TALK TO ME, TEXT IT

A shocking shooting in Washington DC sets the tone for today's discussion as we examine the murder of two Israeli embassy staff members. The tragedy raises profound questions about political rhetoric, responsibility, and the growing concern over campus protests that have escalated beyond peaceful demonstration. I don't hold back my frustration with leadership that has allowed dangerous ideologies to take root on American soil.

The headlines continue with news of America's nuclear missile testing program, which paradoxically mirrors behaviors we criticize in other nations. This display of military might, while routine, prompts reflection on how we balance security with global perceptions of American power. Meanwhile, in a completely different sphere, Kim Kardashian quietly achieves her law degree after six years of education – an accomplishment that deserves recognition regardless of one's opinion on celebrity culture.

Former New York Governor Andrew Cuomo now faces a DOJ investigation into nursing home deaths during COVID, with an interesting twist involving Judge Jeanine Pirro's connection to the case. Beyond politics, we explore two devastating human interest stories that transcend partisan divides – a couple dying in separate crashes on the same day, and tornado survivors who lost limbs while holding each other during the storm. We wrap with Hollywood controversy surrounding the Madden biopic starring Nicolas Cage, where allegations of inappropriate behavior on set have already emerged. Who would you cast as John Madden instead? Your thoughts welcome on this question of the day!

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Good morning, it's Thursday, let's get right to it,
oh my gosh.
Okay, first of all, I need totalk about the shooting that
happened in DC.
Two Israeli I guess embassystaff members who were going to
be engaged, were shot and killedright outside on the streets in

(00:20):
Washington DC.
And the suspect, eliasRodriguez, who identifies let me
see what did it say?
He identified as Well, that washis name.
They said he identifies asElias Rodriguez is not a white
man.
So I have some questions forIlhan Omar.

(00:41):
Is this the white man thatshe's talking about, that is
doing all the violence inamerica?
He's not a white man.
Okay, is this?
What?
Is this the kind of personshe's talking about?
Or how about talib with herpalestinian flag up in the halls
of congress?
I have some questions for her.
This I blame the whole party ofdemocrats on this.

(01:03):
Yes, yes, I do.
I'm just a small person outhere.
I can have my opinions.
I blame the whole DemocraticParty.
I blame them for letting theprotesters and I put that in
quotes because I have neverreally called them protesters
from the beginning on theseuniversity campuses.
They are freaking terrorists.

(01:24):
They are breeding terrorists.
They are terrorist cells.
They are breeding terrorists.
They're terrorist cells.
Terrorists because they supportHamas.
They like Hamas.
They wear their littlehandkerchiefs around their neck
oh my God and they free.
Palestine is all their chance.
They hate Jewish people.
They are freaking terrorists.
How do you have when do youhave to get that through your

(01:45):
freaking thick head up there inDC or or whoever I, if Trump
doesn't do something about this,I don't know what I'm just.
I'm very upset because the theAmerican people I will blame the
American people too.
Democrats have allowed this tofester without putting it down

(02:07):
Period.
This should have been stoppedfrom the get-go, but no, guess
who was in charge back then whenit happened Joe Biden and his
ilk and his whole party.
I blame the whole DemocraticParty for this, the whole
Democratic Party for this Period.
We need to move on.
I know I've ranted, but that'sthat's.

(02:34):
That's it All right?
Us launches doomsday MinutemanIII nuclear capable missile
dramatic show of force.
I don't know why this remindsme of what what North Korea used
to do all the time.
I don't know why this bothersme, but it does.
It shouldn't.
I know it shouldn't, it shouldnot bother me in the least, but
it does because you know wedon't want other people to have
nuclear weapons, but here we areshowing them off.
The US Air Force launched anuclear capable intercontinental

(02:56):
ballistic missile, capable ofdelivering a nuclear warhead to
anywhere on earth, wednesdaymorning as part of the regular
test of country's doomsdaymissiles.
This does not sound good.
The doomsday missiles, why?
Why the Minuteman III missilewas unarmed.
Maybe I look I'm pro-America.

(03:16):
I promise I love America.
I do, but I just don't knowabout this.
I don't know about this.
Maybe we're just showing ourmuscle, perhaps I'm just going
to let that slide, all right.
Next up, kim Kardashiangraduates law school after six
years in surprise backyardcommencement ceremony.
That headline is so messed up.

(03:42):
Ok, so it makes it sound likeshe was in her backyard for six
years studying her law degree.
Um, so kim kardashianofficially graduated from law
school and celebrated her sixthyear education journey in a
backyard commencement ceremonyin beverly hills.
Well, good for her.
What do you think she's goingto do with that law degree?
Uh, I'm afraid to ask.
And then I wrote a blog postfor the victor girls over at
about this.

(04:03):
Andrew cuomo's day of reckoninghas been long overdue.
So apparently what is happeningwith andrew cuomo is that the
doj is finally opening up aninvestigation for him and the
covid and all the nursing homedeaths.
Finally, I thought this wasalready.
I thought they had done thisalready, but maybe not.
Maybe they did something else.
But now he's all.

