Dr. Twedell, also known as Dr T, has a Doctorate in forensic psychology and is licensed in the state of California and Texas and specializes in treating first responders. She truly understands the first responder mindset as she comes from a first responder family. She has developed a diverse and unique set of skills and tools in her arsenal to stand shoulder to shoulder with first responders to improve their physical and mental well being. Through her practice, F1RST (First Responder Stress & Trauma) she ensures first responders are provided the education, training, and support that is critical for occupational and personal resiliency.
