321. Welcome back everybody, it's
another episode of the year was 1985.
Welcome back, folks. How are we doing?
I'm doing. Good here this evening.
Just came off. A long evening overtime game
here this evening I notice to come out way later on.
The series will probably be overat that point, but we're just

(00:23):
watching the Edmonton Oilers, Florida Panthers game.
Holy Shamoly, Bully catching up,checking it out.
What's going on over there? Irish.
We've got a little Irish cricket.
In the background noise, a little Irish cricket.
He's in the house again tonight. He won't be staying with us like
last pod, but yeah, he's back. He's back.
Didn't realize we left the little bugger up on the screen

(00:45):
for the whole whole podcast. It's alright, he comes up and
down every. Night he knows he get here.
That happens sometimes. That's what you get.
But yeah, welcome back everybody.
It's another episode because OutAgain is always on Instagram,
YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, wherever you get your podcasts.
Check us out. Yeah, baby.
Watch that video. Watch it video.
Check it out. YouTube's been a bit sneaky to

(01:06):
us lately, so you might not see as many pods on there as you
like, but you can still listen to him on YouTube Music, which
provides your Apple podcast. So check that out, everybody.
But we're back this evening. We're going to do a quick one
here tonight in a little bit of some music news, so.
New music. Big day, big day, big day, big

(01:28):
day for everybody. Today is the day of the drop.
We've been waiting for a while it seems like for this one.
Couple months I think they announced it maybe.
Oh yeah, it's easy for. Sure countdown on their Spotify.
Yeah, we've been waiting a whilefor this one, and so it's
Turnstile Day. New Turnstile Never Enough came
out today, so check that out on Spotify.

(01:49):
Brand new, brand new and style. And to be honest, I haven't even
gotten through the whole entire album because it's more than
usual. We've got 14 tunes, some over 2
1/2 minute songs, which is kind of a more unusual thing for
them. They usually 2230 kind of
between and they're out. We've got some big, big ones

(02:10):
here tonight, so I'll give you aquick preview everybody.
We're going to play a little bitof Dreaming and the only reason
I picked this track is because it has horns.
Little truck and not what I was expecting.
Like it? Definitely has a Latin flavor.
For sure, yeah, I find this as Ilisten to a few songs that I've
listened to on it. It's definitely a continuation

(02:36):
of glowing. For sure.
Yeah, I can see. I can see that for sure.
Yeah, it's like the they found avibe and they're sticking to it
for a little bit here, but it issuper good.
I don't know. I like it so far.
I like. It it's yeah, it it definitely
feels a lot glow on ish. Yeah, in some, you know, some
sounds, you know, that they use sound the same, you know,

(02:59):
whether it be just certain, certain guitars or certain tones
or whatever. Yeah, but also like certain,
certain sometimes notes and phrases of of the vocals as well
kind of sound similar. I know if you listen to the to
the album front to back, you're going to hear some similarities

(03:19):
and stuff like that, but I thinkit expands on that a little bit.
Like you said, there's a lot of songs that there's, you know,
they're not just two-minute songs.
Yeah, which is kind of intriguing because I mean, they
been slowly releasing singles orwhatever, whatever people call
them these days, but they've been slowly releasing tracks
from the album and like, I mean, even Never Enough is close to 5,

(03:42):
which is nuts, right? Like, I mean, it's got, it feels
very much like the flow of Glow on.
It's got the same vibe. It's like a continuation, A
slight expansion type of thing, different angles and stuff like
that. But so far it's good.
Yeah, I really, I'm really into the song.
Look out for me. Give me a little taste.

(04:02):
Which is kind of what I'm into. It's one of those songs that's
also. Yeah, it's a little bit longer
because it kind of kicks into more of a it it, it evolves like
the the song sound evolves through throughout it.
So I kind of like that, like opening up, like it's got that
reverb. Kind of like to me that kind of

(04:24):
sounds like a little 80s style. Yeah, I don't know the word, you
know. Like new WAVY or something like
that. You know the phrase Miami Vice
comes to mind. When I hear there you go, there
you go. Like, but then of course you
have your like loud rock kind ofkind of riffs.
Like super get into the hardcorebit of an.
Authentic kind of kind of goes into in a little bit of a not a

(04:46):
don't want to say electronic, but kind of has that like little
like off Spacey kind of thing. And it's just like going.
But it's not as guitar. Organic.
Can you get a little bit more inmy side of headphones?
Yeah, Yeah. There we go.
Try not try not to get banned here.
OK, got a little in the mix is OK for you.

(05:07):
You can hear as much as you want, you don't record it.
That's right. Yeah, I'm I'd like to throw.
It in the live feed here, but I got a little takes for everybody
but as a super good album turns to all are amazing man like
amazing and if you haven't checked out I need a live stuff
check that shit out. They just did.
We talked about before we did the live show was a Baltimore.

