today that about 45 minutes ago that a state legislator in
Minnesota and she was executed and, and her husband was killed
by, by somebody that doesn't like liberals.
Apparently, yeah. We also had Israel preemptively

took a strike against Iran. Bombing their their nuclear
facilities, killing top generals.
Yep, Yep. What else happened?
We, we had a plane crash in India that killed all but one
passenger. So that's great.
Oh LA how dare I? How, how could I forget?

But yeah, no. So with all that in the
backdrop, what is what, what, what, what can you find from for
us today? As are as are the eternal
optimist of the of the program, 'cause they can come to me for
the negativity all they want. I'm I'm coming and turning to
you, Sir. There's nothing.
We're all fucking screwed. No, just kidding.

I like it. No, so silver lining is just
currently there's one left, one day left of school, which is
going to be great to just be able to kind of decompress.
And you know, the other thing isthat just being able to talk
about this in this kind of forumwith you is, is kind of like
free therapy for me. It's, it's a great way to be

able to process this and just being able to, you know, as we
continue to doom scroll and readall the crazy things that are
happening, being able to just talk about it is, is a silver
lining. And just kind of think about
what we can do to, you know, support our listeners and people
that are are getting screwed over by this administration and

There are lots of really negative bits out there and, and
to have this space absolutely matters for for me too.
I, I really value this period oftime every week to be able to
sit down and process the, the, the frustrations that I have

with our, with our current political climate, with the
actual climate itself. I mean fuck, there's we have an
orange alert for the East Coast because of all the Canadian
wildfires that are happening. I thought that was because of
Donald Trump. Yeah, well, that too, but no,

So I I appreciate your silver lining, man.

So I was researching all this stuff and then I got freaked out

don't want HR to come and try to.
To reach out to me but. You know, I, I looked at it
through, through NPR, so I, I feel like I'm OK.
OK, Yeah. So from NPR, Orgasmic meditation
or OMA spiritual practice developed by One Taste involves
a male participant stimulating female participants clitoris for

15 minutes while the female participant focuses on her own
internal experiences and the resulting physical sensations.
It's not concerned a sexual act and there is no requirement for

like you think about like, oh, it has to be 15 minutes.

problematic. And so the way that one taste
presents itself is as a new age company teaching women its

participants as female sexual liberation.
And that sounds all good, right?Like you, you want, you know,
people to have onus of their ownbodies and to be able to learn
different ways to be more intimate with their partners
and. With themselves, right and.
With themselves. Self-care is a is a big deal.

You probably enjoy, you know, other people taking care of you
too. Absolutely.
And, and there's a lot of studies that say that, you know,
engaging sexual activity, consensual sexual activity, it
helps all sorts of like relieve stress, anxiety, helps you sleep
better. It's good for you overall.
So, yes, but, and we're going toI'll, I'll say, but but we're

going to just listen to Miss Daydone just talk for a few
seconds about kind of what the company is.
But then we're going to find some, I think kind of cracks in,
in the, in the. So I figure we're 10 people,
we're fast, we're savvy, we're smart.

So that said, I want to thank the people of Ted X for having
me on this stage. This has been a dream of mine
that I thought was absolutely impossible.

That we could have a relevant, intelligent conversation about

I just fell in love with this practice.
That's what happened for me. I gave nearly 10,000 hours to

So they coerced their employees into working long hours with
little to no pay, intimidated them, tried to ruin them
financially to threaten family members and stuff like that.

out about this company. And so they done, the FBI was
was investigating and they done basically sold the company for
$12 million. Shut up 12 million. 12 million.
Jesus Christ. And so in 2018, after they

started doing the hardcore investigations and interviewing
employees, the company stopped hosting in person classes and
basically kind of shut down. Is that US or is that like all?
Our, I think it was US mostly. OK.
So yeah, they they sold the company that both resigned, made

$12 million and now the company as of 2018, it closed all its
doors. But Daydon is future prominently
still on their website. Really.

Going to and it's now known, it's not known for one taste

anymore. It's now known as the Institute
of Orgasmic Meditation Foundation.
Wow, OK, so is this her that I've got to put her on the

oriented towards human connection.
So these women have just been found guilty.
I don't know what their sentenceis going to be, but knowing kind

of the climate that we're in, ifthey just fork over a couple

continue to engage in this kind of behavior and exploit other
people and make millions of dollars off of it and well, you

big believer in in meditation, mindfulness practices that that
really help ground you in the moment so that you're not
thinking about a million different things and like you're
only focused on one thing. And I can appreciate the the
practice of meditating, but liketo abuse people and with

not even think about those kindsof things.
You know what I mean? And you're now being used and
abused to make someone $12 million.

you know, fall into this trap are people that are are trying
to reach enlightenment. They're trying to, you know.

disgusts me that this world's just full of people that just

Clary tonight, a third night of unrest in Los Angeles.
The National Guard is on the ground following days of
immigration protests and escalating clashes with law
enforcement. Take a live look here over
downtown Los Angeles tonight, which continues to see protest
activity. Earlier today, streets were
(20:12):
lined with demonstrators. You know, no secret, we have
been dealing with some serious unrest in this, specifically in
LA, But as we're seeing today onthe TV that we're watching right
now with the No Kings protests that are taking place all around
the country today, people are upset.
(20:33):
People are very angry. A woman is currently beating a
Donald Trump pinata on the ground right now with the rope
around his neck. Well, that looks more like an
S&M collar. And I believe that the woman
doing the dragging is her the Donald Trump effigies money.
(20:54):
But here's a real quick stat blast for you.
Before the National Guard was involved and brought in by
Donald Trump. We're going to get to that here
in a second. The conversation, you know, I
want to provide a little bit of backdrop here.
Over 50% of Americans approve ofTrump's deportation policy,
according to the the most latestCBS You Gov poll.

OK, so 54% of Americans polled said that they believe that
what's happening is okay. What are you reading directly
from? In part from a an article
written in The Intercept by a reporter by the name of Nick
Terse quote. On Saturday, President Donald
Trump took the already extraordinary action of calling
up more than 2000 National Guardtroops to tamp down
(21:36):
demonstrations in California. In doing so, he exercised A
rarely used federal powers that bypass Governor Gavin Newsom's
authority. Which is just insane that we're
like, like he could have done this January 6th.
He didn't do it. Nope.

