Busy is frantic, million things on the plate, balls drop, feel frazzled, stressed, and overwhelmed, can’t say no, obligation. Self value fluctuates based on what you accomplish. Can feel resentful because you’re committed to things you don’t actually want to do and you feel like your needs/wants are never prioritized.
