Ed Shanley's story of faith and sexuality is insightful, inspirational, and informative. He was married with children when at the age of 43 he came out to his wife as being sexually attracted to men. He nearly lost everything and now at the age of 50, he is using his journey to support others through life coaching and experiential workshops.

Ed Shanley (he/him/his), our owner, has been involved in personal development for over 25 years since he heard Zig Ziglar speak in the early 90's.
For over 25 years, he has served as a business analyst, project manager, and trainer for various Fortune 500 companies and governmental agencies. His list of clients includes PNC Bank, JP Morgan Chase, Huntington Bank, Erie Insurance, and the Ohio Department of Medicaid.
Ed is a member of numerous organizations, including Project Management Institute, Central Ohio Agile Association, International Institute of Business Analysis, and the International Coaching Federation (Columbus Chapter). He also is president of the Board of Directors for the Alive Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to bringing emotional intelligence training to the LGBTQ+ community
Ed is also a member of Toastmasters International and has several speaking certifications and won numerous awards. He has also graduated from multiple train-the-trainer programs and is an avid reader of both professional and personal development books.
In 2012, Ed went through training to become a certified life coach and sought to use his productivity, transformational, and training skills to help individuals and not just large corporations.