Containing from the article he followed up followed it up two
days later with an even more extreme move.
While it is unclear under what authority Trump in the Defense
Department did so, United StatesNorthern Command activated 700
Marines from the Second Battalion, 7th Marines, First
Marine Division, all assigned to29 Palms, California, which is

just outside of LA. They were being shipped out to
support Task Force 51, which is a deployable command post used
in crisis response who are protecting federal personnel and
the federal property of Greater Los Angeles.
That's a that's a according to astatement issued by Northcom.
More from Nick's Peace Active duty troops like the Marines are
(22:40):
full time professional soldiers.The National Guard, at least
historically, have been citizen soldiers who are in their
communities during the week and training on the weekends.
For Californians, Los Angelinos who are facing these Marines, it
feels different. And to some great degree, it is.
Mobilizing Marines against theirneighbors is a profoundly
dangerous escalation. This deployment is plainly

illegal, and it points to the reason why we have these laws
against these deployments in the1st place.
Not only is it an authoritarian power grab, it also threatens
the physical health of people exercising their constitutional
rights to protest protest and the moral health of the Marines
to suppress those rights. I mean, excellent writing from

Nick. His reporting is always spot on.
But these protests have largely been peaceful.
They they have been and, and thething that's really interesting,
I think the last time I I heard this that Marines and National
Guard were were sent out were during the civil rights
movement, stuff like that, wheregovernors weren't that that

didn't OK it. And I think one of the things
again, that was really interesting.
And if you look at Fox News thatthey will only show that really,
really small percentage of the the vandalization of the self
driving cars in in Los Angeles. And then also there is a, a, a

video of a man on, on like a little scooter with a Mexican
flag that were as that was just like, oh, it's a guy holding a
Mexican flag. It's a it's a, it's an
insurrection of an incoming armyand out from the from the
outside, right? Like that's how it was framed.
Yeah. I mean, you know, I think I was
reading something where they done a pan out from the area,

like the CNN helicopter to show like just how localized this
protest was. And then like right across like
a couple streets over, there wasan active pride parade
happening. So like, it wasn't like we're
looking at like a like a Rodney King situation where the entire
city is on fire. And like, you know, there's a
lot of that stuff happening, right?

And it just on top of it, too. The other thing that's just kind
of cracks me up is that the LAPDitself said no, we got it.
And the LAPD historically great to protesters or people of
color. Or even before, without, during
or after a protest. They just don't like people in

LA. They're pretty much and they're
say they, I think they tweeted something of like saying, you
know, we, we support people thatare actively utilizing their
First Amendment right except to be able to peacefully protest.
Yeah, yeah, absolutely. But the more important thing
that's happening in LA, people are being separated from their
(25:36):
families, their neighborhoods are being destroyed by ICE and
the federal government is kidnapping children off the
streets. This is really upsetting period
of time to be in right now. And if you didn't think it was
going to happen, you're finding out the hard way now.
This is an all out assault on the people of LA, the United
States, the immigrant communities in our country.

Not sure how much more this administration has to do to show
you and prove to you they will stop at nothing in order to hurt
people. And yeah, you know, it's, it's
it is really hard. I saw something on on Instagram,
it was one of the shorts and it was this Hispanic American.

I don't know if he was high school or or college age at his
graduation. And his dad's next to him and
staying in a thick accent. You know, Trump, you're trying
to destroy America. Well, we immigrants come here to
try to build it up. And the sun is kind of smiling
at 1st and just starts breaking down in tears.
And the dad when he's when he's saying it, kind of his voice

cracks a little bit in the beginning, but was able to say
it. But I just thought of that and
just how powerful a statement that is.
Yeah, and, and you have video ofhigh school girl who's in her
senior year, you know, gets pulled out of class by ice and
she's all she's saying the entire time is but can I go back
to class 'cause I have to finishmy finals each people who it

gives me chills to think about just the brutality.
And it's really hard. This has been a very, very, very
hard week. And I think in order to kind of
recover from that, we should go take a a real quick break, take
a really long walk around the the block, try not to send any
fires. So when we come back, we are

going to discuss Stephen Miller,the architect behind the Trump
administration's immigration policy.

administration has been planningthis for at least 10 years,
flowering quite a bit all the way, but taking our country's
discourse around immigration, inthe conversations around it,
further and further to the rightthe whole way they've been doing
it. And if you don't believe me,
allow me to introduce you to somebody who's been helping that
effort to shape policy, executive orders, speeches for

the Trump administration. Stephen Miller.
I had a whole plan on discussingMiller's early days in high
school where he was similar to Charlie Kirk.
And like, you know, trying to build it like this, like web of
like connection between, you know, the Nick Fuentes of the
world and the Thomas Rousseau's of the world and the Charlie
Kirk's the world, The guys that we've been talking about for a
little bit now. But I, I, I just don't give a

shit about that conversation anymore.
I want to talk about just how much of a fucking Dick this guy
has been around this whole process of immigration.
He's such a fucking Dick. We don't have the time to
discuss the op-ed that he wrote while he was at Duke University
titled Sorry, Feminists, where he discusses gender roles and
how women need to be OK with their traditional roles in

society. Or his Farewell op-ed where he
discusses and goes to great lengths to discuss the political
correctness and how it's ruiningour country.
Or the former editor of Breitbart who released a trove
of emails where Miller was blatantly feeding false stories
or generating leads for an organization organization to run
with. And this is where I'm going to
expose the layers I'm trying to to work in for you.

Recall when I told you I was listening to a book called The
Camp of the Saints? A Camp of the Saints is a book
where white replacement theorists site as an example of
what is happening to the West due to immigration and how the
West would eventually crumble and that white people would be
replaced by black and brown people.
In one of the emails that Stephen Miller writes to the
Breitbart op-ed, former editor at that Breitbart, he writes
(29:51):
this. You see the Pope saying we must,
in effect, get rid of borders. Someone should point out the
parallels to the camp of the Saints.
Less than 18 days later, after Miller's e-mail, an article was
published in Breitbart called Camp of the Saints scene
mirrored in the Pope's message. So it's a one to One Direction.

Let's say it's a one to one connection here, and we cannot
touch on that because we have totalk about what this useless
sack of flesh has been doing in the Trump administration and how
he's directly responsible for the damage that's happening
across our country right now. And I'll stop there real quick
because I, I know that's a lot to chew on, but fuck me, I'm

And the thing about Stephen Miller, too, he's just again,
like a swarmy piece of shit. He kind of looks like the

When did the American people sign up to be in every war, in
every place, on every side of every conflict all over planet
Earth? People that you don't connect
with and understand, The people whose manufacturing jobs have
left, who've been besieged by high crime communities and
who've been affected by a policyof uncontrolled immigration?
Those voices, those experiences,don't get covered on this
network. You cannot conceive of a nation

to the idea of sovereignty and national survival to have
control over who enters and doesn't enter the country.

really interesting about him is that he's a conservative Jewish

Well, he grew up as a liberal. He grew up in a liberal Jewish

household. Yes, but he himself is
conservative. Yeah, yeah, I mean conservative
in all areas of life. But again, as somebody who is in
this kind of position and, and being Jewish at just, I, I
wonder what kind of pushback he gets from the, the white
nationalists and stuff like that.

