Sunny (00:07):
Music.
Hey Astro Friends, this isAstrology AF, the show that

at all illusory sky.
I'm Sunny, your host, with over30 years of chart reading
experience.

Boots (00:25):
And I'm Boots, your hosteling.
With almost 30 years experiencequestioning innocent people to
tears, we're here to walk withyou through the twinkling
starlight into the basic, theadvanced and the obscure.
Hi and welcome to Astrology AF.
I am your host, boots.

Speaker 1 (00:42):
And I am your host, sunny.

Boots (00:45):
And today we are going over fun with transits.
Sunny go ahead and start offwith her stories of the transits
that she went through a coupleof months ago, what those looked
like and how it played in inher life.

Speaker 1 (01:03):
Yeah, brilliant.
So this all took place on.
Well, it started on July 13thand I was just, you know, be
bopping around in my life, notpaying a ton of attention to
what was happening.
And what was happening was thatMars was coming into a

(01:27):
conjunction with my planet,Uranus.
In my natal chart, thetransiting Mars, Uranus, Mars
crashing, burning, cutting, youknow, violence, frustration,
anger, you know those kinds ofall those kinds of martial
characteristics.

(01:47):
And Uranus sudden changes.
Sudden, you know, to sweep thetable because this is all boring
, this needs to change.
And in my natal chart, Uranusis exactly square, my ascendant,
the ascendant being the part ofthe chart that is, most you

(02:12):
know, most closely associatedwith you, the owner of the chart
, Both of these in already insquare in my natal chart.
And then Mars comes along andmakes this relationship even
more intense.
And so what happened was I wasfine, I was not hurt, but I was

(02:38):
in a car crash.
Somebody ran into me I wasactually still and they ran into
me and it caused a fair amountof damage to my car, which I
have decided is made out ofsilly putty instead of metal,
because this vehicle that raninto me was a truck and it

(03:05):
didn't look like it hadsustained any damage at all, but
of course my little toy car gotthe worst, the worst of it for
sure.
So this is happening and we getthat the car isn't drivable, it
has to be towed away.

(03:26):
And they get it towed away,Then we get it to a repair place
and they're like oh, coupledays, couple days, and then it's
like weeks, at least threeweeks that I am sure.
And when I look back into thechart I already talked about

(03:54):
Mars and Uranus that's very muchthe crash, that's very much
that moment.
But when I started lookingfurther in my third house which
third house is your local area, your local transportation, how
you get around in your localarea so your car In my third

(04:19):
house, Venus, was goingretrograde and this, I think,
was talking about the oh, coupledays, couple days, we'll have
this fixed.
And then it's like three weeks,we'll have this, we need a new

(04:39):
part.
There's another thing that wasjust you know we were in
communication with these people, but it was always just, it was
another thing and another thingand another thing.
Right and so, and you know theinteresting thing, when I look
at my chart, Uranus and Marswere in the fourth house.

(05:01):
And you would go, fourth house, that's home, that's not your
car.
Why, why was this happeningwith your car?
So?
But I am married, and I'mmarried for a good long time,
and my husband, in his chartthis, he has essentially the

(05:25):
same Uranus that I have, becausewe were born close to close in
time, a few months apart.
So Mars was also coming up onhis Uranus, but his Uranus is in
his third house.
So, even though he was not inthe car at this time, the car is

(05:50):
how he mostly drives the car.
He's the one who uses it themost, coming back and forth to
his job.
This is, I mean, it's not hiscar, it's my car too, but in
terms of who is who's mainlydriving it, it is husband.
So, but I needed to be in thecar, astrologically, because

(06:19):
what's going on for me is thatI'm having kind of a little bit
of PTSD, symptoms of anxiety, and you know things.
Just you know I'm now on edgein the car which would explain,
which we can very much explain, with Mars, uranus square, the

(06:44):
Ascendant Right, right.

