Hellolololololo my beautiful butterfly šŸ¦‹āœØ

Well hello there! Welcome to the nurse’s office. What can I help you with today? Oh, you need an eye exam? No worries, Nurse Azlin got you covered! Are you having any issues with your vision? Oh, just a regular checkup, gotcha. Well take a seat and allow Nurse Azlin to take care of you. This eye exam is super simple and most of my students find it to be a relaxing experience. First, let me check you in since you’re a walk in and we’ll get started. Once you’re all checked in, I’ll start by checking the health of your eyes with a light followed by an eye chart test. This is to check your vision and how well you see things. Then I’ll follow up with a peripheral/follow my instructions test. This test is to gauge your peripheral vision and how well you see things entering or exiting your line of vision. After this, I have 2 tests left: a light test and color test. These tests are to see how well your eyes react to light and how accurately you see color respectfully. I know these eye tests seem to be a lot, but these are super simple and quick to do, and you’ll be done in no time. After I run these tests, I’ll go over your results and add them to your student portal online. These results will also be emailed to your student email and your parents’/guardians' email. Here’s your hall pass back to class and have a great rest of your day! Until next time, stay safe and take care šŸ¦‹āœØ

Do you have a appointment or areyou a walk in?
You're a walk in. OK, no problem.
Let me go ahead and just write down your information.
Since you're a walk in, is anything broken?

(00:24):
Is this an emergency? No.
OK. OK, So what is your name?
OK, you're a student ID. OK, And can I see your ID card

(00:48):
And can I get your student e-mail?
OK, good. And can I get your parents or

(01:09):
guardian's e-mail address? OK, and what's your reason for
coming to the nurse's office? An eye exam.

(01:31):
OK, Is there anything wrong withyour eyes in particular?
OK, just a just a check up. OK, just a check up.
OK sounds good. Let me go ahead and write down
some more things so I can have aoutline of the series of tests
and things I want to do for youreye exam.
OK, give me one moment. OK?

(01:53):
You just sit back, relax, OK? And I'll take care of everything
else. All right?
OK. OK.
I have that in stock as well. OK, I have that.
All right, Have that as well in stock.

(02:30):
All right, I think I have, yes, I have everything in stock for
this exam and I can go ahead andsee you.
Perfect. OK, go ahead and put that away.
I have everything in stock here.So we're just going to go ahead

(02:52):
and get right into the exam, OK.All right, by any chance do you
wear glasses or contacts or any kind of corrective lenses?
OK, OK. All right, so I'm just going to
start with an eye check here, OK?

(03:12):
I'm just going to look into youreyes and your pupils to see how
your eyes react to the light andeverything.
I'm also going to look in the back of your eyes as well, OK?
All right, so I have this light here.
It's a yellow light, typically alittle easier on the eyes.

(03:37):
So I'm just going to. This way.

(03:59):
Good. And I'll look this way.
She's gonna look. Look this way for me.
And I'll look for me. Perfectly.

(04:22):
Keep your eyes on my nose. Here.
Right here on my nose. Thank you.

(04:52):
Look at my nose. Now I'm going to look in your
eyes again. Feel free to look at the light
if you want, or just too bright. You can look at my nose or look
at my ears. I'm going to look into the back

(05:12):
of your eye, OK? So I'm going

(06:11):
to use this light here, going toturn it on and I'm just going to
look my nose or. So now I'm going to get a little

(06:53):
bit deeper and closer look goingto use one of these this guy
help me get a better view and see what's going on.

(07:24):
I can't just look at my nose or my ear.
OK, good. Got good.

(07:46):
Your eyes look very healthy. I didn't see anything abnormal
with your eyes, so that's reallygood.
I'm just gonna go ahead and put this back up.

(08:08):
So your eyes look healthy, whichis really, really good.
So right now I'm going to stop torturing you with all that
light right now. And now I am going to move on to

(08:38):
our next test. And that test is a eye chart
test. OK, super simple, not hard at
all, not difficult. I'm just going to hold up this
eye chart here, follow up this eye charge, and

(09:13):
I just need you to tell me the letters that you can read.
OK? So with both of your eyes
uncovered, I just want you to tell me what is the lowest line
that you can read. This line here.

