Before text messages, you had to communicate every word you wanted to say. Over the course of time, texts have been simplified into acronyms. Depending on your generation, you might not have clue what someone is trying to say. Today's episode dives into some acronyms  you might need to familiarize yourself with. 

In a time where everyone wants to make fun of others, the guys of ABI choose to make fun of themselves. “Embarrassing stories you thought you would never tell” is an episode filled with stories that’ll make you laugh and possibly cringe a little.  

It's 2024, can we leave the "New  Year New Me"  behind us and adopt  "New Year, Better Me?" Today’s episode provides various ways to tackle goal setting for the new year. 

Let me share my appreciation for you.

This episode is for the creators that are struggling with their creativity and art. As a creative, I've been in a rut for awhile.  Whether it's producing music, this podcast,  or stories, I find myself being stuck. Almost afraid to express myself in a way. Instead of being a over-thinker and gate keeper to my own talents... I decided to create something.