(05:28):
Live free show in their home city of Baltimore and they had
or or maybe they had something but anyway it was for it was a
benefit for a local charity or whatever and 10,000 people
showed up. Yeah.
It's like a, you know, out of nowhere and like it's this band
is going, is going to the moon here right now.

(05:51):
Yeah. Skyrocket.
Yeah. And they bring good vibes.
It seems like it's all good vibes.
Hayley Williams hanging out. They got a film coming out with
the album release as well. Came out I think a day before I
think came in the fifth album came out.
Yeah, I think. Released at the Tribeca Film
Festival. I believe so.
Yeah, yes, yeah, yeah. So I'm interested.
I'm not sure what that's about or what's going on.

(06:13):
There no idea to be honest with you about it.
As far as I know, it's a film that goes along with the album
and I don't know what that meansbecause it seems like they've
taken this kind of double edged approach.
Like the album comes out, but it's a lot about the visual or
something like or whatever we want to put, you know what I
mean? And there's style is kind of
changed, that kind of thing. So I think instead of the music

(06:35):
getting drastically different, it's kind of like follow us on
this kind of fun, creative journey type of thing.
I really like people. The music video for birds.
Yeah, yeah, so good. And it has that this visual
aspect of it that kind of reminds me of an old 70s like
John Carpenter kind of horror movie.

(06:57):
Theatre, and that's the thing, Ithink they've kind of taken to
70s like film angle on it, film or whatever the angle, whatever
their angle is on. And I don't know if that's what
they're going for, but that's what it's come across like to me
at. Least, but yeah.
It's kind of like when Arctic Monkeys did, their newest
element was kind of like lounge or whatever.
So they kind of took this approach where they were kind of

(07:18):
dressed different, music sound alittle different.
It was kind of like that vibe, but not that that way with that
vibe kind of thing. So it's interesting.
I don't know. I'm down so far.
I'm down and that was a new. Turn.
Yeah, for sure. They just played Jimmy Fallon,
The Tonight Show. Yeah, Tonight Show.
So that's good, good at lots of eyes on that.

(07:39):
I don't know how many people watched The Tonight Show with
Jimmy Fallon nowadays, but I know it's definitely good
exposure for. Sure.
Yeah. I mean it was a cool set to like
playing the same thing, kind of film filmed or shot or whatever
produced in a way that looked 70s ish and they had the
headphones on, you know what I mean?
Look kind of had that angle, which is cool and the lighting
looked that way and the way theyhad everything set up was

(08:01):
looking that way. I don't know, I'm intrigued.
I want to see what this is all about, though I do want to.
Shoot, the film is gonna have toget.
It turns out, hook me up bro. Maybe search the webs?
Oh, I'm sure we can find it somewhere in the waves of the
pirate Sea. You.
Know Army M80. He made the yeah.

(08:21):
So that's kind of where we're atwith that.
Looking into does a big drop though.
So yeah, if you if you don't know, you gotta check out, check
it out, check out the new. Album.
Check it out. Check it right about it.
Never enough. Come out where we're big fans of
Turnstile on this pod. We're always.
Gonna pump them a lot, Pump themup.
Yeah, you get a lot of pump. Pumping them up, but that's

(08:43):
what. We're in two straight years now
pumping them up, yeah. That's what we're into.
So yeah, that's where we're at this episode 97.
Of the podcast, 7 episode Make David.
McDavid here tonight. Speaking of McDavid, I'm Sean.
We're deluded. That game where you lose that
game. Double.
Overtime Overtime the racket youand double two goals.

(09:05):
They're at King Direct, KingstonHouse, so.
How do I kind of like that directing and getting out to get
it? I'm not, I'm not totally averted
to that. Yeah, it's kind of like it is.
What it is right? I'm not.
I'm also not another fan so I'm not that deeply.
We're not married to either either team so.
No, no, no. My God, it's like whoever wins

(09:28):
wins. But I, you know, I, I definitely
cheer for the Oilers, you know, not, you know, like.
But it's fun to be in the province that you know what I
mean? Like it's.
Because it's a whole town. Feel like, yeah, yeah, it feels
like it's a hometown team, right?
It's a hometown. Flags everywhere.
I mean, we could go outside and look around for probably 20
flags. We're definitely look across the
back park there and. There's one on the back.

(09:48):
Yeah, after everywhere, everybody's got 1.
Tested the car now today. Double flags on the.
Car yeah, double flags coming down the fucking Rd.
Jerseys everywhere. Yeah.
Yeah, that's cool. That's cool.
Cool because coming from a placethat doesn't have a anything
team really. Like no professional.
Professional other than like AHQteams, whatever, but there are

(10:08):
like 5 hours away from where we grew up kind of thing too.
So that doesn't help doesn't it Feels cool, but it's not it's
not as cool. But there's one thing I will say
about living here is like, Oh yeah, that's pretty cool.
As much as I'm not a fan going watching games at the bar
because people are stoked and everybody's getting excited.
Someone scores, place goes bananas like that.

