Chef Vikas Khanna recently opened his New York City Indian fine-dining restaurant, Bungalo, which quickly earned a three-star review from The New York Times. Chef Khanna is internationally renowned for hosting and judging MasterChef India, in addition to making guest appearances on the British, Australian, and American versions of the show. He has lived in New York for over two decades, during which he’s worked in prestigious kitchens, including Junoon. In 2011, he led Junoon to become the first Indian restaurant in New York to earn a Michelin star. Outside the kitchen, Chef Khanna is a documentarian and filmmaker, known for works like Barefoot Empress and The Last Colour.
