TALK TO ME, TEXT IT

Ready for a wild news day? We're diving into three jaw-dropping stories that'll have you questioning reality.

First up, a truly disturbing revelation: a Jezebel writer proudly admitted to hiring witches from Etsy to curse Charlie Kirk just days before his assassination. Yes, you read that correctly. As Megyn Kelly revealed, Kirk's widow Erica was deeply shaken by these curses, even seeking spiritual guidance from a Catholic priest. The timing – with the article published September 8th and the assassination occurring just two days later – adds an extra layer of darkness to an already horrifying situation. Whether you believe in the supernatural or not, the normalization of wishing harm on political opponents should concern us all.

From human malevolence to nature's terrors, our second story takes us to Texas beaches where massive pink jellyfish with 70-foot tentacles are washing ashore. These aptly-named "pink meanies" weigh up to 50 pounds and weren't even classified as a distinct species until 2011. How such enormous creatures evaded scientific categorization for so long remains a mystery – and a compelling reason to reconsider that ocean swim on your next beach vacation.

Finally, some accountability in the tech world as Google announces it will reinstate YouTube accounts that were removed following pressure from the Biden administration over COVID-19 content. This confirmation of government-influenced censorship affects prominent voices like Dan Bongino, Sebastian Gorka, and Steve Bannon, raising critical questions about free speech and the dangers of labeling dissenting viewpoints as "misinformation."

What creature gives you the creeps? Share your answer to today's question – what animal, insect, or reptile absolutely terrifies you when you encounter it? Join the conversation and let us know what sends shivers down your spine!

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hello, good morning, happy Wednesday, bringing three
stories to you, the first ofwhich is a bizarre, weird story
that I first heard aboutyesterday from Megyn Kelly's
show.
Now she started her show andshe said look, I've been wanting
to bring you this story for awhile now, and I said a while.

(00:23):
You know what does that meanthis story for a while now, and
I said a while.
You know what does that mean.
It's about Charlie Kirk andit's about witches and it's
about curses, y'all.
I couldn't believe it.
I couldn't believe it, but ifyou want to go watch the video,
go to Megan YouTube, meganYouTube, go to Megan Kelly's

(00:43):
YouTube channel and subscribe toher and watch it, because I'm
sure it's out on YouTube.
She was on her regular showyesterday.
I listened to her live onSirius XM and then she usually
uploads the video later toYouTube.
Go watch it.
It's bizarre, but I'm going toread the story from the New York
Post for you that I found thismorning.

(01:05):
It's crazy.
Basically, it involves witchesand curses and Etsy and Jezebel.
Now, jezebel is an onlinepublication that supposedly
launched in 2007.
I think it launched before that, because I remember it when I
was blogging for the CotillionGroup.
That because I remember it,when I was blogging for the

(01:26):
Cotillion Group, another groupof conservative women, way, way,
way, way back, way back, andmaybe 2007 is way back, maybe
it's not just a few years ago.
Anyway, jezebel is a hard leftextremist awful, awful
publication, and one of theirwriters went online to tell the
story of how she hired witchesfrom guess where You're not

(01:50):
going to believe this From EtsyEtsy of all places, the place
you go for like homemade goods,to buy handcrafted things.
Apparently, they serve upwitches now that do curses on
people and this writer kepttalking about she explained,
excuse me, how she hired a witchto put a curse on Charlie Kirk.

(02:17):
Y'all it's horrible.
Let me read it to you, or readsome of it to you anyway.
And grieving widow Erica Kirkwas genuinely rattled after
feminist website Jezebelpublished an unsettling story
bragging how the author paidwitches on Etsy to curse her
husband, charlie, just two daysbefore the conservative icon was

(02:39):
assassinated.
Now, I don't think it was justtwo days.
I think, the way Megan talkedabout it, it was like mid-August
when this writer hired thiswitch.
I know some of y'all may belaughing at witches, but let me
tell you there is true.
If we Christians say there'strue evil and demons out there,

(03:02):
we got to believe it.
All right, kelly ripped MeganKelly.
So let me see.
Conservative icon wasassassinated, megan Kelly
revealed on Tuesday.
Kelly ripped the lefty outletfor publishing the vile article
which left the couple shaken andseeking prayer from a Catholic
priest the night before theright-wing influencer was gunned

(03:25):
down in Utah.
This is what I want you all.
This is what I want you all andthe people at Jezebel and
Anthony to know.
Kelly seethed on her Sirius XMshow.
Erica and Charlie Kirk heardabout these curses and that news
genuinely rattled Erica inparticular.
She knew Christian teaching onthe subject and she loved

(03:46):
Charlie Absolutely and she wasscared when she heard of the
curses.
Jezebel had called up thetwisted September 8th Jezebel.
So I guess the article came outon September 8th and that was
two days before Charlie Kirk wasassassinated.
But the cursing and all that, the hiring of the witches,