(09:34):
Want to try this line? OK, can you try this line?
Good. OK, good.
All right. Can you read this line for me?

(09:54):
This line right here, you cover one of your eyes for me.
Either 1. You can cover either one.

(10:16):
OK, good. Now with one eye covered, tell
me what is the lowest line you can read Now, this one.
OK. Would you like to try telling
you what you see? It's OK.

(10:38):
OK, OK, good. Could you try reading this line
for me again? Give it a just give it a shot if
you can, please. All right, now can you cover the

(11:08):
other eye for me? OK, with that eye covered,
what's the lowest line you can now read?
Oh, you can read the bottom. OK.
All right, let's go ahead and give it a shot then.
OK. OK, last one.

(11:34):
Good. All right, Now, can you read
this line for me? Right here?
But can you read it backwards instead of going this way?
Can you read it this way for me?All

(11:55):
right, last line. Good job.
Great, Excellent work. Excellent, excellent.
Good job. So we're done with the eye
chart. That was really, really good.
Great job. Great job, great job.

(12:18):
So now the next test, I'm just going to have you literally
follow my instructions, OK? So I'm going to have my fingers,
and I just want you to tell me what you see, OK?
All right, So how many fingers do you see?
How about now, Now, now. How many fingers?

(12:47):
How many now? Good.
Now cover one eye for me. Either one.
That's fine. OK, good.
Now tell me, how many fingers amI holding up?
Now? Then What about now?
How about now? Now.

(13:16):
Now, now. Good, good.
All right. How many fingers do you see?
Starting now, Now. And how about how good the job?

(13:58):
So I was really good. Now I'm going to do another
test. This is going to test your
peripheral vision. So with both eyes guys
uncovered, I want you to keep your eye right here on my nose,
right here, right here on my nose.
Focus on my nose and I want you to tell me when do you see my

(14:19):
fingers coming into your vision?Okay, alright.

(14:51):
Good, good, good, good, good, good, good.

(15:28):
Good job, Great job. Now, same thing with both eyes
uncovered. Keep your eyes right here on my
nose. Here.
I want you to tell me when do myfingers leave out of your
peripheral vision. So the last Test was when they
were coming in. Tell me when my fingers leave
your vision. OK.
All right. Good.

(15:53):
Good. Good, good, good.

(16:16):
Good, good, good, good. Good job.

(16:41):
Great, Great. Great work.
Excellent. I was really, really good.
Good job. OK, So I'm on my next test for
you is a light test, OK? So what I want you to do is I
want you to look at this light here for me, OK?

(17:03):
I have a light here that I want you to look at and I just want
you to follow the light. Do not move your head as you're
looking. Do not do that.
Just move your eyes, OK? But not your hand, right?
OK. Remember to not move your head,

(17:27):
okay? Just only move your eyes.
Continue to follow my instructions.
Perfect. Good job, Good job.

(18:11):
Now this next test, I want you to stay focused on my finger.
Do not look at the light. Only look at my finger here.
OK, OK. Do not look at the light.
Don't follow the focus on my. Good job.

(18:39):
Don't get distracted. Just keep your eyesight on my
finger. You're doing X.
All right, now switch. Look at the light and not.

(19:09):
Good job. Good job.
Excellent work. I know that one is a little
difficult for some of my students, but you did a great
job. So now this next test, I want
you to tell me how far or close the light is to your vision.
So you can say close if it's close, or you can say far if
it's far from you. OK, All right.

(19:38):
Good. Good,
good, good.

(20:22):
Excellent. Excellent work.
Good job. Good job.
OK, so now I want you to tell meif this is multicolor or a solid
color. OK, good job.

(20:42):
How about now? No color.
Good job. All right.
Is it a solid color or multicolor?
Good job. What color is it?
Green. Good job.
How about now no color and now solid color.