He's kind of the token, you know, whatever, but.
He's so, you know, I, I hate to kind of reveal my hand here, but
you know, I definitely spend a lot of time on forums that are,
you know, not great because I'm trying to figure out like what
what's being said, like what's like, what's the narrative

that's being built out around this?
And it's kind of like that wholelike King Cyrus thing that we
talked about with the like the seven mountains philosophy of
like, oh, well, he's a flawed person, but he's he's a, an
instrument of the, of God kind of thing.
Stephen Miller is seen as an instrument of like the white
nationalist movement. Like he's there to usher in.
But once that's done, like he's up next kind of thing.

It's it's kind of like the what the ultra Christian, you know,
we like Israel until it gets bombed the fuck out of and then
the rapture can happen. Right, Yeah, we want, we want
Israel to have a one state solution so that they can.
We don't want George Soros. But, you know, here's here's
Steven in May of this year discussing suspending habeas
(33:49):
corpus. You know, President Trump has
talked about potentially suspending habeas corpus to take
care of the illegal immigration problem.
When could we see that happen this evening?
Well, the Constitution is clear,and that, of course, is the
supreme law of the land, that the privilege of the writ of
habeas corpus can be suspended in a time of invasion.

So notice that it's an option we're actively looking at.
Look, a lot of it depends on whether the courts do the right
thing or not. At the end of the day, Congress
passed a body of law known as the Immigration Nationality Act,
which stripped Article 3 courts.That's the judicial branch of a
jurisdiction over immigration cases.
So Congress actually passes. Fuck that, I'm tired of hearing
(34:31):
that fucking prick. I fucking hate him.
I hate him so much and The thingis, is that he's not an idiot.
No, he's really really, really, really, really smart.
He's a smart guy. He's a very intelligent person.
He, I mean, you don't get into Duke without being at least semi

literate and you know. I mean, Robert F Kennedy got
into Harvard or whatever. Yeah, but I mean, you know,
Harvard, you know, is that a real school?
Not anymore. Everyone knows that.
Everyone knows it. But last week, Miller met with
ICE officials and said, quote, just go out there and arrest
illegal aliens. Rather than develop a list of

targets for arrest, Miller told agents to raid Home Depot
parking lots and 711 conveniencestores.
But if you recall, the whole premise, and which we all knew
was baloney to begin with, was that it was only those with
criminal records and those who overstayed their visas.
The bad hombres. Targeting day laborers does not
(35:34):
seem to fall in line with the original pitch thrown to
Americans. Days later, June 6 happens.
ICE agents descend upon Home Depot to predominantly Latino
Westlake neighborhood of Los Angeles, kicking off a weekend
of protests centered around a federal detention center in the
city of Downtown and the nearby Paramount and Compton
(35:55):
neighborhoods. Everyone knows that when you
fuck around near Compton, you'regoing to find out.
So given the fact that they locked up a labor Union Leader
and then started to do these Gestapo, let me see your paper.
Look, lock ups and deportations paired with Miller's new 3000 a
day arrest quota mandate. I was wondering when you're
(36:17):
going to get to that? You can see why the people are
over it. You can really see why people
are done with this fucking shit.And you pair that with Steve
Bannon, the archetype of Trump'sfirst presidential term.
He said this week that Trump, the Trump administration should
double and triple down on the the deportation efforts in

California and across the country.
He's he's also asked for habeas corpus to be suspended.
That's fucking scary, man. Yeah.
And these are people who have their finger on the pulse of the
extreme right wing and also are helping to shape and pull people
who might say, oh, you know, I kind of like what Trump's doing
(36:58):
with the, like, the economy. I think it's a good idea for us
to, you know, tariff the shit out of places.
We need to restore work and blah, blah, blah.
But, you know, I really don't necessarily feel like the
immigration thing is going very well all of a sudden.
Like, you start to hear these stories that are getting pumped
out by the Steve Bannon's of theworld and the Millers of the
world who are pushing content that they want published to, you
(37:21):
know, different news organizations.
And those things get aired and those things get published.
And all of a sudden, the people who might be sitting on the
middle of the right start getting pulled a little further
and further and further and further.
Well, and I'm just thinking too,with everything you've seen
when, when it talks about making3000 arrests a day, first of
(37:44):
all, where are you going to house that many people, if they
can even come close to meeting that quota?
Second of all, how much is it going to cost to send them by
suspending hideous corpus? Are they just going to be sent
without any trials? We're, we're talking about
filling up airplanes and just doing a mass, you know,
migration of, of people and justhow many millions and billions
(38:08):
of dollars that's going to cost.And the fact that I was
listening today that they're trying to use the the Marines
and, and use National Guard to help a company during these
arrests and they're not trained ICE officials.
No, you can deputize anybody, apparently.
(38:30):
Well, especially if you go to Virginia in distance, give,
yeah, give some cash. You can get a badge and gun man.
You show up with a bag of cash, you can get whatever you want in
Virginia. Everyone knows Virginia is for
for crooks. I am not a.
Crook. Oh, Virginia is for lovers.
Everybody knows that. Always.
But as Trump's deputy chief of staff for policy, Miller has
(38:52):
made this week even worse by saying that the demonstrations
are acts of insurrection and played the white replacement
theory bullshit as quote, sayingCalifornia is all you need to
see to know that mass migration unravels societies.
I think the language here is crucial, though.
The, the language that they're using in terms of calling it an
insurrection. You heard Stephen Miller say it
(39:14):
and then all of a sudden, the Fox News sphere took off with
it, right? And I want to come back a little
bit, just take one step back andexplain exactly what the
Inspiration Insurrection Act of 1870 is.
It empowers the President of theUnited States to nationally
deploy the US military and federalize the National Guard
(39:35):
units of the individual states in specific circumstances such
as the suppression of civil disorder, of insurrection,
insurrection, and of armed rebellion against the federal
United States, The federal government rather of the United
States. The Insurrection Insurrection
Act provides statutory exceptionfor the Posse Comitatus Act that
limits the President's deployingthe US military to enforce
(39:58):
either civil law or criminal lawwithin the United States.
So the Posse Comitatus Act was passed in 1878 after the end of
Reconstruction. And the return of white
supremacist to political power in both Southern States and in
Congress. There we go.
Through the wall, Congress sought to ensure that the
federal military would not be used to intervene in the
(40:20):
establishment of Jim Crow in theformer Confederacy.
And I wonder sincerely, how longtill judges step aside all
together or step in? If the military is policing your
streets, you can no longer pretend you live in a democracy.
And, you know, we were trying tokind of joking around about,
like, you know, the word posse comitatus.
(40:41):
But, like, it's not a laughing matter.
That posse Comitatus has been ignored by launching the Marines
into downtown LA. Yes, which is just a complete
provocation because it is Las one of the more liberal cities
in the United States is one of the biggest cities in the United
(41:02):
States behind New York. And they don't need the help at
all. And yet you are going to go with
the this, you know, strongman appearance to intimidate people
and to really stir people up so that you can get those images on
Fox News of this wild insurrection that's going on,
(41:23):
quote UN quote. That's right, to be able to say
look, the streets are running wild and blah blah blah blah,
yet they won't be able to take responsibility for January 6th
at all. Oh, no, not at all.
Why would you do that? Why would you take, you know,
any responsibility for that? No, I think like, yeah, it's
it's you know, I think you're also pointing to there too, is
(41:44):
like, hey, if we didn't send in the Marines and all that, well,
guess what? Then you would have an even
bigger issue, right? And you know, not not for
nothing clip here, I just you know this is a completely non
sequitur completely. Unrelated, the Insurrection Act
to deal with the situation in California.
If there's an insurrection, I would certainly invoke it.
(42:04):
We'll see. But I can tell you less.
Last night was terrible. The night before that was
terrible. We have, as you've seen, it was
on most of your networks, peoplewith big heavy hammers pounding
the concrete and pounding curbs pounding and breaking up and
handing these big chunks of concrete to people.
(42:25):
And they were taking that concrete going up in bridges and
dropping it into the roof of a car.
They were throwing it at our police.
They were throwing it at our soldiers that are there.
And we got it stopped. And we have them one, by the
way, that you fucking put there.They didn't like, like you said,
(42:45):
the police said they've got this.
Like we don't need you to be here with the National Guard or
the Marines, but in custody right now.
Look, if we didn't get involved right now, Los Angeles would be
burning just like it was burninga number of months ago with all
the houses that were lost. Los Angeles right now would be
on fire. And we have it in great shape,
(43:11):
in great shape. It's in great shape.
You know, you know, he, he, he mentioned it at the very top of
that where he said when, when asked, would he, would he, you
know, would he suspend posse Comitatus?
And he said only if there's an insurrection.
And the likes of Fox News, The Five, Laura Whatever, Laura
(43:36):
Ingraham, Sean Hannity. Fox and Friends.
Yeah, Bret Baier and the only person who leaves the room last
every single time, Stephen Miller are they're all calling
it an insurrection. All of them, every single one of
them. The right wing Alex Jones has
been calling it an insurrection since fucking Tuesday.
(43:57):
Like it's if, if you think for amoment about this, the language
that they're using, that the language that they're starting
to cultivate is so that they cando and, and and expose all of us
to violence. Those of us who disagree with
what's happening right now, they're priming the pump.
They're putting the language in.So that way they when it comes
(44:19):
down to it, they can just go, well, it's an insurrection.
We have to get rid of this. And, you know, we were talking a
little bit earlier in the show in the episode about just the
simple fact that, you know, fucking January 6 happens
doesn't call in the the NationalGuard, you know?
No one blames Nancy Pelosi. Right.
And so you know, how, how far doyou take a very localized
(44:47):
protest and try to make that into we've, we've already
rewritten history, right? That's what fascists do really
well is they rewrite history andthey do it fucking quick because
that happened in under what, four years?
Five years? It's like now.
Now the right wing is calling what happened in LA an
insurrection, even though they tried to literally overthrow a

