Entitlement, Manners and Mental Health

At first, etiquette and mental health do not seem to go together.  But when you examine how they are intertwined, you will be surprised.  A first step in dealing with people when it causes you anxiety, remember, do not take what people say and do personally.  Increase your own self-care to find peace, and happiness.
