(00:00):
Hello. Hello.
Hello. Hello.
Hello. Hello.
Flies, Butterflies. Butterflies.

(00:24):
Butterflies. How have you been?
I know, I know. You're probably like, where have
you been? I know.
I get it. In this video, I'm going to give
you a little life update. I've been away for about 5

(00:45):
months, sorry, but I'm going to give you like a little bit of a
life update, what I've been doing in my personal life.
And also talk about things that I've been watching like anime,
TV shows, movies, like a little whisper Bramble, a little bit of
a chitchat to kind of catch up and things like that.
But while I'm giving you my little life update, I'm going to

(01:08):
be giving you a very nice relax seeing a scalp and massage.
Wow. I kind of talk to you and kind
of get you up on what I've been doing these past few months.
But anyway, we're just going to go ahead and get right into it.
OK? So let me go ahead and put some

(01:30):
lotion on my hands first and foremost because I don't think
you want me, you know, giving you a scalp massage.
And my hands are all ashy and crusty.
Anyway, I still have this lotion.
I don't know if you guys see my previous videos but I'm still

(01:51):
using this lotion. OK, so I'm going to go ahead and

(02:39):
have you sing in front of me andI'm going to go ahead and get
started. OK?
All right, All right, I'm lovingthe hair, by the way.
It's giving summer cotton candy vibes, and I'm definitely here
for it. Besty.
I love it, but I love it. I love it.

(03:00):
But since we're on the topic of hair, I guess I can kind of talk
to you a little bit about like, I guess like my hair journey.
I've gotten so many compliments from you guys about my hair and
things like that and I want to thank you very much.
So, so far I have been wearing alot of protective styles.

(03:22):
So I have been getting crochet braids and this is my first time
ever getting box braids. First time never.
I know, I know, do not come fromme in the comments section.
It's my first time ever getting box braids and I absolutely love
them because I was like you knowwhat?

(03:43):
I kind of want to do box braids for the summer because I feel
like crochet braids would be a little bit too heavy and a
little too. Would be the perfect, would be
the perfect, perfect summer hairstyle.

(04:06):
And so that's what I have. So these are box braids and then
towards the ends of my box braids, they are curled.
So it's like braised, braised braids and then curled at the
ends here. See if you can see that like
little girls, little ringlets like that at the ends of it.

(04:26):
Super cute, super adorable. Getting more box braids in the
future. Umm, But As for my actual hair,
my hair is in the protective style.
What I've been doing is I'm still in the process of getting

(04:49):
a lot of my color, umm, cut out of my hair.
So with me, I'm doing protectivestyles.
I get my hand stripped every sixmonths and basically I'm just
trying to get natural hair steep and I go back in

(05:20):
August to get a trim and get some blanketed hairstyle and I
think with this trim all of my bleached.

(05:41):
What else am I doing with my hair?
I do make sure I do scalp massages, but I also, I'm also
growing my hair out. I'm allowing my natural hair to
grow as long as it can. You know, because my hair is in

(06:05):
protective styles about 90% of the time over the course of a
full year, like one whole year, my hair is probably in
protective styles about 90, maybe 85 to 90% of the time.
So basically what my hair is doing, it's just being protected
in my hands, my roots, everything being protected in

(06:27):
the hairstyle. And I just hold my scalp really
well, my scalp clean and my actual hair underneath the
styles are just my hair's just growing.
My hair's just growing. So let me know what, let me see
how I want to get it, you know, So that's basically what I'm
doing with my hair. I grow textured hair.

(06:53):
So the less I do do it, the better.
I guess we can talk about like getting my skin gear.
So in my skin gear, something's really changed all that much.
And I still have like a really good facial scrub, facial wash,

(07:17):
moisturizers, donors, you know, brighteners, serum, you know,
things like that. Still have that going.
Still very much so. I have that going.
I have noticed though, I have noticed in the past like maybe a
month or two, maybe even before then, I have noticed that my, my

(07:47):
face is getting more oily, whichI'm not complaining because you
know, for this game it means less wrinkles and I will love
less wrinkles. I've noticed more blemishes,
breakouts, not not bad, not bad,not bad, not bad, not bad, not

(08:11):
bad. But I have noticed blemishes
more than normal and I've noticed that my my face is more
coily. So I have been just adjusting my
skin care a little bit very slightly to accommodate the
foiliness in my skin. So I guess what else we can talk

(08:33):
about. So my personal life, I at the
beginning of the year, I joined my church's youth group team.

