(00:17):
Yo-yo yo, greetings fellow Earthlings.
What is going on? I wanted to come to you with an
urgent report. This is a special episode.
I was blown away while perusing Instagram, stumbled upon this
post. Let me see who posted this.
It is by Chad dot D Bell BELL Chad dot DBELL.

(00:48):
Great post. And what it is is it says it is
this woman speaking at the WorldEconomic Forum and I'm going to
play it for you here in a minute.
And this is just, this is just unbelievable.
Unbelievable. So this woman is talking about
how to implant memories and in a, in an example that she cites,

(01:12):
if she's talking about setting somebody up for a crime that
they didn't commit. And then she's also talking
about the studying the intricacies of pain and learning
the circuitry of pain as if it was an electrical circuit,
right? And then figuring out how to
manipulate that and then figuring out how to Causeway

(01:36):
pain. And she's saying that this can
be used by law enforcement. This sounds like possibly the
most evil person that I have ever heard speak top 10 for
sure. And and her and she just looks
like an ice queen, pale black hair, expressionless and just

(02:00):
saying these things. And I'll go ahead and play it
right now and I might, I might stop it and comment.
Actually, what I'll do is I'll let it roll through once, let
you hear the whole thing in entirety.
Then I'll play it back and stop it and comment on certain parts.
I mean, this is just unbelievable.

(02:24):
Having seen that person commit the crime, even though that
person is utterly innocent, thatit becomes a planted memory.
And so there's some really interesting research that we can
plant false memories in the brain and in a different
context. One of the emerging areas that's
really interesting in law, neurosciences, pain detection.
And once we understand the circuitries that cause pain, I

(02:46):
guess the question is could we then instill pain and use that
in many coercive measures in thelegal system as well, so.
I mean, this is just unbelievable.
And then we could use pain in coercive measures as well.
It's as if we're sitting in a board room, board meeting of a

(03:08):
bunch of like high-ranking Nazi officials listening to them
playing their evil deeds or something, right?
I mean, if you believe that version of history, just saying,
no, I'm just kidding. But wow, this lady's out of her
mind. And this is at the World
Economic Forum. So this is on the global stage

(03:29):
that she's talking about this. Having seen that person commit
the crime, even though that person's utterly innocent, that
it becomes a planted memory. And so there's some really
interesting research that we canplant false memories in the
brain. All right, so let's listen back
to this again, and I'll stop it when I get just fired up beyond

(03:50):
control. Having seen that person commit
the crime, even though that person's utterly innocent, that
it becomes a planted memory. And so there's some really
interesting research that we canplant false memories in the
brain. This is wild.
So in the example that she gives, she's talking about
planting a memory of seeing somebody commit a crime.

(04:10):
So obviously to be used to framesomebody for a crime, right?
So imagine how that could pan out in this era of censorship
and governmental control and misinformation and
malinformation. Do you think maybe the
government would utilize something like that to maybe

(04:33):
plant a memory in somebody saying, hey, you saw Julian
Assange murder somebody and thenthe CIA goes ahead and commits a
murder. You have this person say they
saw Julian Assange do it. And then, you know, it's easy to
get DNA samples, right? Then they plant DNA on the gun

(04:55):
or something. I mean, come on.
You know, Dave Chappelle used todo skits about this.
The cops shoot somebody and thensprinkle crack on them.
It's unbelievable. I I mean, I can't believe that
she's talking about this at the World Economic Forum.
I mean, this is just out in public out loud.

(05:16):
Unbelievable. OK, so let's play some more of
this. I'll try to get my heart rate
down a little bit and then we'llcomment on the next part of this
clip. And in a different context, one
of the emerging areas that's really interesting in law,
neurosciences, pain detection. And once we understand the

(05:37):
circuitries that cause pain, I guess the question is could we
then instill pain and use that in many coercive measures in the
legal system as well and. This is unbelievable.
This is absolutely unbelievable. This, this woman, we should be
hearing this as like testimony in a Nuremberg trial.

(06:00):
This is unbelievable that she's just talking about this out in
the open and out in public. This should be a crime to be
planning something that nefarious.
I mean, she's talking about subverting democracy and
undermining the legal system in order to set somebody up for a

(06:20):
crime, and then she's talking about playing with people's
brains to further manipulate thelegal and political system.
Wow. So this is somebody who's gone
to school for a long time and clearly is just not one of us.

(06:44):
Apparently. Apparently.
Oh, my God, I don't need Ida. I'm almost, I'm the clamped.
I'm almost, I don't know what tosay.
And that's rare for me. This is unbelievable.
I can't believe that she's just saying these things out loud as
if she's at a board meeting, pitching a, you know, a sales

(07:09):
approach, you know, as if she's pitching her marketing plan.
Wow. Oh my God.
Well, I think I'm going to wrap it there.
This is a short one, but I just thought I thought I had to

(07:30):
share. That blows my mind.
All right, thank you for tuning in.
This has been Dave Smith with and another thing with Dave, if
you are digging what I'm doing, picking up what I'm putting
down, please do spread it around.
Peace out. All right, that's it for this

(08:04):
episode. Thanks for tuning in to another
episode of And Another Thing with Dave.
And remember, if you're digging what I'm doing, picking up what
I'm putting down, please spread it around with friends and on
social media. Reviews on Spotify, podcasts,