(04:11):
happened in mid-August.
They just didn't write thearticle or publish it until
September 8th.
This is gross y'all, justfreaking gross.
The twisted September 8thJezebel article slammed the 31
year old turning point usafounder as a far-right
misogynist, with the unnamedreporter a named reporter a

(04:35):
detailing how she paid witcheson the global online marketplace
for multiple curses to punishhim for his years of regressive
rhetoric.
Two days later, allegedassassin assassin, tyler
Robinson 22.
Okay, we know that part.
Why torture the family, like, why do you?
So?
I mean just this is, it'sbizarre.
I was going to say you can gofind this article on my X-File,

(04:59):
but I'm not putting my articlesout there anymore because I
don't want X to punish me byputting external links out there
anymore, because I don't want Xto punish me by putting
external links out there for you.
So it is on the New York Post.
I'm sure you're going to hearit from other outlets too, but
just go to YouTube and watchMegyn Kelly.
She talks about it.
She does a lot better job thanthis New York Post did or that I

(05:20):
can ever do.
All right, moving on to the nexttopic, we have some lighter
topics here.
The next one oh my gosh, thesejellyfish.
Now, when I go to the beach, Idon't go in the water.
I don't want to know what's inthe water.
Now, when I was a kid and wentto the beach, I was all over the
place.
I was out there way over myhead, all kinds of stuff.
Loved it, okay.
But now that I'm older and anadult and read the news and

(05:46):
stuff, no, thank you.
All right, ready for this Pinkmini jellyfish with 70 foot
tentacles 70 foot tentacles, 70foot wash up on Texas beach and
they hunt in a horrifying way.
I'm just going to read a littlebit, then we're going to move
on to the last story and then Igot to do the question of the
day.
A rare, humongous jellyfishspecies with tentacles up to 70

(06:09):
feet long was spotted off theTexas coast this week,
horrifying beachgoers.
According to a report, at least10 of the gelatinous giants
known as pink meanies for theircolor have washed up along a
10-mile stretch of beach of lakejace tunnel.
Director of communityengagement.

(06:31):
Okay, oh, my god, why do wehave to do all that?
Known for, okay, dry moan.
Known for dry monomai?
Okay, whatever that is, I don'teven know.
The pink meanie's tentacles canstretch to 70 feet, nearly the
length of two school buses.

(06:53):
No, thank you.
Oh, I can't even.
Oh, I can't even.
And they can weigh up to 50pounds.
The alien-looking creature wasonly confirmed to be a new
species in 2011.
What?
How are we getting new speciesin 2011?
How are you missing this50-foot creature with 70-foot

(07:14):
tentacles?
How did we miss this this wholetime?
What do you mean?
It's a new species.
What?
What does that mean?
God created a new species in2011?
.
What in that mean?
God created a new species in2011?
What in the world?
Oh, I don't.
I don't understand that.
Okay, that is on the New YorkPost website as well.
Oh my gosh.

(07:35):
Okay, next up.
All right, so it looks likeGoogle is going to reinstate
some YouTube accounts About damntime.
Google told House lawmakersTuesday that it would reinstate
YouTube accounts that the Bidenadministration pressed them to
remove over content related toCOVID-19 pandemic.
Hello, hello, governmentcensorship.

(08:01):
There it is.
Biden administration.
Of course, we knew this back inthe day.
Alphabet chief counsel danieldonovan told members of the
house judiciary that the 46thadministration created a
political atmosphere that soughtto influence the actions of
platforms based on theirconcerns regarding
misinformation thismisinformation shit.

(08:23):
It is unacceptable and wrongwhen any government, including
the Biden administration, attempts to dictate how the
company yes, why didn't you doanything back then?
You asshole?
No, Okay, users includingcurrent FBI Director Dan Bongino
, now White HouseCounterterrorism Chief Sebastian
Gorkorka and War Room podcasthost Steve Bannon, had been

(08:47):
yanked off the video site inrecent years after being flagged
for repeated violations ofCOVID-19 and elections integrity
policies.
What happened to free speech?
Hello, hello, hello.
But no, they want to labelthings as misinformation back

(09:08):
then so they could feel likejustified in their yanking off
these.
Oh sorry, in the taking down ofthese websites, those users
will now be able to rejoin theplatform, according to Donovan's
letter, a copy of which wasobtained by the Post.
Well, anyway, you can go finishreading that.

(09:29):
That is also on the New YorkPost's website.
That's where I get most of mystories anyways, just so you
know.
All right, so I guess we need tomove on to the question of the
day.
All right, since we are talkingabout weird creatures and
everything, what is an animal, reptile, insect, whatever, a
living thing that is not humanthat freaks you out when you see

(09:52):
it?
You know, some people might saysnakes, some people might say
cockroaches.
You know what is an animalliving creature, thing, spider,
whatever, that freaks you outwhen you see it?
That's the question of the day.
All right, I got to go.
Thanks for listening, love y.
