Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hello, good morning.
Yes, I know I didn't have anepisode on Friday and the Gent
and I did not put out a BruteAwakening podcast yesterday.
We were in Tunica all weekend.
We left Thursday evening to goover to head out to go to Tunica
and then Sunday we got up extraextra early to come home.
(00:21):
That's why we did not have anepisode.
But and I think I am for thispodcast here at the Americanist
Daily Briefing, whatever it'scalled, I don't even know what
I'm calling it anymore I have134 more episodes to go before I
hit 1,000 episodes and I and sothat's 134 more days.
(00:45):
So I think when that happensI'm calling it quits.
That'll be it for this podcast.
Now, it'll take a while beforewe get there.
So I'm going through thosehighs and lows again where I
want to quit the podcast, butI'm going to soldier on until
134 more days and then that's it, I'm done.
(01:07):
I'm done with the podcast.
This morning I was driving in umlike for one thing, trying to
find stories, and some of it isjust so damn depressing and I'm
tired of talking about it, youknow.
And then I think also thinkwell, what purpose am I serving
anybody by just repeating thesestories.
(01:27):
I mean, is it serving anypurpose?
Is it purpose, or am I justcontributing to putting out more
noise out there?
But speaking of the noise, let's get on with the show,
alright?
So I have a couple of thingsthat I put out there on the
X-File.
Let's go over and see which onedo I want to start with first,
(01:50):
we're going to save this one forlast.
This one's pretty juicy.
Well, I say juicy, who knows, let's see.
Well, what do I start with?
Okay, long island man killed infreak mri accident was wearing
a 20 pound chain necklace with apadlock.
What in the world?
(02:11):
Okay, I read this storysometime last week and you know
they said he had a gold chain on.
I'm thinking, just a regularnecklace.
And I'm thinking how in theworld did this guy get pulled
into an MRI machine with a chainon his neck?
Now, he wasn't the patient hewas.
He went into the room illegally.
(02:32):
The first article that I readlast week said he entered the
room when he shouldn't have.
And so here we go with this.
This is the latest story.
This is what happened.
The Long Island man who waskilled in a freak MRI machine
accident was sporting astaggering 20-pound chain
(02:52):
necklace adorned with a padlock.
At the time of the tragedy, hisgrieving wife said Keith
McAllister, 61, died aftersuffering several heart attacks
following the bizarre incidentin Nassau Open MRI in Westbury
last Wednesday.
See, she was the patient.
At this time.
(03:12):
His wife, adrienne JonesMcAllister, was undergoing a
routine knee scan in the MRImachine.
She said that McAllister wouldtypically enter the exam room to
help her get back on her feetnear the end of her appointments
and never had an issue beforethe deadly incident.
My gosh, this is horrible.
(03:33):
Mcallister had taken to wearingthe hulking 20 pound necklace as
part of his weight training.
Jones McAllister explained tonews 12 Long Island look, I get
that, but sort of, but notreally I don't get it.
But if you're gonna don't wearthe 20 pound damn chain necklace
into something like this, youdumbass.
(03:53):
They'd even discussed histraining and the hard-to-miss
chain with the MRI technicianduring their previous
appointments.
Jones McAllister said Well, Ihope.
The technician said don't wearthat in here.
That was not the first timethat guy has seen that chain on
her husband's.
She said they had aconversation about it before.
(04:15):
So what?
What is she trying to blame thetechnician for not warning him
when McAllister entered the examroom with the technician, the
machine suddenly switched himaround and pulled him in.
Jones McAllister said JonesMcAllister, and the technician
tried in vain to pry Mccallister off of the machine
(04:36):
while she pleaded all the whilefor someone to turn it off.
I don't know what it takes toturn off the damn machine.
Oh, I was saying turn off themachine, call 911, okay.
And then, all of a sudden, thearticle just ends okay, whatever
, wow, well, you know, don'twear something like that into
(04:57):
your medical treatments.
Okay, let that be a warning.
Next up, new york awarded this.
