Well, praise the Lord everybody, and welcome to Apostolic
Mentoring.
I greet you in the mighty nameof Jesus from Strathmore,
(03:57):
california.
It has been such a great weekin California.
Speaker 3 (04:09):
Es ist eine
großartige Woche in Kalifornien
gerade.
Speaker 1 (04:14):
On Sunday I had the
privilege of being in Concord,
california, with PastorPatterson.
Speaker 3 (04:20):
Am Sonntag war ich in
Concord, kalifornien, mit
Pastor Patterson and oh, we hadsuch a great missions conference
.
We had 15 people receive theHoly Ghost.
Speaker 1 (04:39):
And the Lord moved
upon his people, in a mighty way
, to give sacrificially toadvance the kingdom of God
around the world.
Speaker 3 (04:52):
Der Herr hat in einer
großartigen Weite sich bewegt,
dass die Leute in ihren Herzenein Opfer gegeben haben
gegenüber oder für die Missionoder für sein Werk.
Speaker 1 (04:59):
We also had five, I
believe, baptized in Jesus' name
.
Fünf sind im Namen Jesusgetauft worden.
Also had five, I believe, baptized in Jesus' name, just
such an incredible kingdomconnection made with the UPC
president of the work in Bolivia.
In Bolivia and we are going tobe doing a crusade there maybe
(05:32):
this year, but definitely nextyear so excited about the doors
that the Lord is opening allaround the world.
Today I'm sitting at the deskin Strathmore, california, here
(05:58):
with Pastor Treadway.
Speaker 3 (06:14):
I'm so excited to be
with Pastor Treadway and this
great church this week.
I'm so excited to be withPastor Treadway and the church
family.
Speaker 1 (06:20):
But I'm so excited
about apostolic mentoring.
Speaker 3 (06:34):
How the Lord is
setting before us doors to equip
millions to reach billions, andI know we normally have guests
on Apostolic Mentoring everyweek.
(06:54):
And we're going to be gettingback to that schedule in
February and I just felt likethe Lord spoke to me and said
that he wanted me to speak onapostolic mentoring over the
(07:17):
month of January.
You all know I don't normallydo that, I'm very just very
conscientious about making surethat we bring in great apostolic
voices.
Speaker 1 (07:37):
But I couldn't get
away from this call of God.
All of November and All ofNovember and all of December,
the Lord kept speaking to meabout the month of January.
He kept speaking to me aboutacceleration and multiplication.
Speaker 3 (08:02):
Acceleration and
multiplication.
Er hat immer wieder zu mirgesprochen über Beschleunigung
und Vermehrung.
Speaker 1 (08:09):
The great prophetic
promises that he was going to
release to his people this year.
Speaker 3 (08:15):
Alle prophetischen
Versprechen, die er auf uns
geben würde dieses Jahr.
Speaker 1 (08:22):
But the Lord spoke to
me and said you've got to help
my people get in position toreceive these promises.
God spoke to me and said you'vegot to help my people get in
alignment.
The Lord spoke to me and saidthey are so distracted that they
(09:02):
are missing my promises and myprophecies because their eyes
are so blocked with things ofthis world.
God said their eyes are blinded, their ears are stopped.
Speaker 3 (09:35):
God said they are so
inundated with the world that
they can't hear my voice.
Speaker 1 (09:44):
So his promises are
globally guaranteed, but they
are being personally restrainedbecause we are not in alignment.
Speaker 3 (10:00):
We have to remember
what Prophet Bobby Wade said.
Speaker 1 (10:17):
He said that the
promises and prophecies of God
are not self-fulfilling.
When God speaks, we have to bein alignment.
When God speaks, we have to beready to run.
Speaker 3 (10:45):
When God speaks, we
have to be ready to run.
There has always been personalconditions applied to God's
prophetic promises.
Speaker 1 (11:06):
In the Old Testament,
God made a covenant with Israel
at Mount Sinai.
Speaker 3 (11:18):
In.
Speaker 1 (11:18):
Exodus, chapter 19
and verse 5, the Bible says this
chapter 19 and verse 5.
