(01:23):
From Crafters Companion, we havesomething called Colorista.
The Colorista range includesart markers with translucent
alcohol ink It's really perfectfor layering and blending
colored pencils with highquality wax-based pigment that
(01:44):
can be layered and blended.
And watercolor markers tocreate painterly watercolor work
, glitter markers, paint markersThere's a whole new line of
Colorista colors from CraftersCompanion Pinnacle colors that's
the name of the manufacturerhas brought out what they call a
(02:08):
Knicker poster color.
The Knicker poster colors arehigh quality paints with densely
pigmented, gouache-like texture.
They're used to make thingslike manga and they're also
perfect for dip pen, calligraphy, brush lettering and many types
of painting.
They're wow.
(02:28):
They're over 77 colors in thisentire set.
So that comes from Pinnaclecolors.
This one's from the AirbrushInstitute.
Now last year you may haveheard us do an interview with
the Airbrush Institute wherethey brought out Airbrushing 101
(02:50):
.
They followed up thatincredible book with Airbrushing
102, and this is one of thosekinds of books where you can
literally go page by page andthey show you that all the basic
skills that you need to, with50 different exercises to master
(03:14):
airbrushing.
And Airbrushing 102 kind ofpicks up where 101 left off and
begins by merging art theorylessons with the progressive
airbrushing projects to bringnew artistic proficiency.
There are 16 beautiful projectsand three final projects.
(03:37):
That's going to really help youtake your airbrushing to the
next level.
So if you haven't triedAirbrushing 101 from the
Airbrush Institute, go out, getthat book, and this is the
perfect companion to that.
There's a company called AltenewA-L-T-E-N-E-W and they're
(04:00):
introducing a stamp wheel whichis the ultimate for crafters who
want a quick, clever andefficient way of stamping.
It's got an innovativeflippable clear plate design.
The stamping tool allows for aseamless layering of stamps,
creating beautiful and intricatedesigns with ease.
(04:21):
Use it to make stunning wreaths, mirror stamps and even
stabilize stencils for perfectplacement every time.
So that would come from AltenewNew Wave Art Now New Wave Art.
You will have heard usinterview them probably a year
or so ago, and then we talked tothem very briefly when we were
(04:42):
at the NAMTA Convention.
And New Wave Art has brought outsomething that's called Ugo Wet
Panel Carriers, and what thisis is if you've gone to a class
and you've done some artwork andyou've got to hop on a plane or
(05:03):
you've got to hop in your carand you really need to find a
way to be able to carry that.
That's what this is for.
They say it's for the artistsearching for a durable wet
panel carrier that also providesthe flexibility to hold
multiple-sized panels.
There are two sizes available.
When Dave and I would go outand do our brush guys especially
(05:27):
at the show in Las Vegas therewould be hundreds of artists
that had wet canvases and wetwork and they were constantly
looking for ways to go out andbe able to carry that stuff home
.
So take a look at New Wave Artwith the Ugo Wet Panel Carriers.
(05:50):
Looks like Faber Castell haswhat they call a gold Farber
sketch marker And it's got dualnibs.
It's got a soft, flexible brushnib on one side and it's got a
metal enclosed fine liner tip onthe other.
(06:11):
This is an alcohol based dyeand the ink drives quickly and
does not smudge, and layers forthe ink for 3D effects or to
achieve opacity.
They're made from 100% recycledplastic, so it's like a really
cool new product.
(06:32):
The manuscript pen company.
The manuscript pen company hasgot manuscript plastic free
packaging.
It looks like they've redoneall of their packaging for most
of their best sellingcalligraphy and stationery lines
, so the new packaging no longeruses single use plastic clams.
(06:56):
Instead they use 100% recycledboard.
So this looks like a companythat's really gone out there.
And for those of you that arereally looking for products that
help our planet and are reallyfocused on sustainability, look
at the manuscript pen companyLimited.
(07:17):
This is a company that wereally enjoy We've talked with
them before and that's calledResin Rockers, and Resin Rockers
has got what they call a magiccure LED lamp, and this LED lamp
is a fully customizable curefor all Resin Rockers.
(07:37):
Uv resin formulas.
Artists can achieve a 360non-tacky cure with features
such as adjustable wattage timerheight, all given 100% control
to the artist.
This is a really great companyand their products are wonderful
(07:59):
, and this is something that youreally need to see to believe.
So, if you'll go to the ResinRockers site, a really cool new
product, here's a company calledOdeer and Artful and that's OHH
, deer and Artful And Artful isa clay and it's basically an art
(08:24):
school in a box, with each boxfeaturing all the materials you
need to learn that particularmedium, including a full hundred
page magazine that's full oftutorials and artist interviews.
This box looks a clay andincludes all the tools that
you're going to need to getyourself set up.
So this was the winner of thebest packaging at Creativation
(08:46):
in 2023.
And that company is O, andthat's OHH, deer and Artful.
Here's another manufacturer thatwe talked with at NAMTA and
it's called Grex Airbrush andthat's GREX.
You're going to know who theseguys are by the color of their
(09:11):
product, and it's a lime green.
It's absolutely beautiful, andthey have the Grex Micro Spray
Gun Set, and the set is theultimate gun for fine, detailed
spraying.
It's a spray gun and airbrushhybrid that lets you reach into
the tightest areas for a perfectfinish, precision spraying.
(09:36):
Spot repairs and touch ups arequick and easy with minimal
overspray.
This gun is something that weactually saw working at NAMTA,
and this looks to be a step upfrom an awful lot of the things
that I already see out there.
So if you want to see somethinga little bit different,
(09:58):
something that's a little bitmodern, take a look at Grex.
Grex Airbrush Looks like.
This company is GraphicsG-R-A-F-I-X.
They have Durabright and KraftPlastic in new sizes and styles.
So Graphics has extended theirrange of sizes and selection for
(10:18):
both Durabright and KraftPlastic.
So take a look at those.
There are additional pads androll sizes and some new styles
that are available.
Hk Holbein.
Holbein is a company that we'veknown for a long time and a
really high, high qualityproduct.
(10:40):
Holbein has come out, andthat's H-O-L-B-E-I-N, and
Holbein has come out with awatercolor palette with
removable pans, so you can nowrange your colors by season,
theme or by subject matter bysimply removing the pans to add
in new or different colors or tosimply reorganize your pans by
(11:03):
color or preference, and it'savailable in two sizes.
So this looks like a step upfrom many of the products that
are already out there on themarket and this will allow you
to customize your colors.
So take a look at it from HKHolbein H-O-L-B-E-I-N.
This company is global creative.
(11:26):
We saw global creative again atthe NAMTA show and they have
what's called an OLO marker.
It's O-L-O marker.
Artists love to feel theconsistent, smooth ink flow from
Japanese nib to paper and theextensive ink capacity.
(11:47):
The patented design deliversperformance and value.
The ingenuity of OLO allowsretail stores to offer a wide
variety of 8 or 16 complementarycolors.
In our compact 4 or 8 piecemarker set, we saw the OLO
markers, and OLO markers allowyou to customize your markers,
(12:12):
where you can have a double endmarker but you get to choose
what type of nib you would like.
That was really really coolfeature.
They also came out with decogels from Karen Marker and it's
a collection of 50 gel pens fordecoration, drawing calligraphy
(12:36):
and divided into color seriescalled the Milky Way, metallic
and Star Sparks.
They work perfectly on lightand dark paper surfaces, as well
as papers covered withwatercolor paints, water based
markers and many other surfacessuch as glass, foil, metal,
(12:56):
stone colored with acrylicpaints and markers with acrylic
paints So really cool lookingmarkers from global creative.