(10:29):
Yeah, that's cool. To be fair, that's the Oilers
are the first NHL game I've everseen in real in person, right?
Yeah. There's a little bit of an
attachment that. Little thing got a little thing.
Yeah, I don't know. It's anyway, yeah, old sports
centre. 30 Old sports centre Sports TSN Turning point here.
TSN sports desk Remember when they were called sports?

(10:51):
Desk I do that I do remember when TSN was the little black
logo with TSN into like fake lights looking thing or.
Whatever. Yeah, like little gold dots or
supposed to be kind of lights. Like neons or whatever you wanna
call it Sign. That's funny thing about that.
That was a long time ago, but inthe morning, yeah.
Young Gino Reda, right? Real young Gino Reda too, man.

(11:13):
Yeah, yeah. Everybody was fresh.
Everybody was fresh. Eggs, Dash.
Yeah, thick. Thick big Tom Selleck stash 1 I
can only dream. To achieve, yeah, I'm not
getting near death. I could take all the
testosterone I felt my life, that wouldn't fucking change.
I wonder, would I give you a hairy lip or what?
Probably better to make you go bald.

(11:35):
OK, I guess I'm already there from the tire to the middle.
Right, Yeah, you can't. You only get so many follicles,
right? You only get.
So only have so many followers. And they gotta be somewhere, so
that's why it happens. You don't get to choose either.
No, no, no, that's up to the lowered himself.
Yes. Lord.

(11:56):
Take him off my ass. Put them back on my head, man,
Put them back on my head. But for God's sakes, don't,
don't put my pubes. On my face, red.
Waking up. Yeah, like that's like all, like
all these real curlies. Right.
Thick though, yeah, I guess thick, curly.
You imagine all these countries that Lord Lord, take that off my

(12:22):
ass and put it back up my. You only get so many follicles.
That's the message you sent back.
Listen pal, listen pal, you onlyget so many.
You only get so many. And it's up to me from now on.
That's right. Act you.
That's so funny. That's a good.
That's good. I like that.
OK. What else we got going on?

(12:42):
So coming out next week new, I want to say, well, it'll be this
week of the podcast technically, probably on this day of the
podcast, Queens of Stone Age live at Catacombs.
Alive and well, baby. So I believe it's funny because
I believe we talked about this before.
I believe we've discussed this potentially personally,

(13:08):
potentially personally between me and you, I think, but we were
discussing this before. So this is essentially like
live. It's in this catacombs in
France. Don't quote me on that, but I'm
pretty positive. Alive in the cat.
So I'm gonna pop up the little trailer here now.
I can't do it, but I'll leave iton there.
That's cool. Maybe we'll get flagged.

(13:30):
Yeah, maybe just a small. Josh man, I'm just trying to
talk about it. Just leaving those jackets for
real. I'm a huge fan so.
Just let me remember that time at the casino.
And I looked at you and waved and you waved back.
Yeah, remember. That you said.
Hey, we didn't. We did.
A head nod. Yeah, I didn't feel like
disturbing you because that's weird to me sometimes.
Probably lost a few few few bands in the high.

(13:53):
Bands. In the high rollers room up the
stairs. I seen John Theodore and Troy
Van Lee one hanging out over therail like oh shit.
But this is like a different take on a bunch of Queen songs.
Like so it's live from the catacombs.
Like, that's like actual human skulls, technically speaking.

(14:14):
Yeah. So they'll be doing this, I
believe, like Seth. Pretty sure it comes out next
week, if I'm not mistaken. So it's a new take, fresh take
on a bunch of Queen songs live in this.
And there's, I believe, a concert portion of this as well
that a bunch of people kind of sit and see.
And I believe that was kind of like semi acoustic.
I'm going to say I've seen it a couple clips from it, but I

(14:35):
don't know. I'm pretty excited about this.
Actually is a Queens fan. This is very cool and I've been
talking about because this happened like pretty COVID OHS
really you're right around COVIDkind of thing, something it's
been a while. It's at least been three years
since this kind of became like started or whatever.

(14:58):
So it's pretty cool. Yeah, it's different.
I'm pretty positive it's going to just be different takes on
Queen songs and cool stuff like that.
Like almost like a Catacombs Unplugs 95 or whatever.
June 5th so was available. Say less, son, say less.
I'm gonna put that on it. Didn't realize that I've been at
the loop. I've been a busy man the last

(15:18):
couple. Listen now go.
Go check it out. Go check it out.
Get it on Spotify. I live in the Stone Age.
Should we pull it up? Should we be?
Let's pull it up. See we both.
Is it on the youtubes? Where was it?
I'm going to say it's going to be on.
This Ohio. Because that looks like a new
picture to me. Let's see, Is it on here?

