Let's get into it. California is literally in debt
right now. We had a surplus, now we're in
debt. And once again, I haven't
verified this, but I heard the statistic from a fairly
reputable source that we spent $9.5 billion in 24/20/20 4:25

for illegal immigrants to have healthcare.
Now if that number is correct, that's astounding.
That's a lot of money, $1,000,000 would be astounding,
but 9 billion? That's mind blowing.
I have trouble believing it's correct because it's such a big
number. But anyway, anybody have a

comment on their thoughts, thoughts or feelings on the
issue? And, and, and just to just to
further expand on this, I am a second generation immigrant,
right? So my mom was the first person
in her family born in this country.
All of her brothers were born inIreland.

But my mom came here legally, right?
Her husband was a merchant marine or not her husband, her,
her father was a merchant marine.
He applied for citizenship, brought his wife, pregnant wife
and three sons over here, moved here legally.

I'm a little pale. Most people don't think
immigrants look like me, right? Most people think you need more
melanin to be A to be an immigrant.
Not necessarily true. So this isn't, you know, this

the patriot, the benefits of thepatriarchy and white privilege,
right? This is this is not that I'm a
second generation immigrant, I'mhalf Irish.
If you know your history, you know the Irish people have had a

hell of a struggle, continue to struggle in Ireland.
But before we had slavery here, we had indentured servantry.
And most of those indentured servants were Irish.
They would just swoop people at the English would just swoop
people up off the street in Ireland.

But then after that they just took anybody.
So you could be on your way backfrom the grocery store and get

wholeheartedly. Well, the reality of the story
is that there was no famine, that the English were exporting
all of the meat and the dairy and not allowing the Irish to
have any of it. They were sending it all back to
England. So it was forced starvation by

the British Crown. So I don't mind him getting rid
of the immigrants that are not supposed to be here.
As far as the ones that come over here and they've been dope
dealers and killers and stuff and where they're from, because

I seen some some reports where they found gangsters and stuff
and people that have killed other people.
Those get rid of. Yeah, but you just taking people
that away from their families that's been here for all of this
time. And yes, I process to become a

legal citizen of the United States absolutely needs to
change and it should not be as long of a process as it is.

It shouldn't take like between one and three years.

But I don't know how I feel about like if they've been here
for a long time, because if you've been here for a long
time, well, why haven't you applied for citizenship, right?
Like I just, I flipped the script, right?
Because I did an exchange student program in Mexico when I
was 15 and 16 for two months each year during the summer.

And if I didn't have my passport, they would send me
right back to California. It would be the same thing,
right? I wouldn't be able to hide out
there, right? Like if I did hide out there,
I'd be so paranoid. Like, Oh my God, my Spanish
would have to be on point. Like that would be nerve
racking. I can't imagine like trying to
live illegally in Mexico. That would be nerve racking.

And I, and I've lived there before, well, for two months at
a time, but right, so I, so I just flipped the script, right?
Because I, I on one hand I understand what you're saying,
but then on the other hand, it doesn't make sense.
If you've been here a long time,how come you're not a citizen?

Like you should have at least started the application process,
right? So I have mixed feelings, right?

Because yeah, I don't know, partof me is like, round them all
up. And then part of me is like, you
know, only the criminals. And that we should have like an
expedited citizenry track for people who, who, who aren't
criminals, right? Because we could do that, right?
Like we could swoop them all up.And then if you haven't

were here illegally, that broke in were given Social Security
cards. So if you got a Social Security
card, you can now get a driver'slicense.

So we don't even know how long the Democratic Party was propped
up for, but we know that they opened the border to get more

as soon as emotions get involved, right?

standpoint, right? I just got my BA in psychology.
That was one of the things I learned.
As soon as you start having an emotional reaction, you're
operating from a, from your, ourprimal part of our brain.

And that overrides the frontal cortex, which is the critical
thought and reasoning and planning, right?
So you become emotional and impulsive, right?
And this is probably why cops fear those type of situations
the most, right? Like a domestic dispute, because
emotions are all flared up. So people are going to do some

know the psychological aspect ofit, right?
Because you're, we're literally operating from our lizard brain
of fight or flight. And that's not a good place to
be making decisions from. You want to run or fight where
you don't, you don't want to make you life changing decisions
from that place, right? So I think that's why the media
comes at us with these tugging on your heartstrings types of

stories, right? Because if they can elicit that
emotional response, they got you.
Unless you're able to look at itand go up, they're trying to get
an emotional reaction, right? Like, I can see it now.
It's wild. It's almost like once you start
seeing so many of these conspiracies get blown wide
open, it's almost like you can see things with a special pair

of glasses where where it's like, oh, that's what's really
happening. Crazy.
I see the propaganda now. In my 20s, I never remember
thinking that. Never remember thinking that at
all. I was just buying it, drinking
it up, drinking up that kool-aid.
I voted for Obama his first term.
And then, you know, things didn't get better, so I didn't
vote for him the second time. But.
But yeah, I was all full of hope.

be making decisions from. You want to run or fight where

comes at us with these tugging on your heartstrings types of

stories, right? Because if they can elicit that
emotional response, they got you.
Unless you're able to look at itand go up, they're trying to get
an emotional reaction, right? Like, I can see it now.

seeing so many of these conspiracies get blown wide

of glasses where where it's like, oh, that's what's really
happening. Crazy.
I see the propaganda now. In my 20s, I never remember
thinking that. Never remember thinking that at
all. I was just buying it, drinking

I voted for Obama his first term.

vote for him the second time. But.
But yeah, I was all full of hope.
