TALK TO ME, TEXT IT

A decorated Marine veteran who survived multiple deployments to Iraq now fights for his life after being shot by an individual who should never have been on our streets. Jimmy Fries, a 44-year-old father of a five-month-old baby, was working as a security guard when he attempted to confiscate a weapon from a patron at El Patio Sports Bar in San Antonio. The confrontation ended with Fries being shot three times, including once through the neck, leaving him paralyzed and unable to speak.

The shooter, Wilmer Vladimir Ortiga Ruiz, had been arrested four times previously, repeatedly released on minimal bond amounts, and consistently failed to appear for court hearings. Each time, instead of facing deportation or serious consequences, charges were reduced and opportunities for freedom were extended. The district attorney's decision to pursue only aggravated assault charges rather than attempted murder has further outraged the victim's family, who believe justice is being deliberately undermined through prosecutorial decisions that prioritize leniency over public safety.

Beyond this heartbreaking story, we examine claims of a physical altercation between Elon Musk and Treasury Secretary Scott Besant, with the White House characterizing what some reports described as a body-check as merely a "robust disagreement." We also explore a bombshell Pentagon report suggesting that military officials deliberately planted UFO conspiracy theories about Area 51 to provide cover for classified weapons programs. These narratives reveal a troubling pattern of institutional manipulation and information control that should concern every American who values transparency and accountability. What do you believe about Area 51? Are there aliens, or is it all an elaborate government misdirection? Share your thoughts with us and join the conversation!

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Well, hello, good morning.
Another week, another dollar,right?
Um, los Angeles is burning down.
I look, I'm not gonna cover itbecause you're gonna hear all
about it today all over the news.
I hope I'm sure, um, but Ihonestly don't know how it
started because I, sorry, havenot been paying attention that

(00:21):
much to it and I don't know why.
Well, well, we went out of townthis weekend so I wasn't really
in tune with the news like Inormally am.
Uh, I guess it started over theweekend with because there were
protesters look, can we justcall them little terrorists
instead of protesters, becausethat's what they are.
The way nick sorter reported itwas that it was an invasion by

(00:44):
a bunch of mexicans or illegalsor whatever here taking over the
streets of los angeles, and itwas, I guess, because they were
protesting.
Ice, ice agents.
I'm not sure how it started.
Maybe you can school me in onthat, or I'll hear about it
today, now that I'm going to belistening to the news again.
So you know I'm not going tosay anything about it, because

(01:08):
what can I say?
I'm going to go on with theother stories that I'm going to
bring you that you're notprobably going to hear about in
the news because of all theother stuff, you did actually
hear about this one thing in thenews, and it is the marine vet
fighting for his life, paralyzedafter being shot by a legal

(01:30):
migrant, surprise, surprise whohad been arrested and released
not once, not twice, not threetimes, but four times that we
know of.
And this guy has afive-month-old baby.
He was working as a securityguard at a bar, I believe.
So he's from texas.
He's fighting for his lifeafter a serial recidivist,

(01:54):
illegal migrant how aboutillegal alien, illegal person
being here who shot him while hewas working as a security guard
, excuse me, sorry.
And his outraged family saysthe Democratic District attorney
in San Antonio is soft, peddling the charges after
letting his attacker walk freefollowing four prior arrests.

(02:18):
What happened to three strikes?
You're out.
Remember that?
I think that was a Bill Clintonthing.
Jimmy fries, 44, who survivedmultiple overseas deployments,
including to Iraq, during his 14years in the Marines, is now
paralyzed and can no longerspeak.
He was working at the El PatioSports Bar and that's what it

(02:40):
says El Patio Sports Bar when hespotted a man apparently
carrying a handgun in his pocketand tried to confiscate it.
His brother-in-law, emmanuelmartinez told the post.
The customer, identified bycops as wilmer vladimir ortiga
ruiz, 29, refused to give up thepistol and they fought over and

(03:01):
, surprise, surprise, the guygot shot three times twice in
the bulletproof vest he waswearing and once through the
neck.
All right, you ready to hearwhat all this guy was arrested
for?
Otiga Ruiz was first arrested inSan Antonio and charged with a
DWI in October of 2020.
According to court records, hewas let go on a personal

(03:22):
recognition bond but failed toshow in court.
The Bexar County DistrictAttorney's Office then
downgraded the DWI charge toobstructing a passageway.
So he gets charged with the DWI, doesn't show up to court and
they say, okay, well, let'slessen the charge.
What in the hell?
Ortega-ruez pleaded guilty tothat charge but violated the

(03:44):
terms of his probation surprise, surprise and was arrested for a
second time in August of 2023.
Why is he still here?
When they arrested him, sendhis ass back.
What in the world?
He was let go again afterposting only $1,500 bond amount

(04:05):
and failed to show up in courtfor a later hearing.
Surprise, surprise, the illegalmigrant got collared a third
time in September of 2023, justmonths later and bonded out for
another $1,500, again failing toshow in court at a later
hearing.
These people, just these people, just don't care.
He was arrested.
He was then arrested for afourth time in november 2024