(15:40):
Not on here? Probably not on here.
Where did they say that was? About the video though, is it a
video? I don't like a full like back to
the video. I thought it was like going to
be like a. Available.
I think you gotta buy it. I feel like this is like a
purchase. Maybe at queens.com.
I feel like it's a purchase online.

(16:01):
Yeah. So you purchased is live at Cat
Combs? Get it?
I'm pretty positive, so probablyby now I'm going to get a
password and like, wow, crazy stuff.
Phx.tv Old. School.
So this is it here live catacombs, not a visual document
of the bands long rumor performance in the tunnels at
the fame catacombs in Paris, filmed and recorded in July.

(16:24):
Oh no, it was only last year so they must been talking about it
for a while because I knew aboutthis for a really long time.
Greases donate a lot of the catacombs captures Queens Stone
Age you never heard them before. This utterly unique once in a
lifetime experience. Features carefully selected set
list spanning the Queens catalogcatalog, Each song chosen
epically reimagined. OK, so it is totally that for

(16:47):
the Catacombs. That's pretty sick.
A reimagining of their songs. Yeah, I think that's pretty
fucking cool. That's pretty cool.
I. Believe I always love when
someone does an acoustic version, you know, throw throw
some strings in there. 100% let's see now we're going to
Queens website. So obviously so you gotta order
it according to this. So yeah, I figured that order

(17:08):
film, I'm going to order one. I will buy $114.00 even if it's
38, probably buy it. I'm a big Queens fan.
I've been a huge Queens fan. Freaking Big Mac extra large Big
Mac meals like over 14 bucks. Now dude man, go to McDonald's
20 bones, throw down a 2020. 20 I can't.
I don't know how. I'm sure 4 fins, maybe 4 fins.

(17:28):
Same same with the the place where you get the Subs and not
going to mention but sub place the sub place.
Someplace. Yeah, it's over 20.
It's like $22.00. Yeah, dude, freaking stuff like
GET. That slug chips and a drink.
Yeah, little mini bag of chips. Yeah, yeah, literally.
Guys, we gotta. Stop buying this shit.

(17:50):
I think it's time we all startedcooking at home.
That that. Yes, that.
Yes, but yeah, I'm a horrible take.
Roll vegetables. Let's not.
Raise their own. Chickens, let's not get crazy
here. Actually, to be fair, I wouldn't
mind doing that to a certain degree.
When I think about it, I'm like, that's a lot of.
Work just not something would just like jobs and.

(18:10):
Yeah, it's like, hey, as long aschickens are accessible to me in
the in the in the grocery store, but I don't need to do that.
But the day that it becomes not an option, I'll gladly cut the
head off chicken. That's.
Right, and eat that shit. That is not going to bug me a
little bit because that guy was put here for me to eat.
So sorry, vegans. I love chicken.
But let me tell you, that's justdelicious.

(18:32):
I love chicken. I love chicken.
I had chicken today. Several.
Times, not several, but I had itonce and I had a KFC chicken.
Chicken Chicken from KFC Click look Colonel Sanders style.
Colonel Sanders. Colonel Sanders will drop a
Colonel Sanders. You dropping Colonel Sanders

(18:53):
off? Yeah, man.
Chickens got expensive though. Let me tell you something now,
brother man. Bucky chicken, probably.
Ten piece bucket of chicken withtwo sides that is 80 bucks
delivered. To you.
Damn. Oh.
Lord deliver 65 bucks to buy a flat out.
That seems like a criminal dude.Like buy chicken. 4 actual

(19:17):
chickens that are alive get eggsand chickens in the same swoop
for like a year for the same cost.
Basically you convenience. I'm also not a farmer nor do I
own a chicken coop. Yeah.
So I'm stuck right in that kind of capacity.

(19:38):
So, you know. That's what I'm saying.
Yeah, but as long as the ticketsare available in the grocery
store, I'm a purchaser. Don't unless we get to the
apocalypse level of things. Probably won't be bothering with
the chicken coop. No.
Not my vibe, not generally my vibe.
Unless, you know, that's all I had to do and that's how I made

(20:02):
money. Then they'll be like or
whatever, I'm a farmer now. I.
Guess yeah, I'm not using that life so that life is not.
For me, no. Not in this.
Not right now, at least. Just small, I think.
In a small scale, I think I'd beOK with.
It just small scale in a small community type of thing.
Just for my own person. That way, yeah, if I had the
time to come. Out like a big farmer, but just

(20:23):
a. Home farmer.
Yeah, something sensible. Homesteady.
Almost home. Steady.
Homesteady get yourself a bee hive thing or.
Whatever, all kinds of behind. A little tractor, one of those
Jagger. Yeah, to be fair.
Like if you didn't have nothing else to do and that's what you

(20:43):
did. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
You don't like it. Wouldn't be the worst.
That would be great. Definitely would be the worst.
I agree with. That have some space and.
It takes on all day, just chilling in the sun.
Basically feed chickens gathering.
Holes. Yeah, whatever farmers do, you
know, tough stuff. Let's do some fun stuff.