(04:24):
He got his underwear in a wadbecause, you know, eric adams
also was being investigated, butthe doj dropped the charges for
him or dropped theinvestigation, dropped the case.
But that was a totallydifferent, altogether separate,
not even related to what andrewcuomo is being investigated for.
So, and of course, he's runningfor mayor, andrew cuomo's
running for mayor.
So, and of course, he's runningfor mayor, andrew Cuomo is

(04:46):
running for mayor in New YorkCity.
So he's also saying you know, political target, there's a law,
fair.
Well, welcome, welcome to whatthe world you created, you and
your party created.
This Actually, actually, thisis a legit, for real
investigation.
This needs to happen.
I'm surprised that it hasn'thappened before.
Oh, that's right, joe Biden wasin office for four years.

(05:08):
I forgot about that.
So here's the thing that Ifound interesting, and it
probably has nothing to do withanything, who knows?
But you know, judge JeaninePirro I call her Judge Jeanine,
still Pirro she has been tappedto be the Attorney General I
think the State Attorney General, whatever it's called for, dc,
district of DC, and they're incharge of this investigation.

(05:30):
And a long time ago, in 2006, Iknow a long time ago, think
about it, 2006, she ran againstCuomo in some kind of race, I
think District Attorney for NewYork City, I think, I think and
so it was Judge Pirro and AndrewCuomo running against each

(05:51):
other and of course she lost.
He won.
So very interesting littletidbit there, in case you didn't
know that.
All right, what else do we havegoing on, man?
I went through it fast and it'sonly five minutes.
My all right, I'll end withthese other stories.
Hopefully I can find somethingbetter than this, but this is a
sad story and I've I don't haveit.
I don't have all the details, the names and everything in my

(06:14):
head where it happened, theirnames or anything like that.
So forgive me, but apparentlythis, uh, a couple who has a
four-year-old child died on thesame day in separate crashes.
This is so sad.
This woman was driving.
I don't know why she wasdriving at 2 am in the morning.
Maybe she has a job that youknow requires her to leave at 2
am.

(06:34):
I don't know, but she veeredoff the road, her car turned
over and it killed her.
And then, when her fiancé wasnotified, he got in his car and
rushed to the scene and he diedin a car crash.
So sad.
It's on the new york post ifyou want to go see it.
And then this other story oh,this is a little.
Well, I don't even know acouple in kentucky.

(06:57):
It's an older couple too, andin kentucky, when all those
tornadoes went through a coupleof days ago, they this is so sad
, I don't even know how to sayit they're alive, they're alive,
they're good, they're alive,thank goodness.
Uh, but they were huddled intheir bedroom, they were
clutching each other when thetornado came through and ripped
them apart and ripped oh gosh, this is terrible Tore their arms

(07:21):
off, or one arm of each person, like like the guy had one arm
ripped off and the girl, thewoman, had one arm ripped off.
This is so sad, I know, I know, but at least they're alive and
they're good, they're well, andtheir dog survived too.
So that's, I guess.
Wow, can you imagine?
No, I can't.
All right, let's see if I canfind a good story.
Well, I don't know about thisbeing a good story, but it's

(07:45):
certainly not politics.
Let me go find it.
I just clicked off of it.
Hold on, all right, here we go.
Y'all.
I have seen these advertisementson Facebook about this Madden
movie being filmed, starringNicolas Cage, and I thought
there is no way this ishappening.
Not Nicolas Cage as Madden.
No, this can't be happening.
This is not real.

(08:05):
But it is oh, but it is Okay, and we have some controversy.
All right, here we go.
Madden actor quits film overdirector David O Russell using
N-word on set.
Uncomfortable nudity report.
All right.
Drama is ensuing on the set ofMadden.
A supporting actor in theupcoming film starring Christian

(08:26):
Bale and Nicholas Cageallegedly quit on Friday just
two weeks after productionstarted over David O Russell's
alleged use of the n-word on set.
Tmz reported on Wednesday.
Five members of the cast andcrew reportedly told the outlet
that the famous director, 66,allegedly uttered the racial
slur while he was working withthe unnamed actor on an

(08:49):
impromptu monologue.
Why is he unnamed?
Can we not name him please?
The actor and others were upsetby russell's comment and walked
off the set early that day pertmz.
But amazon studios sources toldtmz that it allegedly was the
actor's idea to include theN-word in the scene after a

(09:11):
private, creative conversationwith Russell.
So who do you believe?
What's going on here?
What do you think?
The source claimed that Russelldidn't say the slur when the
scene was shot and the worddidn't make it to the final cut.
In addition, cast and crewsources told TMZ that the day
before the alleged N-wordincident, the same actor refused
to shoot a nude scene in alocker room, which allegedly

(09:35):
upset Russell, who had anunprofessional reaction.
However, studio sourcesdownplayed the alleged incident
and claimed that an intimacycoordinator was there to help
make the actor feel morecomfortable.
A lot of alleged words in there, okay, so I guess we need to
move on to the question of theday.
Okay, I have a great questiontoday.

(09:56):
What other actor would youchoose to play John Madden other
than Nicolas Cage?
I cannot see Nicolas Cage beingJohn Madden.
I'm sorry, I can't.
So what other actor would youcast as John Madden?
Let me know, okay, gotta goLove y'all.
Thanks for listening.
Bye.
