This new podcast – The Truth about Mercury Retrograde: Part 3 – is being published on April 20, 2023 one day before a 3-week Mercury reversal begins in Taurus that concludes on May 14, 2023. Originally, The Truth about Mercury Retrograde (the focus of my podcast #25 in AstroScope created in 2020) was a special feature I wrote for our Libra 1994 edition of Welcome to Planet Earth magazine. As Podcast 25 in AstroScope, I supplied additional commentary, a list of famous individuals born with Mercury retrograde, and including the two original horoscopes, for The New York Times and the USA, both born when Mercury was in reverse in the zodiac. Also presented was the cover for the November/December 2000 Welcome to Planet Earth magazine with art design focused on Mercury Retrograde. Plus, in January 2022, I created Part 2 – Update on The Truth about Mercury Retrograde (podcast #92 in AstroScope) – offering more illumination on not only Mercury in reverse, but all retrograding celestial bodies and why retrograde motion is not necessarily negative and can instead be understood as empowering and inspirational. It is important for students of astrology and those who are professionals to re-think and re-imagine how the Earth, the Sun and celestial bodies are all linked together in a higher system of inter-connected movements in our solar system. Overall, this is podcast #114 offered to the public since May 2019.
