After graduating from art school in the 1980s, he was immersed in LA's celebrity culture that brought him in contact with Andy Warhol, Leo Castelli, and others in their milieu. Mark's insight into what makes a successful artist is sage advice for aspiring artists everywhere. His decades of experience as a dealer propelled him to found an art technology company that aims to "archive all the world's objects." His platform, Artifact, plans to disrupt the art market by giving collectors access to their #artdata.