The Bible says this said now,if you will obey me fully and
keep my covenant if you willobey me fully, if you keep my
(11:53):
words he said I'm going to makeyou a treasured possession.
He said all I'm asking of youis that you obey my commandments
.
Speaker 3 (12:13):
That you walk
uprightly before me.
Speaker 1 (12:20):
He said, if you will
do this, he said I'm going to
make you a kingdom of priests,I'm going to make you a holy
nation.
I'm going to make you atreasured possession.
(12:45):
He said I just need you to getin alignment and I'm going to
open the doors before you and noman can shut them.
Again, we see this example inDeuteronomy, In chapter 28 and
(13:08):
verse 1.
The Bible said if you will obeythe Lord, your God, If you will
carefully follow thecommandments of the Lord the
(13:29):
Bible said that God told them Iwill set you high above all the
nations on the earth.
Again, God said I just need youto obey, I just need you to
(13:50):
walk with me, I just need you tobe in relationship with me.
He said every promise that I'mmaking to you hinges upon your
relationship with me.
Again, you look at 2 Chronicles7, verse 14.
(14:20):
The Bible we all know thisscripture.
This is not new stuff.
Speaker 3 (14:39):
We quote these
scriptures all the time.
We preach these scriptures, allthe time we preach these
scriptures.
Speaker 1 (14:49):
But we're not living
these scriptures daily.
We know what the Lord is askingof us, we know what the Lord is
promising us, but because we'renot walking in alignment with
him and his word, we'reconstantly living in this
(15:18):
disappointment.
Why am I not seeing the thingsthat the prophecies are saying?
Why are others seeing miracles, but my ministry seems void of
(15:40):
the miraculous the miraculousEverything with God has a
condition to it If you do this, then God will do this.
Speaker 3 (16:04):
2 Chronicles 7 and 14
.
Speaker 1 (16:09):
He said if my people
who are called by my name, he
said if you will humbleyourselves, if you will pray, if
you will seek the face of theLord and you will turn from your
(16:32):
wicked ways, then I will hearfrom heaven, then I will forgive
your sin.
Then I will forgive your sin.
Speaker 3 (16:48):
Then I will heal your
land.
The condition was clearHumility Prayer.
You gotta seek the face of God.
You gotta put away wickednessthis is clear.
(17:12):
God said this is all I'm askingof you.
I've set before you an opendoor but I need you to be in
alignment I've set before you anopen door.
But I need you to be inalignment.
(17:35):
I have spoken promises over yourlife, over your ministry, over
your city Over nations andregions, but I need you to get
in alignment Again.
(18:01):
We find these conditionsassociated with blessing.
You find this as God.
God answers Solomon's prayer.
You see what the Lord says, ifyou walk faithfully before me,
(18:24):
faithfully.
Speaker 1 (18:27):
God told Solomon, if
you will walk the way your
father David walked, and youwill do all that I command you
to do and you'll be obedient tomy words.
God said Solomon, I willestablish your throne.
Speaker 3 (19:00):
Nobody can overthrow
you, I'll give you dominion in
regions.
Speaker 1 (19:13):
I'll give you
dominion over nations.
All I'm asking of you isfaithfulness in your walk with
God you is faithfulness in yourwalk with God.
This is also true in the NewTestament, jesus, when he's
(19:36):
teaching about forgiveness.
You look at Matthew, chapter 6.
Verse 14 through 15.
Look what Jesus tells hispeople.
Speaker 3 (20:00):
He said if you will
forgive people, he said even if
you will forgive people.
He said even if they sinagainst you, if you will forgive
people even if they sin againstyou, even if they are evil,
even if they offend you.
Speaker 1 (20:26):
Even when it's unfair
and unfair.
Speaker 3 (20:32):
If you will forgive
people.
Speaker 1 (20:36):
Jesus said your
father in heaven will forgive
you.
But if you can't forgive, hesaid your father will not
forgive you.
Even in John, chapter 15 andverse 5, we find this prophetic
(21:03):
promise tied to conditions.
The word of the Lord said ifyou remain in me and I in you.
Speaker 3 (21:20):
This is the key to
multiplication.
Speaker 1 (21:25):
This is the key to
acceleration in everything in
the kingdom.