government and no one was punished because they're all out
of fucking jail. And the guy who did it, fucking
Merrick Garland and all of his fucking useless cronies, fucking
did nothing about it. Nope, the left did nothing.
They just stood there. Fucking virtue signaling pieces
of shit. Well, and you also think about
the Republicans that had to run for their own lives.

Yeah, where you have Mike Pence,you had Josh Hawley running.
And these guys are? Fucking chicken shit piece of
shit. Exactly.
And even though they're they, they drank the Kool-aid.

I, I, I, I won't believe them because they've been saying it
the whole time and they've wanted it the whole time.
You can't complain about what's happening to your town.
They want you to shut up. They want you to be quiet.
They want you to be silent. We are not going to shut up

because we love our country too much.
We love our family too much. We love our kids too much to let
them grow up in a community and in a country that is run by
organized criminal cartels. Not on our watch.
Not going to happen. They want you to think that you,
you have to justify why you wantto send the migrants out.

No, no, no, no, no. They have to justify why the
hell they're bringing the migrants.
In the Deportations are not about immigration.
It's not about crime. It's about removing brown bodies
from the country. There's no other way to put it.
It's outright racism. It's a systematic approach of
getting rid of people that Miller was never cool enough to
hang out with in high school or in college.

Like all of the rest of the asshole that we've talked about
from episode 1 to current day, it is all about their fucking
ego. All of it.
History has shown us that it's going to get much worse.
It's going to be a very long, very hot summer.

one of the things that just comes out to me is the stark

contradiction with especially with Donald Trump who talks
about the illegals that are coming in, coming into this
country and destroying everything, raping and killing
people. But yet as the raids are to
happen in California, especiallyin the agricultural section,
Donald Trump did a 180 turn saying that, oh, we need to,

these are good people. They've been here for 20 years
and we need farmers here. We need people to work in
hospitality for in my hotels so they can get paid under minimum
wage. And so it's really easy for
white America to villainize and demonize people of color when
(49:48):
all statistics point to is that for the majority.
And things happen where there's people that are criminals and do
horrible things. But overall, immigrant
communities want to stay under the radar.
They want to work. They're trying to escape
situations that are far worse than their countries of origin
(50:09):
and are coming here to try to achieve that American dream.
And you are absolutely right. This is all about racism.
It's all about saying that black, brown, Asian people are
not the same intelligence and that they're beneath us.
And so we need to get rid of them and we need to have more
white people. It is disgusting.

It is revolting. I am ashamed of what's happening
and frankly it it enrages me to a level that it's hard to put
into words at this point. We are really backsliding fast,
faster than I thought that we would.
With within 100 and six months, yeah, it is just been absolutely

100% chaotic. And I think the thing that's
also really interesting is that we talked about polls earlier
and you said that 58. 54. 54% ofpeople approved of it of Trump's
immigration policy, but I think that was that was going after
criminals. I don't think it was for people

going after day laborers, peoplethat have had children for kids
that were came up here that so or somebody that's married to
somebody who's an immigrant, it nobody's safe.
No, no one is. And even if you are an American
citizen, you are, you could findyourself in some trouble the

debate or, you know, depending on what you're posting on, on
Facebook or Instagram or whatever, they're going through
that stuff. And this is we're, we're going
into a really, really bad space.Not to project too much and not
to put us in a place where we'renot at currently, but I was
watching the movie Civil War, the a 24 film and one of the

actors in that movie, I forget his name, really famous guy, but
he, he played the soldier and hehad a gun and he's got like
these glasses on and, and the reporters are on their knees and
they're saying, Sir, we're, we're, we're Americans.
We're Americans. And he like takes his time, he
takes a beat and he goes, well, what kind of American are you?
And that line stuck with me 'cause it's like, holy shit,

man. Like I, I, I don't know that
we're there yet, but it sure as fuck feels like we're getting
close when they're fucking shooting Democratic politicians
in, in, in, in Minnesota not. And, and again, I don't
political violence is of any sort is not good.
And I as much as I dislike Donald Trump, the man had his

