00:41 - Freddie Kimmel is the host of the beautifully broken podcast. He has moved through metastatic cancer, a mold and lime diagnosis

1:50 - Ashley just turned 36. Freddie is 45 and will be 46 in February 2024

2:44 - Freddie was never interested in Health. He moved to New York City to be a Broadway performer

3:34 - He booked his first Broadway audition. He was 23 years old traveling around the country in Annie Get Your Gun

4:05 - He moved to New York City in October 2001 right after 911 and the buildings are still smoldering. He suddenly developed pain, full body rheumatoid arthritis type symptoms

5:02 - He found out that he had advanced testicular cancer

8:52 - Doctors will never recommend doing a coffee enema instead they recommend laxatives - terrible options you 

9:25 - NG tube (nasogastric intubation) 

10:10 -Lymph node dissection

12:13 - He has no regrets having taken chemotherapy and other medication‘s

12:54 - Cancer is the best thing that ever happened to him because he wouldn’t be there having these conversations

15:17 - Freddie doesn’t think that the body makes mistakes. For him it’s "thank you cancer"

17:13 - Ashley was unable to work for four months and 2018 and her whole body was covered in hives

19:13 - Freddie grew up next to a chemical plant which was shut down years later in upstate New York. 

19:31 - He moved to New York City when the towers were still smoldering after 911

22:16 - The hardest part for Ashley was slowing down and feeling

23:20 -  Freddie put the same energy he had towards performing towards curing his cancer 

24:41 - Interesting to feel the inadequacies in his body programmed from that time

26:14 - He had changed his diet went really clean and he would tell the doctors and they didn’t really care

29:40 - Enough literature supporting Fasting before chemo. Remember it’s your body!

33:11 - Freddie has all of the genetic snips that make it difficult for him to detox lime and mold. 

33:27 - The first coffee enema he did made him very shaky

36:54 - Freddie finally saved up enough money to buy a home…floor to ceiling black mold. Every time he did a coffee enema he felt much better

39:22 - Mold remediation cost him $40,000