(21:03):
Let's do some farmer stuff. Farm FarmVille.
FarmVille Bravo, maybe that's myfarming.
FarmVille. It's funny cause I used to play
it for Xbox. I got right hooked out just like
cracked that stuff in all the week.
Get all the wheat. You need more wheat.
You need more sheet more wheat. You need more sheets for wool.

(21:24):
You know what I'm gonna do? I'm gonna make more sheep.
Shall. Yeah, if only it were that easy.
Yeah. Do you put do you play mobile
games so you have mobile? No, not a I've been online are
benign a PS5. I'd like to get back into the to

(21:45):
that, but I'm just you know, just looking on the marketplace,
just checking little dog. You never know what might be a
cheap one. I did not pull the trigger on
the brand new one I don't think. But the thing.
Is aggressive on the price tag for a new one.
It's. A little aggressive.
Slightly aggressive on. It because then it's like a lot
of like I'm literally time in myliving room well.
This like this, that's the wholething about that right?

(22:08):
I guess hooked on that right quick to cuz I still I still
have my Xbox One. Sorry elitists, but I still have
an Xbox One that I play because I got a bunch of games and I
don't like whatever fuck I want.I don't care.
So I play it every now and then and I but when I do, I started
playing Fallout 4 again, I don'tknow, a month ago or something
like that. Not like oht, yeah, I'm trying

(22:30):
not to get addicted or whatever, you know what I mean?
Like cause you know. What happened you're?
Halfway no, not right now no at first I was cause of course I
got to bad ADHD. So dopamine dump right at the
beginning. I'm like making a character I'm
like oh I can't wait to get backinto this I'm gonna play it like
this now. You know what I mean?
Like I'm gonna be this kind of character or whatever.
So for the first three weeks I'mlike fucking every night, like

(22:52):
two or three or four hours at it, hard at it or whatever.
And then. Gone ham.
And then one night I was like, dude, it's like 2:30 in the
morning, you gotta go to bed, you gotta go to work.
So yeah, exactly. So then I kind of put myself on
a shelf for a bit, but it's easyfor me to like, stop everything
and justice get ready. Oh yeah, I'm hard.

(23:14):
I'm bad for that, man. That's why haven't invested in
new consoles and I haven't invested in like a platelet or a
PC or anything like that becausethe second I do, we're back.
Yeah, we're all the way back. Yeah, For me, I'm probably go.
I'd probably go the other way. I'd probably, yeah, go crazy
with it for a week or two and then it would just sit there and

(23:37):
still just, I wouldn't play it really.
That's it then, kind of thing. Yeah, until like there was a new
game until GTA 6 is coming. Out man.
Well, that's what I'm mine is going like and then like a
condom into like the new Tony Hawk releases like Tony Hawk on
the new consoles. That would be cool.
You know what I mean? Like that kind of thing.

(23:58):
I don't know, man, but it's a fucking.
That'd be great. It's a fucking dicey Rd. man.
For me it's a dicey Rd. Because I'm not a big
role-playing game person or being into all that.
It's more like sports. I'll play NHL but it's the same
shit. That I really like playing golf

(24:19):
games because I'm not super goodat but I like playing the games
because it's not I don't know, it's different like it's.
Completely. Different than everything else I
would ever play. Yeah, and I do enjoy it.
I'm not gonna lie. And tennis games are like
playing as well. To be fair, I'm not gonna lie.
Two things. Two sports.
I don't. Well, I play.
I do golf, I guess, but I definitely don't play tennis.
But I quite enjoy playing on. Console minor tennis.

(24:41):
I know they're there used to be a couple of Xbox games, tennis
games that I like, even like theold Mario for Nintendo, like
tennis. Like was just tennis and Mario
was the ref. Yeah.
Mario Tennis. And he's like Boo, like walking
over. He's like, yeah, dude.
Yeah, don't, don't, don't. Like moving moving across the

(25:06):
screen. Just pixels moving around so,
but tennis was over the. Top spin was.
It was the. Name of the old top spins a good
one yeah yeah top spin was good what was that golf game hot
shots golf live bark and. Got that for PlayStation 2?
Played the demo to death to the point where it was it was on the
Tony Hawk demo. Same one or whatever.

(25:27):
I'm pretty sure anyway and I played the shit of it so it
didn't work and then when it came out like I gotta get this
game I'm fucking hooked on I just can't.
I loved it. I loved playing Hot shots golf.
I don't know why, but that was the one that got me hooked and
then I started playing Tiger Woods.
Oh yeah and then I started playing on started playing on PC
1st and then I started playing it on console after yeah.