Jesus said if you remain in meand I in you, you will bear much
fruit.
But apart from me, you can donothing.
(21:48):
If you want to bear fruit inthe kingdom of God, you must
walk faithfully with the Lord.
If you want to bear much fruitin these last days Then you've
(22:13):
got to be obedient to the wordof God.
You can't have one foot in theworld and one foot in the church
.
You can't flirt with the worldand flirt with.
Speaker 3 (22:31):
God To bear much
fruit.
Speaker 1 (22:39):
You must be close to
God.
There's no doubt in my mind.
We are living in the last days.
Jesus is coming soon.
The Lord is going to pour outhis spirit upon all flesh.
(23:03):
We are going to see billionsadded to the church, but whether
you are going to be a spectatoror a participator is tied
(23:24):
directly to your personalobedience and devotion.
Somebody is going to seebillions.
Somebody is going to lay handson the sick and they're going to
recover.
(23:49):
Somebody is going to put theirfoot down on a nation and
revival is going to break forth.
Speaker 3 (24:06):
Somebody's going to
pray.
Multitudes of prodigals backthrough to the Holy Ghost.
Speaker 1 (24:25):
Somebody's going to
take dominion and authority over
nations and regions and fields.
Speaker 3 (24:28):
But if it's going to
be you, then you've got to
remain in Christ.
Speaker 1 (24:34):
The word of God does
not lie the prophet Isaiah,
speaking on behalf of the Lord, said this.
He said so shall my word bethat goeth forth out of my mouth
.
It shall not return unto meempty.
Speaker 3 (25:02):
He said but it will
accomplish.
And it will prosper.
God said when I speak, somebodyis going to see it come to pass
(25:26):
.
Not a word of God is going tofall short.
Speaker 1 (25:33):
Not a prophecy of God
is going to fail.
Every good word of the Lordshall come to pass.
But I have got to get myselfunder control.
I've got to get myself alignedspiritually.
Speaker 3 (26:00):
Ich muss mich
geistlich einordnen.
Speaker 1 (26:04):
I've got to get
myself aligned with the kingdom
of God.
Speaker 3 (26:08):
Mit dem Königreich
Gottes muss ich mich einordnen.
Speaker 1 (26:12):
I've got to stop
making excuses for my appetite
for the world.
Speaker 3 (26:18):
Ich muss aufhören,
mir Ausreden zu suchen für
meinen Appetit auf die Welt, formy appetite for the world, and
I've got to put away carnality,I've got to put away perversion,
I've got to put away thisdeception and I got to get back
(26:46):
aligned with God.
Speaker 1 (26:51):
I feel the Holy Ghost
here right now.
God is literally begging thechurch to get in alignment.
Speaker 3 (27:05):
God wants to use you.
Speaker 1 (27:09):
God wants to give
everything of the kingdom to you
, but you are paralyzed by yourlack of devotion.
You're paralyzed by your lackof relationship.
Speaker 3 (27:32):
You're paralyzed by
your lack of obedience and
because you draw back, you arenot frustrating you.
Speaker 1 (27:51):
The devil is not
frustrating you.
Speaker 3 (27:54):
Your lack of
obedience.
Speaker 1 (27:56):
The devil is not
frustrating you.
Speaker 3 (28:05):
Your lack of
obedience, your lack of
submission, your lack ofhumility, your lack of personal
relationship with God is causingyou to live in frustration.
Speaker 1 (28:30):
You're saying where
is God and God is saying where
are?
Speaker 3 (28:36):
you.
Speaker 1 (28:38):
Where are you at?
You're busy with a thousandother things, but you ain't
talked to me.
In a week you got time foreverything but.
Speaker 3 (28:53):
God.
Speaker 1 (28:58):
Your personal
devotion is the fuel of the
apostolic fire in you.
It is the fuel of thatapostolic fire.
When you are radically devotedto the Lord, it gives birth to
(29:28):
radical transformation.
Somebody that has a personaldevotion with the Lord, it is
impossible to walk in kingdomfrustration.
Devotion with the Lord willalways produce kingdom
(29:58):
fulfillment.
Speaker 3 (30:13):
It's that commitment
to daily personal relationship
with God that sets before youopen doors that no man can shut.
