You read the title correctly! Rusty Buckets is BACK and he has some new theories about the wasteland and some of the strange things going on amidst the Coronapocalypse. Although he's alive, he's been in Sanitation Union custody for some time and has some things to say about them and the Apocalypse Bros podcast. He also has some interesting theories about a supposed "cure" and the new hit band we're all in-love with "Demon Semen."
