Hellolololololo my beautiful butterfly 🦋✨ Your school nurse will perform a routine scalp and lice check. I’ll be doing your hair and scalp analysis, lice check and removal, lice treatment, and scalp massage. This scalp checkup will require plucking, picking, scratching, and parting of your scalp. I’ll be as gentle as possible, but please don’t hesitate to let me know if you’re experiencing any discomfort. This session should be painless and actually quite relaxing. I hope you enjoy your time here in the school nurse’s office and I hope your scalp feels much better. Now, back to class you go! Until next time, stay safe and take care 🦋✨

(00:00):
Hi. OK.
Well, welcome to the nurse's office.
You're. Are you injured or anything?
No. OK.
OK. Let me just go ahead and get
your information now. OK.
Yeah. All right, let's get your name.

(00:31):
Beautiful name. Can I get your school ID?
OK? Can I get your school e-mail?

(00:53):
OK? All right.
Can I get your parents phone number?
OK. And then what is your reason for
visiting the nurse's office? Scalp analysis?

(01:17):
Anything in particular? Lice check.
OK, so you want me to check yourscalp for lice also?
Flakes, dandruff. OK Gotcha.
Andy, you have a history of lice.
OK. Do you have a history of flakes

(01:38):
or dandruff? OK, OK, I think I have all of
your information here. We're going to go ahead and get
started. OK?
OK, just go ahead and take a seat right in front of me.
OK, now that I have you seated, this is a lot of beautiful,

(02:00):
luscious hair. It's so pink, looks like cotton
candy, but I love it. I'm here for it.
Absolutely gorgeous. All right, So what I'm going to
do is I'm just going to take my bin light here.
It might be a little bright every day is just close your
eyes for me, OK? And we're gonna just get started

(02:20):
looking at your scalp. So I check your hair 1st to see
if I didn't see anything. So we have to find a little bit
of my hair analysis because sometimes flakes and lice would
be in your actual hair. I have the scalp sometime.

(02:57):
How often do you wash your hair? That's good.

(03:41):
And were you sent here by a teacher or the principal or
anything for this, or did you just decide to come in on your
own just to check? OK

(04:07):
OK. All right.
So now I'm going to start looking into your scalp.
OK, I'm going to start looking in your scalp.
Yeah, you have some lights, but not too bad.

(04:37):
OK, check the back gear. Don't worry, I can help you with

(05:10):
this and honestly what would help with this place I'm going
to send you home with a treatment that you can apply to
your scalp and to your hair. It's a two week treatment I
believe and this is going to help with that place issue.

(05:30):
No problem. Don't mind my stomach.
It's not quite lunchtime. OK, All right, so now that I'm
taking a good look into your hair and your scope, I'm going

(05:53):
to go in with my gum here. I'm going to go in and I'm just
going to start parting in different sections of your hair

(06:16):
and just start getting that winds out all right.
And I believe this is where I saw, all

(06:45):
right, can I take my tweezers? This is going to get them out.
The good thing is you don't haveflanks or anything like that.
So that's what you do have ones, but it's not bad.

(07:10):
It's not bad. You're not like infested so so.

(08:03):
Yes. So how are you doing in school?
That's good. You keep your grades up.
Wonderful. Wonderful Wonderwall.

(08:26):
So when I was checking your hair, I didn't see lice in your
actual hair stray. It's just in your skin.
So that's going to make this a little bit easier for me because
it's really hard to try to get lice out of your hair than your
skin. You let me know if you are

(08:52):
feeling any discomfort, if anyone.
We're good. OK, let's see here.

(10:16):
What was that question? Do I get a lot of students?
Definitely during sports time. So during the fall when it's out
of football, I get a lot of students during the spring and
summer when it's tracking the field and then, you know,
students. But during the winter and

(10:38):
spring, not, not too many. Definitely when the sports are
in. OK, let me check the other
section. Let me stop a check.

(11:29):
Oh yeah, OK. Are

(12:03):
you doing OK? So more good news.
There's not a lot of lice in your head, but you have a little
bit, but not a lot. End this treatment that I'm

(12:23):
going to sing you home is going to get rid of everything.
You shouldn't have this problem.None.

(13:43):
You're doing OK. None.

(14:26):
OK, you didn't have that many lines in this part of your head.
Look at this part. Make sure I got everything

(15:24):
all right. Let's check the.

(15:58):
OK, yeah, not too much, but I'm still there somewhere, so let's
see here. None.

(17:23):
None. None.

(18:40):
None. Let's see the back here.

(19:27):
OK, let's see. I think that got over here.
Nice. I hope.
I was going to check with my light one more time.

(20:04):
OK, Yeah, I think that guy. OK, you look like you're clear.

(20:46):
Yeah, you definitely look clear here.
OK, I am going to spritz some ofthis treatment.
It's actually a mist. It's a very fine and mist, but
it's really, really good. And this is going to do the

(21:10):
treatment that I leave that I give you if this and this is the
refill. So you take this and you fill it
up the top here. And then you missed it in your
scalp and in your hair. OK, So I'm just going to go
ahead and do this for you. And you will do this every day,

(21:32):
twice a day for two weeks. So today is day one.

