A decorated Marine veteran who survived multiple deployments to Iraq now fights for his life after being shot by an individual who should never have been on our streets. Jimmy Fries, a 44-year-old father of a five-month-old baby, was working as a security guard when he attempted to confiscate a weapon from a patron at El Patio Sports Bar in San Antonio. The confrontation ended with Fries being shot three times, including once through the neck, leaving him paralyzed and unable to speak.

The shooter, Wilmer Vladimir Ortiga Ruiz, had been arrested four times previously, repeatedly released on minimal bond amounts, and consistently failed to appear for court hearings. know of.
And this guy has afive-month-old baby.
He was working as a securityguard at a bar, I believe.
So he's from texas.

And his outraged family saysthe Democratic District attorney
in San Antonio is soft,peddling the charges after

ruiz, 29, refused to give up thepistol and they fought over and

the bulletproof vest he waswearing and once through the
neck.
All right, you ready to hearwhat all this guy was arrested
for?
Otiga Ruiz was first arrested inSan Antonio and charged with a
DWI in October of 2020.
According to court records, hewas let go on a personal

recognition bond but failed toshow in court.
The Bexar County DistrictAttorney's Office then
downgraded the DWI charge toobstructing a passageway.
So he gets charged with the DWI, doesn't show up to court and
they say, okay, well, let'slessen the charge.
What in the hell?
Ortega-ruez pleaded guilty tothat charge but violated the

terms of his probation surprise,surprise and was arrested for a
second time in August of 2023.
Why is he still here?
When they arrested him, sendhis ass back.
What in the world?
He was let go again afterposting only $1,500 bond amount

and failed to show up in courtfor a later hearing.
Surprise, surprise, the illegalmigrant got collared a third
time in September of 2023, justmonths later and bonded out for
another $1,500, again failing toshow in court at a later
hearing.
These people, just these people, just don't care.
He was arrested.
He was then arrested for afourth time in november 2024

again months later, oh my goshand sentenced to time served
nearly three weeks later.
Wow, they know they're notsaying what all he was arrested
for, but he was still arrested.
And then let go, didn't show up.

Ortega Ruiz was also allegedlythe center of an assault

investigation in which hisgirlfriend reported he
physically attacked her.

But he had fled the scenebefore cops arrived.
Of course he did.
Law enforcement sources said hesneaked into the country as a

only pursued aggravated assaultcharges against Ortega Ruiz and
set his bond amount at $200,000in his latest alleged offense.

this bullshit.
It was reported, uh, in the newyork post and it was reporting
that steve bannon said all ofthis and witnessed this.

White House Press SecretaryCaroline Leavitt on Sunday
downplayed reports Elon Muskbody-checked Treasury Secretary
Scott Besant in a heated meeting, calling their dispute simply a
robust disagreement.
Leavitt acknowledged to FoxNews Sunday Morning Futures that

she wasn't in the room when theApril dust-up took place, but
contended she wouldn't call it afistfight.
Based on what she heardsecondhand about the scrum,
which supposedly included muskramming into besant's rib cage
like a rugby player, I certainlywouldn't describe it as a fist
fight.

Although I was not there, Ididn't witness it with my own
eyes.
When the story originally broke,I said from the podium that
there have definitely beenhealthy disagreements amongst

to the heart of this cabinetand the president's team and

don't even know if he was in theroom or not saying that Besant
was calling Elon a fraud, likeout to his face, out loud,

planted Area 51 UFO conspiracytheory to hide classified
weapons program.
In a bombshell report this, Ibelieve conspiracy theories,

were fueled by the Pentagon inan attempt to provide cover for
secret weapons programs.
According to a bombshell reportthis I believe a review by the
Department of Defense found thatin 1980s, an Air Force colonel
visited a Nevada bar near Area51 and gave the owner fabricated
photos of flying saucers nearthe secret government base.
