1. Journal Reflection – “Where My Magic Lives”
Open your journal or notes app and explore these prompts:
- What daily habits already feel sacred, even if I never labeled them that way?
- Where do I rush through life that could become a moment of connection instead?
- What’s one small act that brings me peace — and how can I turn it into a ritual of gratitude?
- How do I want my energy to feel as I move through this week?
🪞Soul reminder: Magic isn’t found in doing more — it’s found in doing what you already do, consciously.
2. Energy Practice – The Intention Activation
Once you’ve made your spell jar or mini intention bottle:
- Hold it in your hands each morning.
- Take three slow, deep breaths.
- Whisper your focus word (from inside your jar) aloud three times.
- Visualize that frequency wrapping around you like light.
- End by saying:
“I am aligned with my intention — and my life responds.”
Do this daily for the week — each repetition strengthens the energetic current you’re building.
3. Mindful Moment – Ritual in Motion
Choose one everyday act to transform into sacred practice this week. Examples:
- Stir your coffee or tea clockwise to invite abundance.
- Spray perfume or mist your aura while affirming: “I am protected and magnetic.”
- Light a candle at night and say thank you for one thing that went right.
- Touch your keys before leaving the house and whisper: “May every door I open lead to alignment.”
