Since 2004, Cindy Hoye has served as the Executive Director of the Indiana State Fair Commission. Appointed by the governor, Hoye has overseen growth in not just the Fair itself, but the 1,000,000 square feet of facilities that serve as an anchor of the Indianapolis community. Hoye’s mission today, is to spread the love she had as a child. With less than 2% of the population living or working on farms today, the Fair is more than livestock. And the fairgrounds are more than just event space for two weeks of competitions and exhibitions of animals.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist
It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