(25:49):
So that was in different for sure, but I quite enjoyed that.
I haven't played in a long time,but I did really like that.
I don't like hockey games on it like I will play it like, but I
generally don't purchase them. I haven't in a long time, man.
There was a stretch there where I had everyone from probably 06
to like when I know when the when the Xbox 360, I don't know

(26:14):
if that I know it was Eric Stallon the on the cover.
I don't know, it was 06 or whatever, but like that was like
a new NHL. It was like wow, like oh wow.
Like she's different than skill stick like.
Oh. Look, it was just like the next
generation and it was so good, like compared to like PS2, Yeah.
So which is what my progression through video games was.

(26:37):
It was BS 2 to Xbox 360. So like, yeah.
So from there I had pretty much everything right, because then I
went back to PS. I had a PS3 PS.
Four. Oh yeah, Yeah.
But yeah, then I had pretty muchevery NHL game up until 2020.

(26:57):
Maybe. Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, it's a lot. The thing I found is like a
stopped really being any. Different yet?
That's what it was. It was, you know what I mean?
The same shit for five years andit's like 80.
Bucks 80 Bucks 80 bucks the. Same, Yeah.
Yeah, and you get the update. So like all the new players are
in it, like, you know what I mean?
Like, as long as your games within five years, you still get

(27:18):
all the same players. Yeah.
So I don't that's the what bugged me.
But it's like, I don't want. I can't just because I was
buying them like I played up until 2000 and I don't know,
whatever 12 or whatever, 13 or something like that.
Maybe before I moved up here basically.
But yeah, then I got off completely.

(27:38):
I was like, I don't know why I'mpaying for this.
Yeah, like it drove me off the head of those paying 80 bucks a
year to play this game or whatever they were.
They had a. Good thing going with on the
PlayStation three with the online because me and you play
like we all play on the same team online.

(27:58):
But even that that changed through zero and then we just
start playing and it was just like.
Yeah, we didn't become as fun. Just wasn't as fun anymore.
I don't know. I don't like it as much anymore.
But like, I don't know. And another game I play a lot
of, I used to play a lot of NBA games, other sports that I don't
really play but I quite like playing because it's fun.
Dunk on people. It's fun to fucking break

(28:20):
someone saying don't call. Me.
Swat someone, right? That's fun.
Trying to fuck on. Me swat.
Little Hangover reference, folks.
One of my favorite movies in front of it.
I don't know about you. But I quite enjoy it.

(28:42):
I wouldn't put it like on top ofthis, but it's one of my
favorite movie. What would I like?
Favorite comedy movies? For yeah, yeah, for sure the
original 1, I think when it whenit came out, it was just very
impactful for. What was it was a bit unhinged,
like it was kind of like becauseI felt like it was like Jonah
Hill was doing to a certain degree, but took it like an
adult form and then took it to the next level.
You know what I mean? Like when was like kind of like

(29:04):
for like 18 year olds, like those movies that he did.
What the fuck was it called? That one you know, talk about
anyway, everybody like the moviethat he seems at the party
movie, whatever. And that one was like for 18
year olds. And then, oh.
Super bad. Super bad.
That's looking for sorry and fucking yeah.

(29:24):
And then Hangover came along andit was like, oh, this is like 30
year olds or what are we doing it?
So yeah, I quite like it. It's quite funny.
Yeah. Great movie.
Zach Galifianakis. Fucking nuts I think.
That was, yeah, that was his breakout, right?
Well, he got really famous from Between Two Ferns first.
Not not that level, but it mighthave been.

(29:45):
But I think that's pushed him. Forward a little.
Bit yeah, because he has been around for years.
Like years and years. He's a stand up comedian for
years. Yeah, he's been since like the
friggin. Early and he's in a.
Bunch of weird things but like never.
He never became like a householdname.
No, because he's had a bunch of weird movies and things.
Like stuff, Like a bunch of weird stuff, Yeah, but he never

(30:06):
really broke out until Hangover and Hangover stopped the handle.
Yeah, that was the greatest box office comedy of all time until
maybe he still is, if I'm not mistaken.
But yeah, comedies don't usuallydo box office numbers like that.
So it was a big hit. Yeah, for sure.

(30:27):
That is super bad. Too bad I'm killing it.
Super bad. Super bad.
Alright ladies and gentlemen, what else we got going on?
Here we go. One more topic I think on our
list of hits here. This evening for the folks so
listening to us, we got Iggy Pop.
Has left the building as a very good way of putting it

(30:47):
technically. So he played his farewell show
Saturday. So that's it for Iggy Pop?
That's crazy. 78 years old is still giving her fucking yeah.
Played her, played final show, went out in the coffin.
This is kind of why I chose the story, mostly because he's

(31:08):
pretty iconic and I I quite. I like giggly pop.
I think he's pretty. Little searching destroy on.
So your story just pop up. There we go.
Now we got her. That would have been.
Let's see here. Iggy Iggy Pop Iggy popping the