(08:55):
So I'm one of the youth leaders at my church now.
Very, very fun and very exciting.
So joining my church youth leader team, it's been fun.
We've had night, we have had a night series or like a prayer

(09:17):
series where it's called night even.
And we did and exposed that was really fun.
Just kind of exposing like, you know, things that aren't good
for just growing, especially as a youth and like societal

(09:38):
pressures and things like that. We've also had just really funny
things for our youth. I think we're having a beach day
coming up soon. Maybe another log in.
Oh, we had a log in prayer nightthat was really good.

(09:59):
That was really, really, really, really good.
I didn't know what log in is. A log in is where you go to
church at night and you pray allnight long.
So I had log in from 7:00 to 1:00 in the morning, so 7:00 PM

(10:20):
to 1:00 AM, and the time went byso last and went by so last.
It was such a good event. A lot of our youth responded, a
lot of the game. We had our youth conference last
month in June and we had the biggest turn out that we've ever
had. I think it was my third year
having it and we had the most people come.

(10:45):
It was amazing, amazing turn out, amazing turn out.
So I've been helping with her and taking all that
responsibility and that role andtaking it very seriously because
it's been, it's been so much funand I can't wait to see what

(11:07):
else we have in store for you. Other things in my personal
life, my job has been really, really good.
I've been enjoying my job job. I love what I do.
I am an IT desktop support specialist at my job and I
absolutely love what I do. I love my Co workers.

(11:29):
I love the environment. I love just everything about
life. There's just so much peace and
joy and I, I love doing what I do.
And I'm just very blessed and fortunate to say that I'm good
at what I am good at what I do. And I really am grateful to God
that, you know, I can say that really good at what I do.

(11:53):
And yeah, that's just my job hasbeen amazing.
I still love it. It's still there this October
before years I've been there andI just love.
So I think nature exchanged job wise as far as like hobbies.

(12:14):
I still skate. I still roller, roller, roller,
roller, roller. I'm still rolling, roller,
roller, roller, roller, skating, still doing that.
I've lost weight. I think total now I've lost
about 35 or 40 lbs, I think total.

(12:38):
So I've been been losing weight and I'm now fitting back into
clothes. And I used to fit and then I
couldn't fit and I fit now. So that's been really fun.
Just it's been rewarding to see walking more now and I skate a
lot and I'm still watching what I eat not much.

(13:01):
I eat as well. And oh, I have a brand new
hobby. I have a brand new hobby, brand
new lobby, brand new hobby, brand new hobby.
So if you follow me on Instagram, you might already
know what this new hobby is. But in case you don't even watch

(13:23):
me on YouTube, Spotify, whereveryou watch this video.
Hello, I have taken up a new hobby and I've been enjoying it.
I've cooked a few dishes.

(13:50):
I made a ground beef and rice casserole dish before the garlic
bread that was really good. And I made the beef stroganoff
sauce from scratch. It was really good.

(14:15):
Parmesan lemon chicken. And that was really good,
really, really good. And I took the Parmesan lemon
chicken and I fried it. So I fried the chicken.
I made my own batter from scratch as well and that came
out really well. I served that, umm, lemon, the

(14:37):
Parmesan lemon chicken. It was with cornbread, rice and
greens. Was a steak and shrimp pasta
with homemade Alfredo sauce and that one was really good as

(14:59):
well. Umm what else have I made?
I recently made some fried chicken rice and broccoli.
I've also made some fried pork belly rice and broccoli.
Powerful it is. I'm fried meat, but it was

(15:19):
supposed to like a horrible thatI made and that was really good
as well. That turned out pretty well.
There are many other dishes thatI want to try in the future and
I've been enjoying cooking. I've been enjoying cooking
cooking. It's been a lot of fun and the

(15:41):
people who eat my food tend to enjoy it as well.
And I'm very grateful that I haven't really made dish where
it turned out well. I take that back.
I did make a dish that came out so bad.
I don't know what the heck happened.
I was making Taco spaghetti and it just, I think I overcooked

(16:05):
the noodles and the noodles justtasted like Bush and then there
was like no flavor. There was like no flavor in the
the Taco meat, which I made sureI see something.
OK, I don't know. I think when I introduced maybe
too much cheese, maybe there wastoo much cheese in the dish,