life attempted twice. Like we're we're not almost
there. If I told you that this was
happening in Kenya or in Papua New Guinea where the tribal
leader was beat, had his life assassination attempt twice in
one year and then the next year politicians from the opposition

party were being shot and killed, you'd say that's a
failed state. That's a state that's failing.
That is a democracy that is in trouble.
And then you've turned the lens back on ourselves and go, holy
shit, man. Like, where are we at?
What are we doing? How do we get here?
And I think people like Stephen Miller and Charlie Kirks of the
(53:28):
world and the Rush Limbaugh's and the Alex Jones's otherworld,
all these fucking lunatics out here are part of the problem.
And I, you know, it's made me start to think about my own
rhetoric. Like, am I saying things that
are too fired up? Am I getting too fired up?
Am I letting myself respond to base instinct versus trying to

reason with it? And sometimes I feel like.
I don't know how you can reason with that though.
I don't know how you can reason with somebody that thinks that
it's OK to just deport people because of the color of their
skin. Yeah, and bring in white South
African Africaners because they are being.
Genocide. Yeah, like we're using terms
that genocide is a very loaded term and what like genocides

have been, have happened and we can very clearly identify them.
It's not happening in South Africa, I can tell you that.
No, it's it's not. There's.
There's been a genocide against Native Americans in this
country. There's been genocide in Rwanda.
There's, you know, you can name different countries, but 60

white South African, Afrikaners,yeah, there's not a genocide.
The president said that there's not a genocide and not to throw
one kind of last final thing. Yeah, please do.
No, this is, I mean, this is, this has been a very heavy week,
man. Like we, we've got a lot to talk

remember because we've talked about so many things, but the

Christy Noem, the secretary of, of Homeland Security, yeah, was
having a new, a news conference in California.
And Alex Padilla, the senator from California, Yeah, was
asking her a question and arrested, Yeah.
And handcuffed, yeah. And so we're arresting US

senators, Yeah, for questioning the administration and.
Shooting politicians. And shooting politicians.
And Padilla had a really good quote saying that if they're
doing this to US senator, yes, just think what they're doing to
the day laborers, what they're doing to the farm workers, what
they're doing to people of color, which, you know, is

pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty.
Awful yes, pretty awful, they say so this is the video.
I'm not going to play the whole thing for us here, but like this
is the video I was telling you about where they're getting
chased down in in a in a field by ice agents.

today that about 45 minutes ago that a state legislator in
Minnesota and she was executed and, and her husband was killed
by, by somebody that doesn't like liberals.
Apparently, yeah. We also had Israel preemptively

took a strike against Iran. Bombing their their nuclear
facilities, killing top generals.
Yep, Yep. What else happened?
We, we had a plane crash in India that killed all but one
passenger. So that's great.
Oh LA how dare I? How, how could I forget?

But yeah, no. So with all that in the
backdrop, what is what, what, what, what can you find from for
us today? As are as are the eternal
optimist of the of the program, 'cause they can come to me for
the negativity all they want. I'm I'm coming and turning to
you, Sir. There's nothing.
We're all fucking screwed. No, just kidding.

going to be great to just be able to kind of decompress.

into meditation and mindfulness and stuff like that.

a male participant stimulating female participants clitoris for

But then we're going to find some, I think kind of cracks in,

that I thought was absolutely impossible.

was investigating and they done basically sold the company for

employees, the company stopped hosting in person classes and
basically kind of shut down. Is that US or is that like all?

So yeah, they they sold the company that both resigned, made

$12 million and now the company as of 2018, it closed all its
doors. But Daydon is future prominently
still on their website. Really.

The National Guard is on the ground following days of
immigration protests and escalating clashes with law
enforcement. Take a live look here over
downtown Los Angeles tonight, which continues to see protest
activity. Earlier today, streets were

lined with demonstrators. You know, no secret, we have
been dealing with some serious unrest in this, specifically in
LA, But as we're seeing today onthe TV that we're watching right
now with the No Kings protests that are taking place all around
the country today, people are upset.
(20:33):
People are very angry. A woman is currently beating a
Donald Trump pinata on the ground right now with the rope
around his neck. Well, that looks more like an
S&M collar. And I believe that the woman
doing the dragging is her the Donald Trump effigies money.
(20:54):
But here's a real quick stat blast for you.
Before the National Guard was involved and brought in by
Donald Trump. We're going to get to that here
in a second. The conversation, you know, I
want to provide a little bit of backdrop here.
Over 50% of Americans approve ofTrump's deportation policy,
according to the the most latestCBS You Gov poll.

OK, so 54% of Americans polled said that they believe that
what's happening is okay. What are you reading directly
from? In part from a an article
written in The Intercept by a reporter by the name of Nick
Terse quote. On Saturday, President Donald
Trump took the already extraordinary action of calling
up more than 2000 National Guardtroops to tamp down

demonstrations in California. In doing so, he exercised A
rarely used federal powers that bypass Governor Gavin Newsom's
authority. Which is just insane that we're
like, like he could have done this January 6th.
He didn't do it. Nope.

Containing from the article he followed up followed it up two
days later with an even more extreme move.
While it is unclear under what authority Trump in the Defense
Department did so, United StatesNorthern Command activated 700
Marines from the Second Battalion, 7th Marines, First
Marine Division, all assigned to29 Palms, California, which is

just outside of LA. They were being shipped out to
support Task Force 51, which is a deployable command post used
in crisis response who are protecting federal personnel and
the federal property of Greater Los Angeles.
That's a that's a according to astatement issued by Northcom.
More from Nick's Peace Active duty troops like the Marines are
(22:40):
full time professional soldiers.The National Guard, at least
historically, have been citizen soldiers who are in their
communities during the week and training on the weekends.
For Californians, Los Angelinos who are facing these Marines, it
feels different. And to some great degree, it is.
Mobilizing Marines against theirneighbors is a profoundly
dangerous escalation. This deployment is plainly

illegal, and it points to the reason why we have these laws
against these deployments in the1st place.
Not only is it an authoritarian power grab, it also threatens
the physical health of people exercising their constitutional
rights to protest protest and the moral health of the Marines
to suppress those rights. I mean, excellent writing from

But these protests have largely been peaceful.
They they have been and, and thething that's really interesting,
I think the last time I I heard this that Marines and National
Guard were were sent out were during the civil rights
movement, stuff like that, wheregovernors weren't that that

didn't OK it. And I think one of the things
again, that was really interesting.
And if you look at Fox News thatthey will only show that really,
really small percentage of the the vandalization of the self
driving cars in in Los Angeles. And then also there is a, a, a

video of a man on, on like a little scooter with a Mexican
flag that were as that was just like, oh, it's a guy holding a
Mexican flag. It's a it's a, it's an
insurrection of an incoming armyand out from the from the
outside, right? Like that's how it was framed.
Yeah. I mean, you know, I think I was
reading something where they done a pan out from the area,

like the CNN helicopter to show like just how localized this
protest was. And then like right across like
a couple streets over, there wasan active pride parade
happening. So like, it wasn't like we're
looking at like a like a Rodney King situation where the entire
city is on fire. And like, you know, there's a
lot of that stuff happening, right?

