The guest on today’s episode of Anxious Like You is author and actress, Gabrielle Stone. Like many of us, Gabrielle has experienced heartbreak. She discovered that her husband was having an affair and worked to heal from that betrayal while also falling deeply in love with another man. Unfortunately, that relationship also ended in heartbreak for Gabrielle. But unlike most of us who would have stayed at home and cried (totally natural reaction btw), she decided to travel Europe and heal while writing her book Eat, Pray, #FML.
