- 35 new listings in the past 14 days (including one on Guemes Island)
- Only 16 homes went under contract
- Buyers: This means more inventory and less competition
- Homes are sitting on the market longer = potential for negotiation
- Now could be the time to buy before interest rates drop (and prices rise)
- Refinancing later is sometimes possible—but you can’t refinance to a lower price!
- Talk to a lender early to maximize your purchasing power
- The difference between pre-approval and pre-qualification explained
- Having a pre-approval could mean the difference between winning or losing in a multiple-offer situation
