All right, but bear with me,I'm going to get through it.
Okay.
First, I want to talk about thecommon misconception of what

visualization actually is.
Okay, it's not just wishfulthinking and daydreaming.
It's a deliberate andpurposeful mental exercise that
taps into the incredible powerof your subconscious mind.
Okay, so how does it work?

Well, when you visualizeyourself achieving a goal with
clarity and emotion, you'reactually programming your
subconscious mind to believethat success is possible.
So, in turn, it activates thelaws of attraction, drawing
opportunities and resources intoyour life to help you manifest

Visualization isn't just seeingyour success.
It's about feeling it, hearingit and experiencing it with all
of your senses.

into your daily routine.
So what you need to do is youneed to go ahead and find a
quiet, comfortable space whereyou won't be disturbed, make a
few deep breaths, breathe in andbreathe out, to center yourself

vivid detail.
Engage all of your senses.
What do you see, what do youhear, what do you feel, what do
you smell, what do you taste inthis moment of success, this

emotions associated with yoursuccess, like joy, gratitude,
empowerment.
Let these emotions wash over you.
Wash over you, reinforcing yourbeliefs in your ability to
achieve your goals.
And remember consistency is key.

Make visualization a dailypractice Daily practice, okay to
harness its full potential.
So we're going to make it whatwe're going to make it a daily
practice, okay.