(21:04):
Blue. Good job.
And now how about now? Good job, Solid color.
What color is it? Red.
How about now? OK, like a light blue.
OK, now pink, solid pink color. Good.

(21:33):
And now no color. And now like a yellow warm
color. Solid.
Good. Alright.
And now no color. And how about now a solid, like
white, whitish color. Good job.
And now no color. Perfect.
And what about now? Multicolor.

(21:57):
Multicolor. Good job, Good job job.
Excellent work. Excellent work.
Okay, so now I have I think I need here at my notes.
Let me just write down some of my findings here.

(22:29):
Let me make sure I have everything, but because I'm
going to put everything in your chart and I'm going to have it
in your student portal and also e-mail you your results.
So I'm just going to jot down some notes.
Going to jot down some of these notes.

(22:50):
You can just sit back and relax.I have one more color test for
you, but I want to make sure I jot down all of your test
results dealing with eye chart, following my instructions with
the finger test and the light test.
So I have one more test for you,but I'm going to turn this down.

(24:18):
What's up? OK, all right.

(24:46):
I have that jotted down. So I have one more just for you.
A lot of my students like this test.
They find it quite fun and little different.
So I hope you enjoy this one as well.
So it is a color test, but I am going to be asking you to
identify the colors on this little guy here on this little

(25:11):
fidget slug. Isn't he cute?
So I'm going to ask you too, if you can, you know, let me know
the colors that easy on this little guy.

(26:29):
I think he's just beautiful thing ever.
So I'm just going to ask you, can you identify the colors on
this little guy? I'm going to point to the color
and you tell me the color you see.
OK, All right. You ready?
No, you don't have to cover youreyes full of eyes open.

(26:50):
OK, Ready. What's this color and this
color? How about this color?
This color? How about this color?
This color, This color, This color.

(27:14):
Yeah, this color, this color. This color.
This color. Good job.

(27:35):
Now, can you cover one of your eyes for me?
Just one. Either one.
All right, now what's this colorAnd this color?
This color? This color.
How about this color? This color, this color cover the

(28:08):
other eye. What is this color?
Good. This color.
This color. This color, This color, this
color. What is this color and what is

(28:31):
this color? Good job.
Good job. Excellent
work. Often time my students like to

(28:54):
play with those. They just luck after I finish
their exam and they're waiting for me to write down their
results and give them their all pass.
Would you like to play with the bitch's luck anytime?
Yeah. OK.
Alright, there you go yes and you can play with them until I

(29:24):
write your whole pass and see mylast game.
I'm going to jot down your results really quick like hands
in you with the whole pass. Your results were good your eye
test your eyes look normal. I didn't see anything abnormal

(29:47):
with your eyes, so they look good when I did the chart the
eye chart everything looked abnormal.
You got everything right. Congratulations.
I'm a little shell is my eyesight is not that good.
And also when I did the like follow my finger, follow my

(30:07):
instructions and then the the light test, you did really well
with that. Your peripheral vision is
really, really good, good on that.
And when I did the light test also I did the color light test
as well. You pass that, you were able to
identify each color and everything, so that's really

(30:28):
good. And also for the fidget slug
that you're playing with right now, you weren't able to
identify all the colors with your eyes, both uncovered and
with each eye covered. So really good, really, really
good on that. All right, just writing down
these results. All right, And now I'm going to

(30:52):
send you with a little pass. OK?
I have your name in your student19.
What period are you going into next?
Fifth period. And who's your teacher for fifth
period? Mr. Rojas, AP Calculus.

(31:15):
Look at you. Aren't you a smart cookie?
Time is OK. That's the current time.
All right, all right, so I'm going to go ahead and put your
results into your student portaland you'll be emailed the

(31:38):
results as well as your parents will get the e-mail as well.
You should see it, if not by theend of the day, you should see
it probably around lunchtime tomorrow.
OK. All right, here's your little
pass back to class. There you are.
Oh yes yes, I will definitely take the fidget slug back.
Thank you and I will see you next time.

(32:04):
Umm, if you have anything else going on, feel free to come in
as a walk in like you did today or you can also make an
appointment on the on the student portal.
Yeah, take care of yourself. Have a good day.