And it just on top of it, too. The other thing that's just kind
of cracks me up is that the LAPDitself said no, we got it.
And the LAPD historically great to protesters or people of
color. Or even before, without, during
or after a protest. They just don't like people in

LA. They're pretty much and they're
say they, I think they tweeted something of like saying, you
know, we, we support people thatare actively utilizing their
First Amendment right except to be able to peacefully protest.
Yeah, yeah, absolutely. But the more important thing
that's happening in LA, people are being separated from their

families, their neighborhoods are being destroyed by ICE and
the federal government is kidnapping children off the
streets. This is really upsetting period
of time to be in right now. And if you didn't think it was
going to happen, you're finding out the hard way now.
This is an all out assault on the people of LA, the United
States, the immigrant communities in our country.

Not sure how much more this administration has to do to show
you and prove to you they will stop at nothing in order to hurt
people. And yeah, you know, it's, it's
it is really hard. I saw something on on Instagram,
it was one of the shorts and it was this Hispanic American.

I don't know if he was high school or or college age at his
graduation. And his dad's next to him and
staying in a thick accent. You know, Trump, you're trying
to destroy America. Well, we immigrants come here to
try to build it up. And the sun is kind of smiling
at 1st and just starts breaking down in tears.
And the dad when he's when he's saying it, kind of his voice

cracks a little bit in the beginning, but was able to say
it. But I just thought of that and
just how powerful a statement that is.
Yeah, and, and you have video ofhigh school girl who's in her
senior year, you know, gets pulled out of class by ice and
she's all she's saying the entire time is but can I go back
to class 'cause I have to finishmy finals each people who it

gives me chills to think about just the brutality.
And it's really hard. This has been a very, very, very
hard week. And I think in order to kind of
recover from that, we should go take a a real quick break, take
a really long walk around the the block, try not to send any

administration's immigration policy.

further and further to the rightthe whole way they've been doing

effort to shape policy, executive orders, speeches for

the Trump administration. Stephen Miller.
I had a whole plan on discussingMiller's early days in high
school where he was similar to Charlie Kirk.
And like, you know, trying to build it like this, like web of
like connection between, you know, the Nick Fuentes of the
world and the Thomas Rousseau's of the world and the Charlie
Kirk's the world, The guys that we've been talking about for a
little bit now. But I, I, I just don't give a

shit about that conversation anymore.
I want to talk about just how much of a fucking Dick this guy
has been around this whole process of immigration.
He's such a fucking Dick. We don't have the time to
discuss the op-ed that he wrote while he was at Duke University
titled Sorry, Feminists, where he discusses gender roles and
how women need to be OK with their traditional roles in

society. Or his Farewell op-ed where he
discusses and goes to great lengths to discuss the political
correctness and how it's ruiningour country.
Or the former editor of Breitbart who released a trove
of emails where Miller was blatantly feeding false stories
or generating leads for an organization organization to run
with. And this is where I'm going to
expose the layers I'm trying to to work in for you.

Recall when I told you I was listening to a book called The
Camp of the Saints? A Camp of the Saints is a book
where white replacement theorists site as an example of
what is happening to the West due to immigration and how the
West would eventually crumble and that white people would be
replaced by black and brown people.
In one of the emails that Stephen Miller writes to the
Breitbart op-ed, former editor at that Breitbart, he writes

this. You see the Pope saying we must,
in effect, get rid of borders. Someone should point out the
parallels to the camp of the Saints.
Less than 18 days later, after Miller's e-mail, an article was
published in Breitbart called Camp of the Saints scene
mirrored in the Pope's message. So it's a one to One Direction.

Let's say it's a one to one connection here, and we cannot
touch on that because we have totalk about what this useless
sack of flesh has been doing in the Trump administration and how
he's directly responsible for the damage that's happening

And the thing about Stephen Miller, too, he's just again,

Stephen Miller is seen as an instrument of like the white
nationalist movement. Like he's there to usher in.
But once that's done, like he's up next kind of thing.

It's it's kind of like the what the ultra Christian, you know,
we like Israel until it gets bombed the fuck out of and then
the rapture can happen. Right, Yeah, we want, we want
Israel to have a one state solution so that they can.
We don't want George Soros. But, you know, here's here's
Steven in May of this year discussing suspending habeas

corpus. You know, President Trump has
talked about potentially suspending habeas corpus to take
care of the illegal immigration problem.
When could we see that happen this evening?
Well, the Constitution is clear,and that, of course, is the
supreme law of the land, that the privilege of the writ of
habeas corpus can be suspended in a time of invasion.

So notice that it's an option we're actively looking at.
Look, a lot of it depends on whether the courts do the right
thing or not. At the end of the day, Congress
passed a body of law known as the Immigration Nationality Act,
which stripped Article 3 courts.That's the judicial branch of a
jurisdiction over immigration cases.
So Congress actually passes. Fuck that, I'm tired of hearing

ICE officials and said, quote, just go out there and arrest
illegal aliens. Rather than develop a list of

targets for arrest, Miller told agents to raid Home Depot
parking lots and 711 conveniencestores.
But if you recall, the whole premise, and which we all knew
was baloney to begin with, was that it was only those with
criminal records and those who overstayed their visas.
The bad hombres. Targeting day laborers does not

seem to fall in line with the original pitch thrown to
Americans. Days later, June 6 happens.
ICE agents descend upon Home Depot to predominantly Latino
Westlake neighborhood of Los Angeles, kicking off a weekend
of protests centered around a federal detention center in the
city of Downtown and the nearby Paramount and Compton

neighborhoods. Everyone knows that when you
fuck around near Compton, you'regoing to find out.
So given the fact that they locked up a labor Union Leader
and then started to do these Gestapo, let me see your paper.
Look, lock ups and deportations paired with Miller's new 3000 a
day arrest quota mandate. I was wondering when you're

going to get to that? You can see why the people are
over it. You can really see why people
are done with this fucking shit.And you pair that with Steve
Bannon, the archetype of Trump'sfirst presidential term.
He said this week that Trump, the Trump administration should
double and triple down on the the deportation efforts in

He's he's also asked for habeas corpus to be suspended.

