For this episode, Adsy was flying solo while Joel explored the USA for a few weeks. Hence they slightly more basic visual look. An icon of the Brisbane craft beer scene, having worked making fantastic beers at Revel Brewing, Matt now heads to a new stage in his career - working for Clayton Hops.