(16:26):
maybe there's too much dairy in the dish.
I don't know. But it was all bad.
I was so upset with myself. I was very upset with myself.
But I mean, what good game you have, your wins and your losses.
All you can do is just learn from them, you know?
And oh, I made another dish. I just made a shrimp Alfredo

(16:48):
pasta dish, so very similar to the steak and shrimp.
It's just without the steak. And that came out really good as
well. I've been enjoying it.
Yeah. I'm trying to think, is there
anything else? Sorry if my thoughts are all

(17:10):
over the place. I, I'm just kind of going off
the top of my head here. I'm gonna, you know, update you
guys and get you up on five months of where I've been.
I'm trying to think, is there anything else in my personal
mind? I don't think so.

(17:35):
If I if I think anything else on, I'll let you know.
But I do want to let you guys know what I've been watching.
Yes. So I have been watching so many
TV shows, animes, movies. Anyone who knows me knows that I
love good cinema, I love a good TV show, love a good anime.

(17:59):
Anyone knows who knows that? So As for movies I've been
watching lately, I watched, I rewatched Gladiator and then I
watched Gladiator 2. I really love Gladiator one, but
do we love it? Gladiator 2 In my humble

(18:22):
opinion, I found Gladiator 2 to be pretty much a copy and paste
of Gladiator 1. I don't know if that's going to
ruffle any feathers but some people.
But to me I just found it to be literally the same as the first.
It's just different characters. Some were, some are characters

(18:46):
from the first, but to me it just felt like the same thing,
just different time, different actors.
But it wasn't bad. It wasn't bad at all.
I still liked it, but it's just it was like the first one.
Umm. Another movie I watched was Ben

(19:09):
Hur. I don't know if I'm pronouncing
that right, but Ben Hur, it's BEMHUR Ben Hur.
I watched that movie, love it, love it.
Really good. Umm another movie I watched was

(19:35):
I watched the Truman Show for the first time about maybe a
couple of weeks ago. I know you guys are like her.
You've never seen Truman Show? No, I have never watched it.
I watched it for the first time recently in Oh my goodness, I am

(19:58):
in love with that movie. That movie is so good.
Oh my goodness, Jim Carrey, everybody did.
They say in that movie, OK, absolutely love that movie.
And it was a little triggering for me because of how much they
were gaslighting Truman. Oh my goodness.

(20:18):
Like if you've ever been gaslight before in your life,
you know how terrible that is. And so they just felt like
everybody was gaslighting this man.
And so like, it was a little triggering for me, but it was
really good. It was funny, it was funny
especially like when her, umm, Truman's wife kept like she kept
doing uh, sponsor like sponsors and stuff like that.

(20:42):
It was so funny. It was so funny.
It was like, who are you talkingto?
Oh my gosh, that movie was so good, so good. 10 out of 10.
I enjoyed it from beginning to end.
So good, so good. Another movie I watched that had
Jim Carrey in it was because umm, Eternal Sunshine of the

(21:05):
Spotless Mind. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless
Mind with Jim Carrey and Kate Winslet.
Oh my goodness, Jim Carrey has range OK, the man has range so
good. And umm Kate Winslet too.
She has range too because I think before this role, all of

(21:26):
her, all of her previous acting roles were period pieces like
she did, she did Titanic, she was in UMM, Sense and
Sensibility, which I watched too, Masterpiece.
UMM she played in that movie with UMM with Emma.

(21:46):
Oh my goodness, I don't know what I get her name wrong.
Emma. I cannot think of her last name.
Not Emma Stone obviously. Oh my goodness.
I cannot think of her name, but she played that movie.
Simpson Sensibility, Eternal Sunshine, the Spotless.
Mine so good. Let's talk about the title, the

(22:07):
title of that movie. Absolutely love it.
I love that title. Eternal Sunshine the Spotless.
I love it. Love it.
That was such a good movie. Another like I believe like a
nine and a half, a 9 1/2 out of 10.
It was really good. I was also watching a lot of

(22:30):
theory pieces as well, so a lot of Jane Austen's.
I was on Jane. I'm a Jane Austen binge and I
enjoyed all of them. My favorite one other than my
Pride and Prejudice, my favoriteone that I watched was The
Simpsons ability. That was so good.

(22:53):
So good, so good, so good. Such a good movie.
I recommend all these movies that I just listed.
They're all. I don't think so.