And these are people who have their finger on the pulse of the
extreme right wing and also are helping to shape and pull people
who might say, oh, you know, I kind of like what Trump's doing

with the, like, the economy. I think it's a good idea for us
to, you know, tariff the shit out of places.
We need to restore work and blah, blah, blah.
But, you know, I really don't necessarily feel like the
immigration thing is going very well all of a sudden.
Like, you start to hear these stories that are getting pumped
out by the Steve Bannon's of theworld and the Millers of the
world who are pushing content that they want published to, you

know, different news organizations.
And those things get aired and those things get published.
And all of a sudden, the people who might be sitting on the
middle of the right start getting pulled a little further
and further and further and further.
Well, and I'm just thinking too,with everything you've seen
when, when it talks about making3000 arrests a day, first of

all, where are you going to house that many people, if they
can even come close to meeting that quota?
Second of all, how much is it going to cost to send them by
suspending hideous corpus? Are they just going to be sent
without any trials? We're, we're talking about
filling up airplanes and just doing a mass, you know,
migration of, of people and justhow many millions and billions

of dollars that's going to cost.And the fact that I was
listening today that they're trying to use the the Marines
and, and use National Guard to help a company during these
arrests and they're not trained ICE officials.

You show up with a bag of cash, you can get whatever you want in

But as Trump's deputy chief of staff for policy, Miller has

made this week even worse by saying that the demonstrations
are acts of insurrection and played the white replacement
theory bullshit as quote, sayingCalifornia is all you need to
see to know that mass migration unravels societies.
I think the language here is crucial, though.
The, the language that they're using in terms of calling it an
insurrection. You heard Stephen Miller say it
(39:14):
and then all of a sudden, the Fox News sphere took off with
it, right? And I want to come back a little
bit, just take one step back andexplain exactly what the
Inspiration Insurrection Act of 1870 is.
It empowers the President of theUnited States to nationally
deploy the US military and federalize the National Guard
(39:35):
units of the individual states in specific circumstances such
as the suppression of civil disorder, of insurrection,
insurrection, and of armed rebellion against the federal
United States, The federal government rather of the United
States. The Insurrection Insurrection
Act provides statutory exceptionfor the Posse Comitatus Act that
limits the President's deployingthe US military to enforce
(39:58):
either civil law or criminal lawwithin the United States.
So the Posse Comitatus Act was passed in 1878 after the end of
Reconstruction. And the return of white
supremacist to political power in both Southern States and in
Congress. There we go.
Through the wall, Congress sought to ensure that the
federal military would not be used to intervene in the
(40:20):
establishment of Jim Crow in theformer Confederacy.
And I wonder sincerely, how longtill judges step aside all
together or step in? If the military is policing your
streets, you can no longer pretend you live in a democracy.
And, you know, we were trying tokind of joking around about,
like, you know, the word posse comitatus.
(40:41):
But, like, it's not a laughing matter.
That posse Comitatus has been ignored by launching the Marines
into downtown LA. Yes, which is just a complete
provocation because it is Las one of the more liberal cities
in the United States is one of the biggest cities in the United
(41:02):
States behind New York. And they don't need the help at
all. And yet you are going to go with
the this, you know, strongman appearance to intimidate people
and to really stir people up so that you can get those images on
Fox News of this wild insurrection that's going on,
(41:23):
quote UN quote. That's right, to be able to say
look, the streets are running wild and blah blah blah blah,
yet they won't be able to take responsibility for January 6th
at all. Oh, no, not at all.
Why would you do that? Why would you take, you know,
any responsibility for that? No, I think like, yeah, it's
it's you know, I think you're also pointing to there too, is
(41:44):
like, hey, if we didn't send in the Marines and all that, well,
guess what? Then you would have an even
bigger issue, right? And you know, not not for
nothing clip here, I just you know this is a completely non
sequitur completely. Unrelated, the Insurrection Act
to deal with the situation in California.
If there's an insurrection, I would certainly invoke it.
(42:04):
We'll see. But I can tell you less.
Last night was terrible. The night before that was
terrible. We have, as you've seen, it was
on most of your networks, peoplewith big heavy hammers pounding
the concrete and pounding curbs pounding and breaking up and
handing these big chunks of concrete to people.
(42:25):
And they were taking that concrete going up in bridges and
dropping it into the roof of a car.
They were throwing it at our police.
They were throwing it at our soldiers that are there.
And we got it stopped. And we have them one, by the
way, that you fucking put there.They didn't like, like you said,
(42:45):
the police said they've got this.
Like we don't need you to be here with the National Guard or
the Marines, but in custody right now.
Look, if we didn't get involved right now, Los Angeles would be
burning just like it was burninga number of months ago with all
the houses that were lost. Los Angeles right now would be
on fire. And we have it in great shape,
(43:11):
in great shape. It's in great shape.
You know, you know, he, he, he mentioned it at the very top of
that where he said when, when asked, would he, would he, you
know, would he suspend posse Comitatus?
And he said only if there's an insurrection.
And the likes of Fox News, The Five, Laura Whatever, Laura
(43:36):
Ingraham, Sean Hannity. Fox and Friends.
Yeah, Bret Baier and the only person who leaves the room last
every single time, Stephen Miller are they're all calling
it an insurrection. All of them, every single one of
them. The right wing Alex Jones has
been calling it an insurrection since fucking Tuesday.
(43:57):
Like it's if, if you think for amoment about this, the language
that they're using, that the language that they're starting
to cultivate is so that they cando and, and and expose all of us
to violence. Those of us who disagree with
what's happening right now, they're priming the pump.
They're putting the language in.So that way they when it comes
(44:19):
down to it, they can just go, well, it's an insurrection.
We have to get rid of this. And, you know, we were talking a
little bit earlier in the show in the episode about just the
simple fact that, you know, fucking January 6 happens
doesn't call in the the NationalGuard, you know?
No one blames Nancy Pelosi. Right.
And so you know, how, how far doyou take a very localized
(44:47):
protest and try to make that into we've, we've already
rewritten history, right? That's what fascists do really
well is they rewrite history andthey do it fucking quick because
that happened in under what, four years?
Five years? It's like now.
Now the right wing is calling what happened in LA an
insurrection, even though they tried to literally overthrow a
(45:10):
government and no one was punished because they're all out
of fucking jail. And the guy who did it, fucking
Merrick Garland and all of his fucking useless cronies, fucking
did nothing about it. Nope, the left did nothing.
They just stood there. Fucking virtue signaling pieces
of shit. Well, and you also think about
the Republicans that had to run for their own lives.
(45:32):
Yeah, where you have Mike Pence,you had Josh Hawley running.
And these guys are? Fucking chicken shit piece of
shit. Exactly.
And even though they're they, they drank the Kool-aid.
Yeah, big time, big time. I want to give my final
thoughts, Sergio, and then I'm going to turn it over to you to

we're going to have to do some real soul searching as people if
we're going to come off the brink of this.
Together in this room are going to be the ones who elect
President Trump to end the invasion, to end the occupation,
and to send the illegals back home.

Are these the neighbors you wereraised with?
Are these the neighbors that youwant in your city?
No. These are the criminal migrants
that Kamala Harris brought into your community.
And as swiftly as they came, Donald Trump will send them.

