So what are positiveaffirmations?

to adopt new beliefs andattitudes that support your

It can reduce stress andpromote a more positive mindset.
So by consistently affirmingpositive belief about yourself

Okay, well, how do you usepositive affirmations?
Well, it's actually really easy.

It's completely normal to feela little resistant.

I felt that way.

I felt like you know, sayingthese affirmations are silly.
The whole saying affirmationsto yourself every day, the whole
mission board where they tellyou that, whatever it is that
you desire, put it on the board.
If you see it every day, itworks.

When I started thinking outsideof the box and just start
practicing or doing what otherswere telling me to do, I started
to feel a little different.
I started to have that littlepick me up, especially that five

or 10 minutes when I get towork and I just sat there in my
car and I'm like, okay, breathe,I'm not feeling it today, it's
so stressful.
But then, after saying one ortwo affirmations reassuring

myself of who I am, I startedwanting to do it on a regular
basis, and so it became a normfor me, and so I want to share
that.
Affirmations work, visionboards work, okay, and so I hope