Boots (06:48):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (06:50):
So it's like, it's like, it's like borrowing each
other's charts in some way.
You know, his chart is, youknow, the third house, the crash
in the third house, you know, and then my chart, the PTSD
stuff.
So, and then the third house, long delays in getting things

(07:15):
fixed which, as I mentionedbefore, that was Venus,
retrograde, and of course Venusis about making things Pretty
again.

Boots (07:25):
Oh yeah.

Speaker 1 (07:27):
I or for the first.
You know it's it's very muchabout, you know, and when we got
it back, it was there was stufffix that was like that wasn't
even part of that.
You know they fixed it anyway.
It was.
You know, I mean minor, yeah, cosmetic things, you know okay,
right.
It's exactly what Venus istalking about.

(07:51):
So so yeah, fun.

Boots (07:55):
Something else that makes me think about is that, with
Venus being retrograde a lot oftimes, um, a planetary
retrograde will indicate theslowing down Of something or
going back of something.
Venus represents like diplomacyand like relationships between

(08:17):
people and stuff good, like youknow, proper, polite
relationships and conceivablyunder that, also promises.
And you were promised that youwould have the car back in a
short period of time and thenthey had to retrograde, go back
on that and be like, hey, actually, yeah, it's gonna be a

(08:40):
little bit longer.

Speaker 1 (08:41):
We gotta order this part, you know yeah.
Yeah, I mean, I think somebodytook a look at it and said, oh,
easy, easy.
And then they got into it.
It's like oh, you know, orsomething, I don't know.

Boots (08:57):
Geez well, and at least you ended up getting a couple of
extra parts fixed that, youknow, may or may not have
actually been Uh, damaged ormissing as a result of the crash
, but you had it back in the endanyways.
Yeah yeah, all right.
Well, I'll go ahead and shareone.
We can go back and forth, sinceyou've got two and I've got two

(09:18):
.
Um, so, around the uh same time, the week that we had done our
uh first recording um towardsthe end of July, um, there was a
, a moon, and let's see moon andNeptune, uh, and actually mars

(09:41):
transit.
That had happened.
So, for a little bit ofbackground, um, a lot of people
recognize that Neptune and moontransits tend to affect people's
sleep, especially if it's in anarea that is, you know, uh, uh,
maybe where your moon is, whichwas the case for me.

(10:03):
The moon was squaring Neptune,so is that a 90 degree angle
from Neptune in the chart?
And then on the other side ofthat square was Mars, and so is
making what's called a t-square.
What happened with this?
I was in the midst of um, in theprocess of quitting a uh habit

(10:27):
that I used to indulge in quitefrequently, that, um, when
you're getting when you'requitting this habit.
Um, it tends to affect yourquality of sleep, um, and Can
really give you some weirddreams nightmares sometimes,
that sort of thing and I hadthis.

(10:50):
It was like the most it wouldqualify as a nightmare only
because the level ofuncomfortable that was involved
with it, and it was a reallylong Dream too Usually my dreams
don't last this long, but itwas like one kind of continuous
storyline with a lot going on,um, but one of the things that

(11:11):
happened was I, uh, I wasstanding in a front yard, um,
with a whole bunch of people, and it was dark and, um, the sky
was kind of reddish and cloudy, like.
There was a low glow, um, kindof like in the if you remember,

(11:31):
the 2020 forest fires that sweptacross north america Um, it was
sort of like that, not quitethat dark red but sort of along
those lines.
Yeah, um, so that was there aswell.
Um, there was a bunch of fireinvolved in the dream.
So we were standing in thisyard, uh, lighting candles, for

(11:55):
some reason, um, and I lit oneof the candles and then it shot
off like a bottle rocket up intothe sky.
And then, when it exploded inthe sky, it left written in
flames, 9, 9, 9.
And, uh, I have I I've had timenow to um, look in depth and

(12:19):
talk to some of themetaphysicians that I know um,
about kind of the meaning of 9,9, 9, because this was the
clearest symbolism that I haveever seen in a dream.
I have never had anything likethis before, uh, and nothing
anywhere near it since.
But it's kind of along thelines of like the death card in

(12:46):
Tarot, and the death card inTarot tends to represent endings
and beginnings, one thingcoming to a close and another
thing starting, and so the factthat it played in with this
habit that I was quitting andsome other, I guess, kind of

(13:14):
like life direction change, sortof things that have continued
to sort of come to fruition andbe made known since then, was
just really wild to me.
So we had the moon and Neptune, and Neptune was in Pisces.
It's probably still is inPisces.