Back there's got to be a way to come back off this, right?
There's got to be maybe, I don'tknow.
But when you do have to have those and myself too, those
really, really hard conversations with friends,
colleagues and loved ones. And they say they, they didn't
know that they would actually dothis or, you know, they didn't
believe that they would be this bad or this would be, it would

be this dramatic or traumatic. I won't believe them.
I, I, I, I won't believe them because they've been saying it
the whole time and they've wanted it the whole time.
You can't complain about what's happening to your town.
They want you to shut up. They want you to be quiet.
They want you to be silent. We are not going to shut up
(47:31):
because we love our country too much.
We love our family too much. We love our kids too much to let
them grow up in a community and in a country that is run by
organized criminal cartels. Not on our watch.
Not going to happen. They want you to think that you,
you have to justify why you wantto send the migrants out.
(47:53):
No, no, no, no, no. They have to justify why the
hell they're bringing the migrants.
In the Deportations are not about immigration.
It's not about crime. It's about removing brown bodies
from the country. There's no other way to put it.
It's outright racism. It's a systematic approach of
getting rid of people that Miller was never cool enough to
hang out with in high school or in college.

Like all of the rest of the asshole that we've talked about
from episode 1 to current day, it is all about their fucking
ego. All of it.
History has shown us that it's going to get much worse.
It's going to be a very long, very hot summer.
So take time to check in with your friends, your family, your
loved ones, and the most vulnerable members of our

them because they may not be able to do it for themselves.

I think from just listening to you and then reading the news,
one of the things that just comes out to me is the stark

contradiction with especially with Donald Trump who talks
about the illegals that are coming in, coming into this
country and destroying everything, raping and killing
people. But yet as the raids are to
happen in California, especiallyin the agricultural section,
Donald Trump did a 180 turn saying that, oh, we need to,
(49:28):
these are good people. They've been here for 20 years
and we need farmers here. We need people to work in
hospitality for in my hotels so they can get paid under minimum
wage. And so it's really easy for
white America to villainize and demonize people of color when
(49:48):
all statistics point to is that for the majority.
And things happen where there's people that are criminals and do
horrible things. But overall, immigrant
communities want to stay under the radar.
They want to work. They're trying to escape
situations that are far worse than their countries of origin
(50:09):
and are coming here to try to achieve that American dream.
And you are absolutely right. This is all about racism.
It's all about saying that black, brown, Asian people are
not the same intelligence and that they're beneath us.
And so we need to get rid of them and we need to have more
white people. It is disgusting.
(50:30):
It is revolting. I am ashamed of what's happening
and frankly it it enrages me to a level that it's hard to put
into words at this point. We are really backsliding fast,
faster than I thought that we would.
With within 100 and six months, yeah, it is just been absolutely

100% chaotic. And I think the thing that's
also really interesting is that we talked about polls earlier
and you said that 58. 54. 54% ofpeople approved of it of Trump's
immigration policy, but I think that was that was going after
criminals. I don't think it was for people

going after day laborers, peoplethat have had children for kids
that were came up here that so or somebody that's married to
somebody who's an immigrant, it nobody's safe.
No, no one is. And even if you are an American
citizen, you are, you could findyourself in some trouble the

debate or, you know, depending on what you're posting on, on
Facebook or Instagram or whatever, they're going through
that stuff. And this is we're, we're going
into a really, really bad space.Not to project too much and not
to put us in a place where we'renot at currently, but I was
watching the movie Civil War, the a 24 film and one of the

actors in that movie, I forget his name, really famous guy, but
he, he played the soldier and hehad a gun and he's got like
these glasses on and, and the reporters are on their knees and
they're saying, Sir, we're, we're, we're Americans.
We're Americans. And he like takes his time, he
takes a beat and he goes, well, what kind of American are you?
And that line stuck with me 'cause it's like, holy shit,
(52:24):
man. Like I, I, I don't know that
we're there yet, but it sure as fuck feels like we're getting
close when they're fucking shooting Democratic politicians
in, in, in, in Minnesota not. And, and again, I don't
political violence is of any sort is not good.
And I as much as I dislike Donald Trump, the man had his
(52:45):
life attempted twice. Like we're we're not almost
there. If I told you that this was
happening in Kenya or in Papua New Guinea where the tribal
leader was beat, had his life assassination attempt twice in
one year and then the next year politicians from the opposition
(53:06):
party were being shot and killed, you'd say that's a
failed state. That's a state that's failing.
That is a democracy that is in trouble.
And then you've turned the lens back on ourselves and go, holy
shit, man. Like, where are we at?
What are we doing? How do we get here?
And I think people like Stephen Miller and Charlie Kirks of the
(53:28):
world and the Rush Limbaugh's and the Alex Jones's otherworld,
all these fucking lunatics out here are part of the problem.
And I, you know, it's made me start to think about my own
rhetoric. Like, am I saying things that
are too fired up? Am I getting too fired up?
Am I letting myself respond to base instinct versus trying to
(53:48):
reason with it? And sometimes I feel like.
I don't know how you can reason with that though.
I don't know how you can reason with somebody that thinks that
it's OK to just deport people because of the color of their
skin. Yeah, and bring in white South
African Africaners because they are being.
Genocide. Yeah, like we're using terms
that genocide is a very loaded term and what like genocides
(54:14):
have been, have happened and we can very clearly identify them.
It's not happening in South Africa, I can tell you that.
No, it's it's not. There's.
There's been a genocide against Native Americans in this
country. There's been genocide in Rwanda.
There's, you know, you can name different countries, but 60

white South African, Afrikaners,yeah, there's not a genocide.
The president said that there's not a genocide and not to throw
one kind of last final thing. Yeah, please do.
No, this is, I mean, this is, this has been a very heavy week,
man. Like we, we've got a lot to talk
about so. Well, and I, I don't even
remember because we've talked about so many things, but the

Christy Noem, the secretary of, of Homeland Security, yeah, was
having a new, a news conference in California.
And Alex Padilla, the senator from California, Yeah, was
asking her a question and arrested, Yeah.
And handcuffed, yeah. And so we're arresting US
(55:17):
senators, Yeah, for questioning the administration and.
Shooting politicians. And shooting politicians.
And Padilla had a really good quote saying that if they're
doing this to US senator, yes, just think what they're doing to
the day laborers, what they're doing to the farm workers, what
they're doing to people of color, which, you know, is
(55:40):
pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty.
Awful yes, pretty awful, they say so this is the video.
I'm not going to play the whole thing for us here, but like this
is the video I was telling you about where they're getting
chased down in in a in a field by ice agents.
It's fucking disgusting. Anyway, you know we're I think I

I think that's probably where weshould because, you know, all
these things are are very heavy and it's very, very difficult to
remain keep calm and carry on kind of thing.
I feel like if I keep on going I'm going to start screaming