brought out a new mop brush.
It's specifically designed forsoft, flowing and scrumptious
strokes inherent to the Bob Rosswet on wet technique for flower
painting.
It's a 5-8 inch wide andapproximately 9 inches long, and
gives you the perfectopportunity for soft touch and
(13:41):
versatile blending for floralpaintings.
So this looks like it's a brandnew brush that you probably
want to add to your current BobRoss paint brushes.
And they've also brought outwhat they call the new Bob Ross
Grab and Go floral painting kits, and these are painting kits.
(14:06):
Make a floral streamlinedfondant easy.
All of the things that you needto do these wonderful paintings
are in a box, and so it lookslike there are three different
kits, and so it's called the BobRoss Grab and Go floral
(14:30):
painting kits.
From the Bob Ross company P13paper products, they brought out
something called PreciousScrapbooking Collection.
Precious is one of the newestscrapbooking collections by P13

announcing a comprehensive newrange of markers, inks and
papers developed in partnershipbetween Royal Talons and Pantone
.
Oh, that's great, which meansthat these products have the
official match to Pantone colormatching system.

critical decisions in theirwork.
The collection includes a widevariety of products, including
refillable markers with brushand chisel nibs sets, paper pads
and ink markers.
The colors are pigment basedand light fast, so they will

pads and 108 marker inks and, bythe way, the paper is smooth,
