I'm loving this hair. Oh, you've been stressed.
Oh, my goodness. Overwhelmed anxiety.

(00:23):
Oh, my goodness. Bestie, what can I do for you?
You just want something like chill and relaxing.
OK, So what about like maybe a scalp massage?
Like I can put like some oil in your scalp and your hair and

(00:46):
give you like a nice scalp massage.
Yeah. OK.
Would you like that? Yeah.
OK, so do I have permission to like, touch your hair and stuff?
OK, Alright, well, we're not gonna delay any further past
day. We're just gonna go ahead and

(01:07):
jump into it. But before we start, is it OK if
I, like, light a candle to kindahelp relieve some stress while
I'm, you know, massaging your scalp?
Yeah. OK, alright, let's do that.
OK, bestie. So I have a candle here.

(01:29):
It's a rather simple candle. It's a vanilla candle.
Just a simple regular vanilla candle.
Is that OK? Yeah.
OK, so I'm just going to light this candle for you to help
relax you before we start. The scalp is on.

(02:17):
OK, OK, let's go ahead and light

(02:55):
this candle. It's a brand new candle.

(03:25):
I'm gonna let you take a few whiffs of this candle, so
breathe in for me and breathe out.
Breathe in and breathe out. Last breath.
Breathe in and breathe out. Good, good.

(03:56):
I'm gonna sit this next to you so you can just breathe in all
that vanilla goodness, OK? You just sit back and you relax,
OK? There's nothing that you need to
do. There's nothing that you need to
worry about. You just sit back and let Bestie

(04:21):
take care of you, OK? I'm gonna do minimal talking,
OK, Because I want you to focus on relaxation, so I'm gonna do
minimal talking. All right, so let's go ahead and
oil your scalp. I always grab this scalp oil
right here. It has olive oil, Rosemary,

(04:48):
peppermint and D tree oil. Perfect for the scalp and hair.

(05:47):
here hair as well. It smells really good.
It's great aromatherapy as well.So it's great for relaxation.

(06:16):
new scalp and we're just going to start

(06:37):
you let me know at any moment orany point or you just got
massage that you feel uncomfortable or or anything
like that and

(07:28):
None just trying to focus around your

(08:36):
temples, going to focus on your other

(09:27):
side of your tumbles. How

(10:12):
are you doing good? Does this go good?

(13:05):
How are you doing? Let me get a little bit more

(14:13):
oil. Are you feeling any stress?

(15:06):

Are you feeling relaxed? Are you feeling uncle?

(15:31):
It looks like you might be falling asleep a little bit.
That's OK. Go to sleep if you want.

(17:45):
OK, bestie. I think that's all for the scalp
massage. You look like you're about to
fall asleep. Or you.
Oh, you were dozing off. Yeah.
OK. Let me brush your hair back
normal, because I got all up in your scalp and I got all up in

(18:07):
there. And so you're a little dangled.
So I'm going to go ahead and brush your hair.
OK. How was the scalp massage?

(18:42):
It was great. What would you rate it from a
scale of one to 10? Oh, wow.
That's DVQ. That's a really, really high
reading. I'm glad you liked it.

(19:16):
All right, I'm going to go aheadand brush your hair and get
those tangles out that I put in.Man, Sorry about that.
Your hair is so big. Just making sure I start kinda

(19:52):
at the ends of your hair and work my way up to the roots.
Yeah, just making sure I get these ends.

(20:49):
OK, you got your hair back nice and smooth.
It's got a little tingle right here in the back here everything

(21:13):
is nice and smooth. Tango free and a tiny.

here. Yeah, I got to blow out this
scandal, this candle that I didn't want to go out.

That's OK. Let's put the lid back on it so
the wax won't spill out. OK.

(22:29):

sleep. Don't get help.
I hope that you feel relaxed andwell rested.

for you and treat you and take care of you.

OK. Take care.
Hello, hello, hello, hello. Hello, hello, hello, hello,

(23:11):
hello, hello, hello, hello, hello, my beautiful, beautiful
butterfly. How are you doing?
Doing, Doing, doing. Doing, doing, doing.
Doing. Doing, doing, doing.
How are you doing? I hope you're doing well.

(23:32):
Thank you so much for joining mein the end portion of this
video, the word of encouragementor WOE for short.
Thank you so much for just allowing me to share my love
with you through my faith and I hope that it help brightens your

(23:53):
day, even if it's just been a little bit.
So I am reading from the King James Version and I'm reading
one verse and it comes from the Old Testament, the first book of
Samuel, so first Samuel 16, verse seven.
And it reads, But the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his

(24:18):
countenance, or on the height ofhis stature, because I have
refused him. For the Lord seeketh not as man
seeketh. For man looketh on the outward
appearance, but the Lord lookethon the heart.

(24:38):
This is a really, really beautiful verse.
I'm going to read this one more time.
But the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance or
on the height of his stature, because I have refused him for
the Lord, see, if not as man, see if for man looketh on the
outward appearance, but the Lordlooketh on the heart.

(25:03):
This is a beautiful little, Thisis a beautiful just one verse
where it just basically speaks on.
It doesn't matter how well, but together you are on the outside.
It doesn't matter how good you look.
It doesn't matter, you know whatyour outside appearances is.

(25:24):
What matters is your heart, yourintent, your personality, who
you are. I always say that I could care
less, like for me personally. So like for me, whenever I'm
like meeting new people or things like that, I could care
less how good someone looks. You know, I care about their

(25:45):
heart, you know, let's be real, as humans, outside appearance
does play a factor. But it's only a small portion,
you know? Whereas you know who you are,
your personality is where it really matters.
Like for me, I could care less how good looking you are on the

(26:05):
outside. If you have a filthy vow spirit
on the inside, we are not going to get along.
We are not going to be friends. I'm going to keep my distance
from you and you know, just justgoing about life.
But you know, if you look on theon the outside and they look
good and then you're beautiful on the inside, that just, oh,

(26:28):
it's just, you know, just like ice on top of the gig.
But no matter how good you look or don't look on the outside,
that does not matter because Goddoes not look at your outside.
He looks at your inside. And I know a lot of times a lot
of people try to dress up the outside to kind of mask the, the

(26:53):
inside, you know, but that doesn't matter.
God can see right through that facade and God will cut through
that and he gets to the bottom of, of who you are.
And that's what matters. And so I just want to tell you,
you know, just it doesn't matterif people want to overlook you

(27:14):
for superficial physical reasons.
You have a heart of gold. You are beautiful both inside
and out. And that's what matters.
And the people who are meant to be in your life, those are going
to be the people who are going to see you for who you are and
love you so genuinely. And that's the same thing with

(27:34):
God. God isn't looking for anything
being buffed up or me looking cute.
He wants the real authentic, rawyou.
So I just want to leave you withthat little little nugget of
wisdom and random kind of side tension just a little bit.
I hope that you enjoyed this WOEI, hope that it found you

(27:59):
well. And I love you so much.
But please, Please remember thatJesus loves you so much more.
Until next time, my beautiful butterfly, please do take care
of yourself, stay safe, and I'llsee you in the next one.