(23:16):
So TV shows I just finished, I just recently finished Squid
Game season 3, Squid Game season2 and 3.
They're good. I mean, they're wrong.
They're good, but nowhere near season one season 1 was season 1
was so good. Season 1 of squinting was so so

(23:40):
so so, so so good. Umm, season 2 and three, they
were good. They were OK They were big
compared to season 1. They were OK.
I'm not going to spoil anything since, you know, season 3 just
recently came out, but it was OK.
I think it was a fitting conclusion to No Little Story.

(24:07):
One show that I've been watchingthat I cannot wait to see again
was The Chosen. Y'all When I tell y'all, I did
not expect to love The Chosen the way I did.
I fell in love with The Chosen. It is so good.
Oh my goodness, it is so good. And like around the time that I

(24:30):
started watching The Chosen, I had just started, uh, rereading
the gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John.
I'm currently in, uh, the gospelof Luke.
I'm currently in Luke, but like when I started watching, umm, I
think it's five seasons now. Season 5 just ended.
Umm, I watched all five seasons.I watched every episode When I

(24:53):
tell y'all, I am moved on the chosen and it's so good.
One of my friends from church, she recommended it to me and I
was like, yeah, I'm think so. You know, I just read the
Gospels, but I watched it. So good.
So, so good, So good. I would give it a 10 and 10,
especially like if you're into, especially like if you're

(25:16):
Christian or even if you're not a Christian, if you're just
interested in the stories of theBible, like the Gospels.
I don't know. They have one for Dave.
I think it's called the House ofDavid.
I haven't watched that yet. I think I'm going to watch it
soon, but the House of David is on Amazon Prime, so it wasn't
chosen. It's about the gospels.
This is it's so nice. Especially like if you've heard

(25:39):
those Bible stories and you kindof want to see him come to life
a little bit. I highly recommend.
I enjoyed it. I will be giving the House of
David a try soon. I don't know man, but at some
point I will watch it because I've always got the life of
David to be fascinating. I've always found like his his
starring as a shepherd to you know, becoming a king.

(26:02):
I've always found this story extremely fascinating.
That's all I'll probably get outof watch, but I haven't been
really watching a lot of TV shows lately.
I really just been watching either movies or anime, but
those are the main shows that I've been watching, The Squid
Game and The Chosen. I'm quite sure there's other TV

(26:26):
shows I've been watching but I don't none come to mind because
they just didn't hit me like that.
But I do really really enjoy those two TV shows and but I've
been mainly watching anime and movies so I guess we could move
on to anime. As far as anime, I've watched

(26:48):
Sakamoto days. Love it.
My happy marriage. Oh, apothecary Diaries.
Apothecary Diaries season 2 justended and Oh my goodness y'all

(27:10):
Apothecary Diaries OK, I love apothecary Diaries.
I've also been watching oh, I'vewatched a few piece of guys
where the main girl dies and then she goes into like this

(27:30):
fairy world or this uh fantasy world where she's the villain
like the villain is type animes.I've been watching those so far.
All the villain is type animes that I've been watching have
been really good. But anyway, like those I've
watched. Oh, Don the Don season 2 just

(27:54):
started. Y'all Kaiju #8 just had a
special delicious OK delicious delicious My dress up darling
season 2 just aired with this first episode of the season.
Y'all I'm telling you I am team modern and Gojo all day every

(28:15):
day. I love my dress up throwing.
I live three years for season 2.OK so you guys believe I was all
in it. OK I was on Google.
I was like yo, no, don't understand.
I was like Oh my God, like I wasso excited.
I was so excited to see my dressup during season 2 in the first

(28:38):
episode did not disappoint. The first episode of the season
did not disappoint at all. OK, Marty and game in a hot.
OK, Kojo came in a hot, but the cosplay is OK.
So good, so good. Oh my gosh, Oh my gosh, Oh my
gosh, so good Kaiju #8 This little episode special was

(29:00):
really good as well. I've been catching up on Demon
Slayer, Let me see, I think I'vebeen watching some anime movies
as well, but Oh my goodness I should have put this down.
I really should have put this down because I'm not like
spacing right now. But currently I'm watching

(29:22):
Rascal does not Dream of Bunny Girl Senpai.
I'm currently watching that. I'm currently watching, uh, the
girl of God chooses a girl. It's like gorilla God chooses
the girl or something like that.Again, the title I'm watching
that I'm finishing up Apothecarydiary.
I've had like 2 No 3, no two. I have two more episodes of

(29:44):
Apothecary Diary season 2 probably done.
But yeah, that's just what I've been watching.
If you guys have any anime to recommend me, please leave them
in the comments below. I would love to watch, umm, some
anime that you recommend. I like pretty much any kind of

(30:06):
anime. The only anime they don't like
are like harems. I'm a fan of harems, but other
than that I'm not. I'm very picky with my Easter
guys as well. I'm very picky with those.
But other than that, I'm pretty much down to watch any anime.
Oh, I'll watch Invincible season3.