Speaker 1 (30:28):
It's the disciplined
devotional decision to push away
the plate for a season offasting.
Speaker 3 (30:35):
Es ist die Disziplin,
dass du den Teller wegschieben
kannst oder fasten kannst in demMoment, damit du dich dem Herrn
hingeben kannst.
Speaker 1 (31:04):
Es ist die
Entscheidung, die Disziplin, mit
dem Herrn zu verweilen.
Isn't it a crazy thing, dearfriends?
Speaker 3 (31:10):
that we can tarry
with Netflix but not tarry with
God.
Speaker 1 (31:16):
Isn't it a terrible
thing that we can tarry with
social media, but we can't tarryfor an hour with God?
It's a terrible thing that wecan tarry with carnality and all
the secular junk of the worldfor hours upon hours, upon hours
(31:41):
, but we are bored with God infive minutes.
Speaker 3 (31:45):
Es ist schrecklich,
dass wir stundenlang mit der
Sache dieser Welt, mit derFleischlichkeit, uns befassen,
aber wir können uns nicht maleine Stunde mit dem Herrn
auseinanderlegen.
Speaker 1 (31:54):
It's the disciplined
devotional decision to stop
scrolling social media and talkto God.
Speaker 3 (32:04):
Es ist die Disziplin,
die man hat, sich der
Entscheidung hinzugeben, dassman aufhört, in sozialen Medien
herumzuscrollen, und mit demHerrn mal zu reden.
Speaker 1 (32:14):
It's when you
transition from an appetite for
the world to an appetite for Godin his word.
It's the discipline, devotionaldecision to turn off Netflix
(32:34):
and to quit binge watchingepisodes.
Speaker 3 (32:51):
I know this is a
tough one today, but we're
living in the last days.
Speaker 1 (32:59):
God is coming soon
and he wants to use you in a
mighty way, but you areperverted with so much garbage.
First thing we do in themorning is grab our phone to
(33:20):
check out the mainstream mediaand see what happened in the
last eight hours.
The first thing we do in themorning is grab our phone to
scroll through social media tomake sure we didn't miss
anything from all of those greatInstagram influencers.
(33:44):
Before the day even starts, youburden yourself with carnality,
knowing that we are living inthe hour of acceleration and
(34:13):
multiplication we tie our ownhands with perversion.
We tie our own hands withdistractions.
We tie our own hands withcarnality.
Speaker 3 (34:42):
Why don't you just
make a decision this year to
untie your hands, untie yourfeet?
Speaker 1 (34:56):
The first thing you
do in the morning.
Just grab the word of.
God, the first thing you do inthe morning, just start praying
in other tongues.
Wake up in the morning speakingin tongues.
Speaker 3 (35:17):
Go to bed speaking in
other tongues.
Speaker 1 (35:23):
Start a new
commitment of daily devotion.
Start a daily devotional withthe word of God.
Speaker 3 (35:38):
Devotional with the
word of God oh God, help us to
change and transform.
Speaker 1 (35:53):
It's those
disciplined devotional decisions
to make the first thing you doin the morning, the word of God
in prayer.
Speaker 3 (36:11):
That's going to set
before you open doors that no
man can shut.
Speaker 1 (36:19):
It's that decision to
put away mainstream media and
social media for a season tohear from the Lord that's going
to put you in a position to walkin acceleration and
multiplication.
Speaker 3 (36:48):
It's those
disciplined devotional decisions
that allow you to hear thevoice of God.
Speaker 1 (36:56):
These type of
decisions position you to live
in the abundance of kingdompromises.
Transitioning to a lifestyle, daily lifestyle, of devotion
(37:17):
with God is what opens the doorsfor you that no man can shut.
Speaker 3 (37:22):
Es ist dieser
Lebensstil, dieser Übergang zu
der Entscheidung, dich für Gotthinzugeben, der dir geöffnete
Türen vor dir stellt, die keinerschließt.
Speaker 1 (37:31):
If you want to walk
in the demonstration of the
Spirit and of power in the lasthour of the church, you must
have a relationship with god youmay not realize it but it is
(37:56):
the mercy of god that he doesnot give you miracles and signs
and wonders when you are notdevoted to him.