(32:25):
Hello, hello, hello, beautiful, beautiful.
Butterfly, butterfly, butterfly,butterfly.

(32:45):
How are you doing, Doing, doing, doing, doing, doing, doing,
doing, doing, doing. I hope that you are doing well
and I hope that you are adjusting to the new year.
I hope that your new year is allto a great, great, great start.

(33:12):
So thank you so much. If you needed to this in portion
of the video, this is where I dothe WOE the word of
encouragement. This is the part of the video
where I like to share some encouraging scriptures from the
Bible. I totally understand.

(33:32):
Disclaimer, I totally understandthat this is not everyone's cup
of tea. Completely fine, completely
chill, no pressure. You are encouraged to stay.
But if this is not for you, you are very much so welcome to
click, click, click, click off of this video and I hope to see

(33:53):
you in the next one. But for those who have decided
to stay, thank you so much. I genuinely appreciate it.
Today I'm going to be reading one, one verse from the book of
Isaiah, one of my favorite books, and it comes from Isaiah

(34:14):
26 and it's verse 3 again. That is Isaiah chapter 26, verse
3, and I'm reading the King James Version.
I basically always read the KingJames Version.
So it says thou wilt keep him inperfect peace, whose mind is
stayed on thee because he trustsin me.

(34:37):
I read that one more time, thou wilt keep him in perfect peace,
whose mind is stayed on thee, because he trusts in thee.
Absolutely love this. I can, I can actually give a
personal testimony to this scripture in particular.

(35:01):
I've noticed in my walk with Christ, when my when my mind is
not on Christ, I have no peace. There's chaos, I have anxiety,
fear, all kinds of things. But when I place my trust in the
Lord Jesus and I just allow his perfect peace to overcome me, no

(35:27):
matter the circumstance, no matter the situation, no matter
the trial or tribulation, I justhave this joy unspeakable, this
peace that surpasses all understanding.
And I know my world is going to be OK because I place all of my
trust in my faith in Jesus Christ.
And I know when I, I know when I'm off, like I know when I'm

(35:50):
like worried or I have fear, anxiety, stress, I always
examine myself, say, wait a minute, you're only experiencing
this because you're not trustingand putting your faith in
Christ. And I, I hurry up and readjust
myself and I, I end up just saying, you know what, Lord, not
my will, but your will be done. And everything that you do and

(36:14):
according to your will is yes and Amen for it as well with my
soul. So just my word of encouragement
to you from this scripture is please just trust in the Lord
with all of your heart. Trust Him from the start.
Trust Him to the very end. He will see you through.
God has not failed you yet, and He will not fail you.

(36:35):
God never changes, so just just continue to trust Him.
No matter how dark the time might seem, no matter how
chaotic the situation, Keep youreyes on Him, focus and trust in
Him and He will keep you in perfect peace, a peace that
surpasses all understanding, a joy unspeakable.

(36:59):
And I just want to share that with you.
I hope you enjoyed that word of encouragement.
This was a very personal one forme because I've personally been
through battles like this and God has literally like I've been
in situations where I should have lost my mind and I'm and
I'm just going through it and I'm trusting in the Lord and I

(37:23):
always, always come out OK, morethan OK, and it just strengthens
my faith in my relationship withJesus.
So I just wanted to leave you with that.
I hope you enjoyed the word of encouragement worthy WOEI always
love when I am in the book of Isaiah and also Romans, also the

(37:46):
gospels. I'm, I'm always having a good
time whenever I open up my Bible, regardless of the book,
but it's just certain books thatreally resonate with me a little
bit stronger than others. But anyway, I hope you enjoyed
it. My beautiful butterfly.
I hope that you are doing well in this new year.

(38:08):
I hope that you're adjusting well.
And I want you to know that I love you, but so much more
importantly, Jesus loves you so,so, so much more.
Take care of yourself, keep strong in your face and until

(38:28):
next time, have a great day, night, evening or whatever it is
you're having in your bar of theworld.
World. Rd.

Take care bye.