(21:55):
This on your scalp. And then what you're going to do
is you're going to massage this into your scalp and in your head
twice a day, every day for two weeks, even in the parts that

(22:23):
were not infected, the whole head.
It feels cool to the scalp. Yeah.

(22:55):
OK, so now what I'm going to do is I'm going to just gently
massage this treatment into the scalp.

(23:53):
None. OK, so that's in your head

(25:14):
again. I'm going to send you home with
this Mr. Bottle, but the actual solution is in here.
So you're going to pour this solution into the top of here
and you're going to miss this all in your scalp and on your
head. OK, Yes.
And so I'm going to let you see what it looks like.
It comes in a spray bottle, but you don't have to.

(25:34):
You're not going to use this spray bottle.
I'm going to use a spray pot. So what you're going to do is
just literally twist this off. I'm going to just toast this
part off and then just pour pourthis solution into the Mr.

(26:05):
All right. And I'm going to send you home
with these two things here. Yep, that's for you.
And let me write you your all pass back to class.
We don't want you to get in trouble now because I'm going to
write your all pass back to class.
Which class are you in? Oh, you're in Miss Sandra's

(26:32):
class. OK.
She's a wonderful teacher, greateducator.
Sign nurse. All right, I'm going to give you
this pass here. Put that right there and make

(27:05):
sure you gather all of your belongings.
Yes. And that's your all pass back to
class. And I I hope that you start
feeling better. Make sure you use that
treatment. I already did the first
treatment. You're going to do the other one
tonight when you get home and then repeat the process twice a
day for two weeks. OK.

(27:25):
All right, take care. I hope you're feeling better.
Bye. Hello.
Hello, hello, hello, hello, hello, hello, hello, hello,
hello, hello, hello, hello, hello, hello.

(27:51):
Butter, butter, butter. Butter.
Butter. Butter.
Butter. Butter.
Butter. Butter.
Butter. Butter, butter.
How are you doing doing doing doing doing.
Doing. Doing, doing, doing.
I hope that you are doing well. Welcome to the in portion of my

(28:12):
video. Thank you so much if you have
made it this far. I really appreciate it.
This is the word of encouragement section or the WOE
as I like to call it for sure, where I like to share a little
bit of who I am. My faith is a big part of who I
am and I like to share that withyou guys.
I understand that not all of us come from the same walk of life

(28:36):
or faith. I totally get that.
Totally understand. Totally Jill, no pressure.
If this is not for you, that is fine.
Feel free to click off and I hope to see you in the next in
the next video. My beautiful, beautiful
butterfly. Take care.
But for those of you who have decided to stick around, thank

(28:57):
you so much and welcome, welcome, welcome.
This is going to be a Bible verse coming from the book of
Romans. I think Romans is probably my
favorite or one of my favorite books in the New Testament is
it's a toss up between Romans and John.

(29:19):
I love the book of John, but we're going to go ahead and get
into it. I'm reading from the King James
Version and this is Romans 12 verse 17 and it reads
Recompense. No man recompense to no man,
evil for evil, provide things honest in the sight of all men.

(29:43):
And read that again. Recompense to no man, evil for
evil, provide things honest in the sight of all men.
So I think this is a really, really great verse.
This is written by the apostle Paul.
I think this is really, really important where it says
recompense to no man, evil for evil.

(30:04):
I think it's pretty straightforward where he's
pretty much saying, you know, don't repay evil for evil, you
know, and actually it's kind of easy to do that.
It's like, well, this person wronged me.
They were means and me, they were awful.
So I'm going to give that back. And that is not the way of doing
things. Actually, you should not repay

(30:24):
evil for evil. You should actually repay evil
with good, with kindness, with, with, with integrity, with
honesty and you know, with goodness because that OS hand
goes an eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth.
Well, if it's an eye for an eye, then we're both blind, you know.
So it's, it's not good to to give back the energy that was

(30:47):
that was given to you, especially in an evil way that
someone's giving you good energy.
If someone's being good to you and kind you, you give that
back. But if someone is being mean or
awful to you, you do not repay that.
You do not repay that with evil. The second part of 17 where it
says provide things honest in the side of all men.
So to me, that means, you know, just just being honest human

(31:11):
being with integrity, you know, do things honest, make an honest
living, you know, just be an honest person, have integrity,
you know, have a good work ethic, have a good family ethic,
you know, have a good community and think, you know, just just
try to provide good things in the side of all man and just try

(31:33):
to be a service to fellow man, to your fellow, you know, human
beings and mankind and things like that.
So I think that's really, reallyimportant to to to really,
really take into account this isfor Christian and non Christians
alike. We should all work together to

(31:54):
not pay evil for evil, but evil for good.
And I think it's always good forus to just make an honest
living. Just be an honest to goodness
person with integrity, you know?So I just want to leave you with
that one, my beautiful butterflies.
I hope that you have a fantasticday or week or anything like

(32:14):
that. I hope to see you in the next
one. Remember to be kind, to love and
to be patient with yourself and also extend that to others as
well. And also remember that I love
you, but most importantly, Jesusloves you so much more.
Until next time, a beautiful butterfly.
Take care, be safe. Bye.