(31:29):
stooges also. The Stooges let's.
Go has Queens of Stone Age connection because Josh Hamby
played on the last second last Thank You pop album him.
It was him, the drummer from Arctic Monkeys.
I can't remember who the other two guys.
I want to say it was the bass player from The Raconteurs

(31:51):
maybe, And somebody else, Alan Johannes.
Probably so he left in the coffin after it was over or he
came in at the start and no cameout of.
The coffin, there he goes. This is how he ended up getting
in boom. We can find a video that I found
the video of it, though the actual video is just like like

(32:12):
screen on YouTube. Iggy Pop, Manchester, let's go.
Iggy Pop in Manchester. Manchester.
Who's that? That is Iggy Pop.
Iggy Poppa Manchester. He's a yeah.
He's 78. Still, still killing it
shirtless on stage. Killing it.

(32:35):
He's a. He's been This is the clip here.
I won't, I won't. Definitely getting banned by
popular but that's. Cool people get the get the gist
of it. There it is.
There it is. We'll toss it up.
Won't put up, no. No full screen because you never
know. Oh, here's the clip, finally.

(32:59):
Nice, Here we go. So we'll just let it play in the
background as we listen to Search and Destroy You popping
the Stooges up in here. Made a chilling exit.
Goes viral. Goes viral.
Show me the clip right here. Probably somewhere.

(33:24):
It's gonna be right in this fucking tarps off for tarps for
the boys forever tarps off for Iggy.
She just pulled her fucking tarps off right now for rock
mode. Well OK, here it is.
Here I wanna show it if you wantme here.
There is good night. Good night.

(33:44):
See you the week, crazy man. Goodbye.
So you think about it like, we've lived long enough now to
see Iggy Pop from like his like late 30s.
Is it a point now where he has retired at 78?
Good for him. Good for him, he's done lots of
cool shit. The man's a freaking legend.

(34:05):
Freaking legend. Freaking legend and he's done
one of everything. I'm pretty positive along the
way when it comes to everything.OHS yeah.
I feel like yeah, yeah. But you know, I mean with the
Rock, You know, never say never.Never say never.
He might be back in a couple of years, but 78?

(34:26):
Dude. Well, he maybe he just, he won't
know what to do. There's always what am I gonna
do now? There's always.
That you pop always reminds me. I just kind of came.
My brain always reminds me Trainspotting.
Always flat. As a classic 90s film, yeah.
Did you watch Trainspotting too?I might have, but it's been a
while. I think I watched it because
it's like recent, you know, I mean like it's like a there was

(34:48):
such as it was over cover, cover, whatever, like pre COVID
error type stuff. Remember, I know I watched it,
but I was like that Same. Yeah, I don't know.
Too long. Yeah.
Too much, too many. To Henry and Between which which
also reminds me of the movie Snatch.
Now I watched that on the regular.
Is there a snatch too? Did they try to remake that?

(35:08):
No, I. Don't think so, but I could be
wrong because it's a Guy Ritchiefilling pretty.
Yeah, Let me look on the Internet for that information.
One second. Ryan Snatch 2 Is this a?
Real thing you really just snatch.
But I got the double DVD, but I got the double with the fucking
special shit and the whole thingthat's actually that's like one
of my favorite movie. Snatch Noba.

(35:31):
Oh, what's this, 2025? That's not real, is it?
That's two gypsies. Revenge.
Who the fuck? Is no, that's just that's just
made. Up.
Yeah, like, yeah, there. Get out of here.
Get out of here you little 4040 something.
You little shit. Well, that's pretty savage,
actually. That's sucking right now.

(35:52):
What you got here? About Wow cards.
What do you got? Going on there, open deck of
cards. Selects Deluxe edition man.
Boston match playing cards. Who's in there?
Is it like? Is it like instead of nudies
it's debut? I think so.
Man, this. It's like, oh OHS guns.

(36:16):
Get out. Get out.
Ditto. Put it in the camera.
Holy. But he's hiding his good gear.
But he's hiding on his good gear.
And when? How long have I had this?
Man, since fucking 2000. Fucking.
One, 2005. Fuck this game up.

(36:39):
This is Chris man. Not even open man.
I went to. No man, I went to.
People. I went to the little DVD crazy
when you know. Remember when DVD's?
Were OHS big hit. I went fucking ham on that man.
I still got a bunch. Of yeah and everything everyone
had a deluxe edition and. But I love this because they

(37:00):
always had good different commentary or behind the scenes
shit or whatever. Because I'm assuming that you're
like, I watch a lot of movies with the commentary on after
I've watched them once, once or twice.
Do you do that? Now, probably not as many like
maybe I can only think of maybe a handful of.
I've watched a lot now somethingI don't know why, how I got in.

