingridiculous.
With a jacket belonging to afemale agent, was delivered to
Patel on the plane.
He complained that two areas onthe upper sleeves did not have
velcro patches attached.
Is is this for real?
Is this article for real?
Come on.
Patel would not leave the planeuntil he had two patches to

(07:21):
cover those areas.
So who knows if this is real?
Come on, this is getting alittle nitty-gritty, a little
petty, don't you think?
Uh in another situation at theFBI Academy in Quantico,
Virginia, Patel was said to beupset when he heard about a
discussion that took place amonga few dozen FBI personnel about

(07:43):
his request that he be issued anFBI firearm.
When details of the discussionwere leaked, Patel ordered
everyone to get polygraphs tofind out who had criticized him,
according to the source, namedAlpha 95, who is described as a
highly respected leader andperson of integrity.
I wonder who this Alpha 95 is.

(08:05):
Alpha 95 was dismayed by theorder to conduct polygraph
examination.
Who is this Alpha 95 person?
He's probably got it.
He's got to be an anti-Trump uhdeep state person, I would
think, probably a James Comeytype supporter, probably.
This goes on and on and on.

(08:26):
So if you would like to go readthat, that is over on my X-File.
Moving on to something a littlemore or a little less
controversial, maybe?
Maybe not.
I don't know.
Chronic pot smokers, wornscrommating pain is worse than

(08:46):
childbirth.
Almost died from it.
Come on, give me a break.
Okay, I have no sympathy for potsmokers at all.
The people that use it that forrecreational use or not for
medical purposes, I have nosympathy for you whatsoever.
Skromiting, it's a new term,y'all.

(09:09):
Or the screaming, it's it meansor the screaming and vomiting
brought on by chronic cannabisuse.
Well, how about this?
Stop smoking it.
It's worse than childbirth.
How now this has to be a womanspeaking, not a man, because a
man would know nothing aboutchildbirth, okay?
According to TikTok users whosay they've experienced both.

(09:33):
So this is coming from women.
So shut up.
The the It's some of the worstphysical pain I've ever
experienced in my life.
And I birthed him a nine-poundbaby, said somebody pointed,
pointing to her son.
I was crying and screaming likeI can't take this anymore.

(09:54):
I'm just begging God, pleasemake it stop, she said.
Scromiting.
Well then stop smoking pot.
It says chronic smoker.
So she does this over and overand over again.
No sympathy whatsoever.
And you have a child.
Fuck you.
I was crying and screaming.
Okay, I already said that.
Scromiting, the collequ thecolic colloquial term for

(10:17):
cannabinoid hypermesis syndrome, can initially last up to 48
hours.
Good.
I hope you get it.
With people reportedly puckingpuking up to 30 times a day.
Chronic pot smokers can thensuffer from its nausea and
severe abdominal pain for years.
Good.

(10:37):
Stoners have taken to socialmedia to warn others of that
torturous condition.
I almost died from it.
I couldn't eat or drink for aweek.
I was throwing up 24-7, claimedLiz Hanniford, who said she was
smoking three to four times aday for more than four hours.

(10:58):
What is wrong with people?
Why so she obviously doesn'thave a job.
She said it took her a long timeto connect her condition to
smoking the weed.
I threw up at first and Icontinued to smoke, threw up
again, continued to smoke, shesaid in another video.
Another user reenacted reenacteda scrompeting episode for her

(11:22):
Why?
Scromiting leads to severedehydration and loss of
electrolytes and can be fatal, according to a study by
researchers at the University ofIllinois.
Well, okay, and published in theGAMMA Network Open Medical
Journal.
It is also on the rise.
The disturbing analysis showedthat related emergency room

(11:43):
visits since 2016 have increaseddramatically since the pandemic.
Another TikTok user postedphotos of herself in a hospital
bed after a particularly badepisode.
Well, there you go.
Skromiting from chronic potsmoking.

(12:12):
Okay, the question of the day isdo you have your Christmas tree
up?
That's the question.
Alright, gotta go.
Thanks for listening.
Happy Monday.
Happy December 1st.