(30:28):
Yeah, I watched The Principal season 3 again.
Did not disappoint. Didn't disappoint.
But yeah, if you have any anime, movies or TV shows that you
would recommend that you think Iwould like, please leave them in
the comments below. I want to check them out because
I am a big cinema like cinema. I love love a good TV show, love

(30:54):
a good a series or movie. So just whatever you think that
I would like, please recommend them in the comments below so
that I can give them a watch. Watch what you guys are watching
and comment below and let me know.
Comment, comment, comment below and let me know what you've been
up to in these past five months. What have you been doing in

(31:17):
these past five months? Have you been picking up any
hobbies? Have you dropped a hobby, picked
up a new one? Are you helping out locally, be
at a church or a community or your school, your job?
Umm, how's things going in life?Has a major life event come
about? Maybe there's been a big baby in

(31:38):
mom, you know? Has there been any big major
life changes? Have you gone on vacation any
day? Where did you go?
Has any of your goals, dreams, or aspirations come to life?
Umm, I would love to know what'swhat's been going on with you

(31:59):
this 2025, the year. I would love to just catch up,
making a little bit of a life update as well.
I would love that from you guys. Please, please, please comment
below and let me know. I would like to catch up with
you guys, kind of learn more about you.
But yeah, I think that's pretty much it.

(32:21):
I don't think I have anything else to really mention or add.
I think I said everything and I pretty much got you look with
everything. Nothing super major has
happened, but at the same time major things have happened, but
everything's been good on my hand.
Praise the Lord Jesus. I'm so I'm just so grateful that

(32:43):
I can say that. And you know, things have been
really good for me just going through life, you know, one day
at a time. But anyway, I feel like I'm
going to be rambling, rambling all and all and all.

(33:05):
I'm just trying to get you guys up as much as I can since I've
been gone for five months. How dare I, How dare I?
But like I said, I've just had some things happen in my life,
like I've taken the new hobbies,I'm a youth leader now at my
church. So just major things that have
been for the good for the better, but just trying to
adjust my personal life, my worklife and content reading it was

(33:29):
just like, you know, so I was like, you know what, let me make
sure my work life is good and then make sure my personal life
is good. And then I can find time to get
back into the content grading because I missed you guys so
much. I missed you, I missed you.
I missed you, I missed you, I missed you, I missed you, I
missed you. I missed you so much so.

(33:49):
But I'm glad to be back. So much I love you and thank you
so much and you made it to the end portion of this video.

(34:12):
Thank you so much. I really really appreciate it.
I love you guys like so much. I hadn't forgotten about your
eyes and I think about you all the time, but anyway, I could

But yeah, other than that, I think your scalp in your head is
very thoroughly massaged. It should be feeling really
good, very, very tingly. And hopefully you're getting a
little sleepy. But yeah, I hope that you have a

(35:16):
great day, night, evening or whatever it is you're having and
you're part of the world. World World Rd.
Rd. Rd.
Rd. Rd.
Rd. Hello, hello, hello, hello,

(35:49):
hello, hello, hello, hello, hello, hello, hello, hello,
hello, hello, hello, my beautiful, beautiful, beautiful,
beautiful butterfly, butterfly, butterfly, butterfly, butterfly.
I hope that you're doing well. Thank you so much if you decided
to stick around and join me in the in portion of this video

(36:13):
where I do the WOE or the word of encouragement, word of
encouragement, word word, word of encouragement, word of
encouragement. I believe these verses I've done
before. I believe I've done them before
in a previous video. However, here lately, these

(36:36):
verses have really helped me a lot personally.
And these are the words coming from the book of Matthew, the
book of Matthew, the book of Matthew.
I'm currently in the Gospels. I've already finished Matthew,
I've finished Mark, and I'm currently now in Luke.
And when I was going back to theGospels, this one in Matthew