Speaker 3 (38:06):
But it is the mercy
of God that he gives you signs
and wonders when you are notdevoted to him.
Speaker 1 (38:15):
In the absence of
devotion, god's mercy holds back
from you.
In the absence of devotion.
Speaker 3 (38:24):
God's mercy holds
back from you.
He keeps back demonstration andpower.
Speaker 1 (38:36):
Because if he gave
you miracles and signs and
wonders when you are not inChrist, in relationship with
Jesus, it would cause you to bedisobed.
Keep this grace and this powerfrom you and that opens or not.
Speaker 3 (39:04):
That opens the door,
but that.
Speaker 1 (39:12):
When God holds back
those things that you desire
because you're not inrelationship.
Speaker 3 (39:18):
Wenn Gott diese
Sachen zurückhält, die du
möchtest oder verlangst, undnicht deine Beziehung zu ihnen
verstärkst, it's not Godpreferring one person over
another.
It's God's love and mercy thathe does not give you what you
(39:53):
desire, when you don't give himwhat he desires.
Hear me today, dear friends.
It's your carnal and secularbaggage that's keeping you
frustrated.
Speaker 1 (40:09):
It's the carnal and
secular baggage that you're
carrying that's keeping youdisappointed.
Why don't you just repent?
Why don't you just make thingsright?
Speaker 3 (40:30):
with God.
Why don't you just make thingsright with God?
Speaker 1 (40:38):
Why don't?
Speaker 3 (40:39):
you just start this
new year out with a relationship
with the Lord.
Why don't you just get in theword every day?
Why?
Speaker 1 (40:47):
don't you just have a
relationship of prayer every
day?
The time that you tarried onNetflix, why don't you tarry
with God?
The time that you tarried withsocial media, why don't you
tarry with the?
Speaker 3 (41:06):
Lord.
The time you spend on socialmedia, why don't you spend that
time with God?
Stop bringing all of thisbaggage into your relationship
with the Lord.
I remember a few years ago, sister Robinette and I were in
(41:29):
the nation of Hawaii.
We were preaching all acrossthe islands there at different
churches, during a deputation.
Speaker 1 (41:46):
And I love to scuba
dive.
That's one of my favoritethings to do is to get in the
water.
Speaker 3 (41:52):
That's one of my
favorite things to do is to get
in the water.
People may not know this, butI'm actually an extreme
introvert.
I know none of you arebelieving it right now, but it
is true.
Speaker 1 (42:14):
Which is why I love
sports like scuba diving,
because you don't have to talkto anybody.
Speaker 3 (42:22):
I like to go skiing,
because you don't ski together,
you ski alone, you get all thistime to just be alone and to
think, and it's a great thingfor an introvert.
Speaker 1 (42:45):
And Sister Robinette
and I were in Hawaii and I
wanted to go diving on one ofthe days off.
Speaker 3 (42:52):
And I wanted to go
diving on one of the days off.
Speaker 1 (42:55):
And Sister Robinette
doesn't like really to go in the
water and doesn't like to dive.
But sometimes she'll go out onthis dive boat and we were
(43:18):
heading out to where we weregoing to dive in Hawaii.
And as everybody was getting ontheir gear to get in the water,
there was this guy sittingacross from us that he just had
(43:38):
so much gear.
I mean he was hanging bells andwhistles and I mean things all
over him.
It looked like a Christmas tree, a scuba diving Christmas tree,
der hatte so viele Sachen ansich gehangen.
Speaker 3 (43:56):
Es sah aus wie so ein
Taucher, der als Weihnachtsbaum
aussah.
Speaker 1 (44:02):
I'd never seen some
of the gear this guy was wearing
.
It was amazing.
Speaker 3 (44:07):
Ich habe noch nie die
Rüstung, die dieser Typ
getragen hat, habe ich noch niein meinem Leben gesehen.
Es war wunderbar.
Speaker 1 (44:13):
And on a dive boat,
the dive master would come
around to every person and makesure they're ready to get in the
water.
And the dive master came to meand he was checking my gear and
making sure everything was ready.