If you're wondering why shit ishappening in these cities, this
is why new york awarded morethan $600 million to sanctuary
groups helping defy Trumpfederal immigration law.
(05:19):
You can go finish reading that.
I'll read a couple of sentences.
This is outrageous.
So this is why.
If you want to know, this iswhy it's happening.
Legal and migrant advocacygroups fighting to block New
York from helping the Trumpadministration enforce US
immigration laws have beenawarded more than $600 million
(05:41):
in taxpayer dollars from thecity and state governments.
A post-review of contractsrevealed the Bronx Defenders
alone has received more than$500 million in city contracts
since fiscal year 2018 toprovide a host of legal services
to poor criminal and civildefendants.
(06:01):
Well, why?
How are they getting this money?
Do you have to apply for it?
Who is giving it to them?
I guess a bunch of Democrats.
I would be pissed off.
Citizen in New York right now.
And the legal aid group rakedin another $32 million from the
state over the years.
Records kept by the statecomptroller's office show Other
(06:23):
groups were also funneled bigbucks as they worked to
undermine federal immigrationpolicy, including Make the Road
New York, which received $56million to provide.
Okay, so these groups are justgetting money handed to them to
help fight this.
This is outrageous.
And you know what?
Nothing's going to happen, justlike with this Tulsi Gabbard
(06:45):
thing and exposing the Obamaadministration.
Nothing will result of this.
I'm telling you right now.
Result of this.
I'm telling you right now andthat alone should terrify every
single American that nothing isgoing to become of that Tulsi
Gabbard exposing all of that, ofwhat Obama did.
(07:05):
No one is going to be heldaccountable.
That should terrify everysingle person.
All right, so you want to readabout the HR exec in the
Coldplay cheating scandal.
She married into one of theoldest, wealthiest families in
Boston and yet she couldn't staydedicated to her marriage.
(07:26):
Man, I tell you what this iscrazy.
The HR executive at the centerof the You're Wait until you
hear some of this.
This is asinine.
The HR executive at the centerof a viral infidelity scandal
married into one of the oldestand wealthiest families in
Boston, yet she couldn't keepher hands to herself.
(07:49):
Kristen Cabot, who is on leavefrom her job at Astronomer
following the embarrassingcaught-on Jumbotron incident
last week, appears to be marriedto privateer rum owner Andrew
Cabot, according to social mediaposts.
Now, again according to socialmedia.
So you know, it must be true, right?
The allegedly jilted husband, touts his family lineage, is the
(08:12):
sixth generation owner of thelong-standing rum brand founded
by the original andrew cabot.
The cabot fortune hastranscended generations and was
estimated at 200 million dollarsin 1972.
New york times profile of thefamily.
That's 15.4 billion in 2025.
(08:32):
It's not clear when kristin andandrew got married.
Okay, let's do the math here.
I'm going to read it Okay, it'snot clear when Kristen and
Andrew got married, but it's atleast the second marriage for
both.
So she's on her second marriageand she's already cheating on
the second marriage because herprevious divorce was finalized
(08:55):
in 2022.
So she got divorced in 2022.
Who knows when she got marriedagain.
It's only been three years, because this is 2025 and already
she's cheating again.
Goodness gracious, kristinkabbits, now deleted linkedin
account, showed that she had hasserved in an advisory board
(09:17):
member at Privateer Rum since2020.
Mm-hmm, so she?
Okay.
Oh, I can't, I can't.
You can go finish reading thatif you're like we need to go on
to the question of the day.
Okay, here's the question ofthe day.
What is one thing that can makeyour day instantly better?
Mine is.
(09:39):
I'm just going to tell you,it's looking at pictures of my
grandson.
If I can't be with him, thenit's just looking at pictures
and videos of my grandson.
Now, I know my answer shouldhave been prayer.
I know that and it probably itranks up there.
Of course it does.
Of course it does, but probablyalso shutting down social media
(10:01):
, getting offline, um, butbasically, if I see any kind of
pictures or videos of mygrandson, if I can't be with
them, that will instantly makemy day better.
All right, I gotta go.
Thanks for listening.
Love y'all, bye.