(37:20):
I oh, I tell you how I did it. I watched fucking Fight Club
with the whole commentary on. So it's like everybody in the
same room. So it's like Brad Pitt, Helena
Bonham Carter, David Fincher, fucking meatloaf, fucking
meatloaf. Ed Norton, Robert Paulson,
They're all, his name is Robert Paulson and they're all in the
like in the same room. You know what I mean?

(37:41):
Like talking about it as his fucking wicked.
So I recommend that you should watch.
If you haven't watched Fight Club, watch Fight Club.
Then watch Fight Club if you can, if you have confined a DVD
copy or however that functions these days with the commentary.
Oh yeah, and watch with the commentary what everybody
talking about. It is happening because it's way
better almost, because now that you know what happens, they talk

(38:03):
in a funny, in a really funny way about the whole thing as it
goes along and like stories about what happened.
It's really, really good. To be fair, that's maybe a
concept potentially for a later date, but we could watch movies
with the commentary on and. Pick about.
Pick, pick, pick apart. You know the the inside scoop

(38:23):
of. The movies, because there's some
good stuff on some of those. Yeah, there you go.
Do you do you ever think maybe that type of material will
become a hot commodity? Down the road or like?
DVD's, you know, like, oh, wow, you can't readily find this shit
available. Yeah.
So like, you people were like, oh, well, have a DVD, right?

(38:47):
So the DVD can become somewhat valuable again.
I don't know, maybe. I think so.
Because right now people are almost giving them away, it
feels like. My angle on it is that like, as
cool as VHS is, it's tape. It's a mechanical device, right?
Like it's magnets on a strip of fucking tape, literally.
So there's a degradation segmentto that, you know what I mean?

(39:11):
Like it degrades overtime, regardless of how good a care
you take over, just the age of it will degrade it.
And like even now, like when I watch VHS that I have, as much
as I know they're not going to look this, you know what I mean?
Look as good as HD. They should look better big
because they're fucking 253040 years old.
Some of these fucking things now55 years old, even some of them

(39:35):
are 60 years old, you know, I mean, like they've degraded to
the point where they don't look as good and they got scratch
points and like fuzzy parts and you know what I mean?
Especially if now you've purchased a DVD with maybe just
a little nudie scene in there and some boy has maybe rewound
and fast forwarded over that fucking part 1000 times.
That part don't work no more, you know what I mean?
Like there's that to VHS. Where is that?

(39:58):
Unless you physically beat the fuck out of the disk or leave it
in the sun. It doesn't really degrade
necessarily, right? Like if you actually do take
care of it, it does work essentially forever.
Like it will degrade overtime because the aluminum rings will
eventually break, but that's a far longer point away, you know

(40:18):
what I mean? And also, even if you just get a
disk drive for your computer, you can just put that shit on
and like copy all that stuff into.
You can make it a new DVD copy of it, or you can, yeah, which
I've may or may not have done. I have no idea what you're
talking about. I love doing that.

(40:38):
Go to the store, rent. Rent DVDs, go home.
Don't get me started on that. And all of a sudden I have more
of. Them, man, I had it to do.
I had it set up to a point whereI didn't need to actually
physically make a disc. I had a like a fucking image
drive on my computer that I could load them into.
So it was like there, if I had the space, I could have as many
as I need it so I could just carry them around.

(40:59):
That was my first ever essentially what people are
doing now. You know what I mean?
When they have a hard drive fullof movies type of thing or
whatever. That was my very first rendition
of that as I had images and I had the image loader and I could
load the images and they would like, it would be like a virtual
drive. So it wouldn't, it would load
like it existed. So would be like my H drive and
I could load them into my H drive which pretended to be a

(41:22):
disk 5 and it would load the drive and then so I could have
full DVDs that would load like aDVD right and click the menu.
Yeah, all the menus. Yeah, that was my first
traveling streaming device or whatever you want to say.
I had like 200 movies on my harddrive and I could just load them
in an imaginary. World.

(41:44):
It's crazy. We've all had those like nights
or mornings too when we've wokenup and there's like the same DVD
menus song, just like DVD menu, just doing the same thing over
and over. No, what?
That reminds me of Chris Rock. Bigger and blacker, really.
Not gonna lie, I've watched thatDVD. 10,000 knots probably man
Yeah over wake up like days and days on end with that on Yeah

(42:07):
just waking up to that same fucking thing going over and.
Over reminds me like Chappelle show.
Chappelle show all the time. It's like.
Chappelle Show. Chappelle Show.
Like all the time. It's like going through the
DVD's like. The red I always had the red
one, the red one always be like the second disc and I always
have that handy or. Whatever, Lord, fuck me Austin

(42:28):
Powers 1-2 brings back memories.Yeah, with the fucking.
The fucking. Intro yeah, it's just like his
voice and it's just like, you could probably maybe, yeah,
probably. Imagine it would be nightmare
fuel for most people, but. Back in the day.
Here we are, folks. There we are.
That's where we are. Here we are, here we are.