(44:33):
And Sister Robinette said tothe dive master she said that
guy over there with all thatgear, he must be a great diver.
Speaker 3 (44:51):
The dive master
turned and looked at the man,
and then he turned back andlooked at Sister Robinette.
Speaker 1 (45:14):
He said no, ma'am he.
He said that man is going todie today but he made the
statement he said he is carryingtoo much baggage he said you
can't enjoy.
He said he is carrying too muchbaggage.
Speaker 3 (45:42):
He said you can't
enjoy yourself scuba diving with
that much baggage.
The same is true in the kingdomof God.
So many of us are walkingaround burdened with so much
(46:03):
baggage.
Speaker 1 (46:07):
And we look the part
and we might even sound the part
.
Speaker 3 (46:16):
But we're frustrated
we're disappointed.
Speaker 1 (46:21):
We're unfulfilled
because we're trying to enjoy
the kingdom of God while we'reburdened down with carnality and
secular influences.
Speaker 3 (46:42):
Because we're trying
to enjoy the kingdom of God
while we're burdened down withcarnality and secular influences
.
It is time to release thebaggage friends, it's time to
get aligned with God.
Speaker 1 (47:03):
It's time to walk
through doors no man can shut.
I remember being in Germanyyears ago and I had just been
re-elected as the generalsuperintendent of the
German-speaking nations and Ihad a great message to preach to
(47:34):
the nationals that evening.
And I remember when I walked tothe pulpit to preach.
Speaker 3 (47:55):
The voice of the Lord
came into my ears and he said I
have set before you open doorsthat no man can shut, but your
baggage of bitterness, yourbaggage of anger.
Speaker 1 (48:19):
The Lord spoke to me
and said you're standing at the
door, but your bags are keepingyou from going through, and the
Lord spoke to me and said get abucket of water and wash the
(48:40):
feet of your enemies.
And I remember being so upsetat.
Speaker 3 (48:47):
God.
Speaker 1 (48:52):
And I turned around
and I faced the wall.
I'm standing in the pulpit, butI turned around and I faced the
wall and I said God, are youkidding me?
You make me wash the feet ofsomebody who's been so wicked
(49:14):
and so evil.
I said God, he's caused so manyproblems in the German-speaking
nations.
He's told so many problems inthe German-speaking nations.
(49:36):
He's told so many lies.
He's worked to create such adisunity.
God said I'm not justifyinganything he's done.
Speaker 3 (49:51):
I'm not justifying
anything he's done.
But, I'm talking about what youhave done to yourself.
He said you got bags in bothhands.
Speaker 1 (50:06):
And you can't go
forward because you're stuck at
the frame of the door.
He said I want to give youharvest like you've never seen.
Speaker 3 (50:28):
I want to give you
revival like you've never had
before.
But I need you to set down somestuff.
I need you to leave behind somegarbage.
I remember turning back around.
Speaker 1 (50:52):
And I told one of the
young ministers to go get me a
bucket of water and a towel, andI went forward and got on my
knees and began to wash the feetof a man that had caused so
(51:17):
many problems.
And I wish I could tell youtoday that that one moment
changed that man.
Speaker 3 (51:28):
I can't say that that
wouldn't be true.
He was still evil, he was stilldisunifying.
But when I got on my knees andI began to wash the feet of that
(51:49):
man, and I put down the feet ofthat man.
And I put down the baggage ofhate and the burden of
bitterness and my heart began torealign with the king.
(52:14):
That moment changed me.
Speaker 1 (52:21):
It made me able to
walk through doors that no man
could shut.
I don't know what yoursituation is.
I don't know what's keeping youfrustrated.
I don't know what's keeping youdisappointed in the kingdom.
(52:45):

is.
I don't know what it is.
I don't know if it's the burdenof carnality, the distraction
of social media, the bingewatching of Netflix.
Speaker 1 (53:12):
I don't know if
somebody has offended you or
hurt you, but all of thosethings are irrelevant.
The Lord has set before hiskingdom the door of acceleration
(53:32):
and multiplication, and whatGod is asking of this apostolic

(55:00):
you and walking through the opendoor.

I prophesy to you
that if you will set down the
bags, the frustration is goingto lift off of you.