(04:28):
again months later, oh my goshand sentenced to time served
nearly three weeks later.
Wow, they know they're notsaying what all he was arrested
for, but he was still arrested.
And then let go, didn't show up.
Arrested, let go, didn't showup, my goodness.
Ortega Ruiz was also allegedlythe center of an assault

(04:49):
investigation in which hisgirlfriend reported he
physically attacked her.
Surprise, surprise.
I mean, this is their MO, thisis what they do.
But he had fled the scenebefore cops arrived.
Of course he did.
Law enforcement sources said hesneaked into the country as a
gotaway, but he didn't.
He wasn't a gotaway becausethey caught his ass four GD

(05:11):
times and they did nothing.
N-o-t-h-i-n-g, my goodness.
So meanwhile, the Bexar CountyDistrict Attorney's Office has
only pursued aggravated assaultcharges against Ortega Ruiz and
set his bond amount at $200,000in his latest alleged offense.

(05:33):
So they're only charging himwith aggravated assault.
How about attempted fuckingmurder?
These people?
I swear I can't, I can't.
I sound like Keith.
I can't F them.
I just, I, I, I, I, I just Ican't.
I'm like, sound like Keith, Ican't f them.
I just I, I, I, I just I giveup.
I don't know what to do.
There's nothing I can do.

(05:54):
I'm just a little person overhere, you know, doing a stupid
podcast, reading these things.
What do you do?
All right, this next story isso bizarre to me I don't believe
a fucking word of it.
White House press secretarybrushes off reports about Musk
being body checked by thetreasury chief, besent robust

(06:16):
disagreement from the new yorkpost.
There was a previous articleover the weekend and I almost
put it out there and I thought,no, I am not gonna help propel
this bullshit.
It was reported, uh, in the newyork post and it was reporting
that steve bannon said all ofthis and witnessed this.
And I'm sorry, you may be aSteve Bannon fan, take him with

(06:41):
a grain of salt, I don't carefor him at all.
White House okay, here we go.
White House Press SecretaryCaroline Leavitt on Sunday
downplayed reports Elon Muskbody-checked Treasury Secretary
Scott Besant in a heated meeting, calling their dispute simply a
robust disagreement.
Leavitt acknowledged to FoxNews Sunday Morning Futures that

(07:03):
she wasn't in the room when theApril dust-up took place, but
contended she wouldn't call it afistfight.
Based on what she heardsecondhand about the scrum,
which supposedly included muskramming into besant's rib cage
like a rugby player, I certainlywouldn't describe it as a fist
fight.
Maria levitt levitt told hostmaria bartirimo after the

(07:29):
journalist characterized it asmuch.
It was definitely adisagreement.
Although I was not there, Ididn't witness it with my own
eyes.
When the story originally broke,I said from the podium that
there have definitely beenhealthy disagreements amongst
the cabinet and Elon Musk.
She said there were times inwhich they got frustrated with
one another.

(07:49):
Of course that's to be expected, but I think that really speaks
to the heart of this cabinetand the president's team and
they can have these robustdisagreements and then still
come together to do the rightthing.
So apparently the originalstory was that they were in this
meeting.
Trump was not president.
A president Trump was not there, present in the room, when this

(08:11):
happened.
But apparently this is what wasreported by Steve Bannon I
don't even know if he was in theroom or not saying that Besant
was calling Elon a fraud, likeout to his face, out loud,
calling him a fraud, and thenElon got mad and kind of body
checked him in the you know, like a rugby player.
Come on, I don't believe any ofthat.

(08:33):
Not at all.
All right, next story and thelast one Pentagon secretly
planted Area 51 UFO conspiracytheory to hide classified
weapons program.
In a bombshell report this, Ibelieve conspiracy theories,

(08:59):
including about aliens beinghoused at Area 51 in Nevada,
were fueled by the Pentagon inan attempt to provide cover for
secret weapons programs.
According to a bombshell reportthis I believe a review by the
Department of Defense found thatin 1980s, an Air Force colonel
visited a Nevada bar near Area51 and gave the owner fabricated
photos of flying saucers nearthe secret government base.

(09:23):
According to a review of the2024 report by the Wall Street
Journal.
You can go finish reading thatif you would like.
It goes on and on and on.
I don't know, maybe you know.
I want to say I believe it, butthen I'm thinking maybe it's a
cover, maybe it's a cover forthe cover.
Oh well, you know what I mean.

(09:44):
Okay, it's been a great weekend.
We went to Tunica, came backwith more money than we went
with, which is good, and yeah, that's about it.
I need a question of the day.
Well, we'll just go with theArea 51.
Do you believe that Area 51 hasaliens or evidence of aliens,

(10:06):
or some kind of evidence ofaliens.
You know what I'm saying, doyou?
Or do you think it's just asecret, super secret weapons
program?
What are you?
Probably a little bit of both.
Maybe Do you think they havealiens there.
Tell me the truth.
That's the question of the day.
All right, I gotta go.
Thanks for listening.
Love y'all, bye.