(13:35):
It is where my natal moon isanyways, which I think is why
these Neptune moon transits havebeen affecting me so heavily.
I've had other sleepinterruptions and issues since
then as well.
We had Mars involved in thatsquare too, and there was fire

(13:56):
involved in the dream, whichMars is.
One of its triplicities, elementally, is fire.
So just all of those thingscoming together for me made the
transit really stand out andtold me a lot about the nature
of these three bodies and kindof what they can do.

(14:19):
Oh, and in addition, the moonwas in Gemini, in the 11th house
.
11th house tends to be likegroups of people.
There were definitely groups ofpeople there, friends and stuff
.
Gemini moon is a placement thata lot of my family members have
, and one of my family membersin particular was one of the

(14:43):
main characters in the dream.
So just like all thesedifferent little bits and pieces
that were like tied togetherand involved in the transit was
really wild to me.

Speaker 1 (14:57):
So so you explained, it was your natal moon.
You're the Neptune, transitingNeptune and transiting Mars.

Boots (15:07):
Yeah, the moon was in Gemini, squaring where Neptune
is currently and was at thattime not necessarily and then my
natal moon was in Pisces aswell, so the moon was squaring
my moon and Neptune.

Speaker 1 (15:28):
I see the.

Boots (15:29):
Neptune transit, and then Mars was involved in that as
well, and I can't rememberexactly what sign Mars was in.
It must have been when Mars wasin Virgo.

Speaker 1 (15:43):
Yeah, July, that's where Mars was.
Yeah.

Boots (15:45):
Okay, yeah, that was an interesting transit for me Fun.
Yeah, all right.
What is your next transit story?

Speaker 1 (16:01):
So this one came about by a total, utter surprise
.
Could not have.
I did not predict this.
I maybe could have if I lookedat the chart, but I'll talk
about why I didn't and couldn't.
And then I had a question aboutthe blue sky.

(16:25):
I received an email from aposition that I had applied for
an interview with over a monthago and I had interviewed not
just once but twice, and at thefinal interview that I had done,

(16:46):
they said to me that they hadsome other people and what
happens, and I would hear backtomorrow.
And I did not hear back and soI thought, well, okay, they went
with someone else, all right, that's fair, and I just moved on
, you know.

Boots (17:08):
Right.

Speaker 1 (17:08):
And yesterday I got an email that said what is your
availability?
Again, you know we haddiscussed my availability a
month ago but surprisingly theyhad forgotten.
Why would they remember that?
I don't know so.
And I responded and they cameback with this schedule work for

(17:33):
you.
And I'm thinking am I beingoffered this?
This is so weird.
And turns out, yes, yes, I wasbeing offered the job.
And so I later looked at my onmy phone.
I have, you know, I haveastrology software everywhere

(17:58):
computer, phone, laptop or iPad,you name it and but what I saw
when I looked was thattransiting Jupiter and
transiting Moon were in a trinerelationship.
Okay, right, lovely.

(18:20):
So let's talk about that alittle bit more.
Moon is your emotions, it'syour body, it's your just it's.
You know how you're showing upin the world.
And Jupiter is growth, expansion, generosity, large-ass

(18:42):
.
You know all kinds of here, here, here have some more, yeah,
kinds of energy and okay, fine, you know that was happening for
everybody.
That's transiting Jupiter,transiting Moon.
Did everybody get a job help?
You know, yesterday, probablynot.

(19:04):
I did not.
Okay, but when you look into mychart, jupiter rules the 10th.
So the way that we are visibleout in the world.
This is a very this is a fairlyhigh prestige position in terms

(19:29):
of working in an area of townand with people who are doing
well in life.

