There are two ways in which your podcast can be removed from Apple Podcasts. The first is if you manually archive your content yourself, while the other way is that Apple removes it, and this only occurs if you do not adhere to their guidelines. The most common reasons for your podcast to get flagged and removed is if you post unlabelled explicit content, and keyword-spamming. Tune in to find out more and avoid this big inconvenience!

Key Points From This Episode:

  • It is possible to remove your own content from Apple Podcasts by archiving it.
  • Apple may remove your episodes if you do not follow their guidelines.
  • Including explicit content without labeling it as such or keyword-spamming can get your content flagged.

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