(37:01):
really, really, really touched my heart.
And it's Matthew 1128 through 30.
Some of you guys may know it, some of you guys might not, but
I'm why should you've heard thisbefore maybe, but here lately,
just whenever I feel stressed and worn and tired and, and just

(37:22):
burdened and just full of anxiety and things like this,
these verses have really been giving me so much life and
strength and comfort and like just affirmation and I really,
really love this. So it's in Matthew 11, 7 verses
28 through 30. And this is the very end of the

(37:45):
chapter. So these verses are at the end
of Chapter 11 and these are the red letters.
So this is Jesus speaking and itsays, come on to me, all ye that
labor and are heavy laden, I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you and learn of Me, for I am meek and lowly

(38:08):
in heart, and ye shall find restunto your souls, for my yoke is
easy and My burden is light. I'm going to read that one more
time because it's just. These words are so comforting.
Come on to me, all ye that laborand are heavy laden, and I will

(38:32):
give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn
of me, for I am meek and lowly in heart, and ye shall find rest
unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my
burden is light. I love these words so much

(38:52):
because oftentimes as humans, imperfect, imperfect humans, but
we're beautiful, imperfectly beautiful humans, we try to take
on so much ourselves, so much responsibility, so much work, so
much time and stress and all these things, projects and all,

(39:15):
all manner of things, right? Whether it's in work or in home
or in other areas of life, we just didn't take on so much, not
just when it comes to working or, you know, with family life
or anything like that. We take on so much spiritually
as well. You know, we, we take upon other

(39:36):
people's burdens and like we take upon, you know, people
who's going through things and, you know, they come for us for
counsel or just anything, right? We get anxiety attacks and a
waves of depression hits US and we just go through so many
burdens and, and things like that.

(39:56):
And I know we personally, I've been through it and these words
are so comforting because Jesus loves us so much that he told us
that, hey, I understand you're going to go through things like
this, but lay them down. If you're heavy laden and you're
burdened, lay them down and takeupon my yoke.

(40:17):
Take upon my burden because. If they're easy and light.
And so when we rest and trust inJesus, it makes everything else
just feel so like airy and light.
It just feels like a tether, youknow, and that burden and that
yoga is just trust him and put our faith in him.

(40:39):
And when I find myself super heavy laden, I just tell the
Lord, I say, you know what, Jesus, this is too much for me.
I can handle this. I'm going to give you my
burdens. I'm going to give you my yoke
and I'm going to take your yoke.I'm going to take your burden
because you told me that those things are easy and light.

(40:59):
And my current yoke and my current burdens are like 18,000
tons. And I can't, I can't handle it.
I don't have the shoulders to bear them, but you do.
And so a lot of times I find myself and I humble myself and I
realize I can't do this on my own.
I give them to him and I take onhis and the peace and the joy,

(41:23):
the relief and the the stress relief that Jesus gives is like
no other. He is the Prince of peace for a
reason. He's the Prince of peace for a
reason. And he, he is our, he is our
Good Shepherd. And he doesn't want to see us
burdened. He doesn't want to see anything
hindering us. And so just reading those, those

(41:46):
verses from Matthew chapter 1128and 30, they remind me that I
don't have to go to this alone. I don't have to carry these
burdens alone. Jesus wants to carry them for me
like he loves us so much that hewants to carry our burdens for
us and just take what he is. It's so beautiful.

(42:08):
It is. It's not an equal exchange at
all. That is not an equal exchange.
But Jesus loves us so much that he would give us his burden, his
yoke, and take on hours that we can handle on our own.
And I'm just so grateful for those verses and I'm so grateful
for for the Gospels to remind meof such a beautiful promise and

(42:32):
such a beautiful exchange. A very unequal exchange, but an
exchange that Jesus gladly givesus and he sticks to his words.
So I just want to leave you withthat.
If you're really heavy lady for burden, stressed out anxiety,
anything like that, just please go read Chapter 11 of Matthew,

(42:56):
Chapter 11 verse 28 and 30 and just really step out on faith
and allow Jesus to take those burdens so that you can think on
his because he's his is easy andvery light and without you guys,
I hope that you have a great day, night, evening or whatever

(43:19):
it is you're having in your partof the world world world Rd.
Rd. Rd.
Rd. Rd. take it easy.
Just know that I love you, but also know that Jesus loves you
so much more. Take care of yourselves.