Boots (19:42):
Okay, yeah, okay.

Speaker 1 (19:43):
So that's so, jupiter's doing that and Jupiter
is also ruling my seventh house, by the way.
Okay, that's a lovely littleside bonus, the Moon in my chart
rules my second house.
Ah Right, so it's like.

(20:07):
I mean, you know, it makestotal sense and yet that transit
happens twice a month.
Okay, the moon trines theplacement of Jupiter.
The moon goes faster, jupiter's, you know, slow poking along,
but the moon forms a trinerelationship with Jupiter twice

(20:32):
a month.
How you know?
There, I don't think I couldhave predicted and said, oh well
, this time that that'shappening, it's going to mean a
job for me, right, it just playsreally well with the chart, you
know, if you look at it and yougo, oh well, that's totally.

(20:55):
You know, that's, that'sbeautifully shown here.
Yeah, you know so.
So yay me.

Boots (21:05):
Yeah and congratulations.
That's super exciting.
I remember you talking about itand how you were kind of like
kind of excited about it andreally hoping that it would work
out and then when they nevercalled you back, you were pretty
disappointed and just like, yeah, you know it happens, life
goes on.
So I'm very glad that theycalled you back and you ended up

(21:26):
getting the position.
Well done, thank you.

Speaker 1 (21:29):
Me too.

Boots (21:33):
All right.
So my second transit that I hadthis story about is kind of
just a funny one.
At this time and this was againback in July there was a moon
Saturn opposition going on,saturn being in Pisces still at

(21:55):
that time and the moon was inVirgo, much as it is today.
I was trying to be cute with mypartner and they were sitting
where I'm sitting currently, which is close to my front door,
and I walked over and they weresitting here crocheting and had

(22:18):
a stitch marker, a littleplastic hook for the crocheting,
in their mouth, just hangingout in their lips, and I came
over and gave them a kiss andstole the stitch marker out of
their mouth with my own lips, and then I threw my head back

(22:38):
and went to go run outside withthe stitch marker, just being
the adorable little brat that Iam, and I wasn't really looking
where I was going, and I justwhammed my face into the door
jam of my house, because thedoor is very short and it's an

(23:05):
aluminum door frame so it is notsoft, and I gave myself a
little gash right here, like inmy eyebrow, so fortunately it
wasn't super visible, but if youlooked you could see it.
I was just, like you know, sitting there cussing because I

(23:26):
had been trying to be cute and Iended up getting myself hurt.
And then it occurred to methere's got to be planets to
blame.
And so I went and pulled up achart and saw that there was
this moon and Saturn oppositiongoing on.

(23:46):
So Saturn represents boundariesand barriers and walls, and the
moon, for males, represents theleft eye.
So I had a harsh aspect goingon between walls and my left eye
and it played out with merunning my face into the wall.

(24:10):
So more of this story is payattention to where you're going
and don't start running withoutknowing exactly how much room
you have for your face to getwhere you're going.

Speaker 1 (24:28):
This is why we called it fun with transits.

Boots (24:32):
Yeah, fun, funny, not ha ha.
Funny like ugh, that's funny.
Well, that is the end of mytransit stories.
Did you have any others thatyou wanted to throw in there?
I didn't.

Speaker 1 (24:50):
That was it.
I'm sure there'll be thousandsmore.
It's like four leaf clovers.
If you look for them, they'rethere.

Boots (25:01):
Yes, I know there was.
At the time I wasn't intoastrology, but I did once pull
11 four leaf clovers out of thesame little patch right in front
of my house when I lived in areally nice place up in the
mountains, and then I went andbought a lottery ticket with
like seven or eight of them inmy pocket, because I had given a

(25:22):
few away and I did not win thelottery.
And so either four leaf cloversaren't lucky and don't work or
not.
Winning the lottery then wasthe luckiest thing that could
have happened to me.
You know Was it meant to be.
Well, thank you so much fortuning in with us today on
