Have you ever gotten frustrated when somebody doesn't understand what you're trying to explain? Or does something you think they shouldn't have done (hey, parents of teens, I'm talking to you~)?

The curse of knowledge is when you think that others have the same understanding that you have. We forget what it's like to NOT know what we already know. Realizing this helps us communicate more clearly and have more empathy for others...and ourselves.

This idea has popped up in my life in random areas and it's a helpful concept to remember.  Listen in for some real-life examples.
