On episode 22, Chris interviews Geoff Blaylock, a mental health and addiction counselor and motivational speaker. Geoff shares his personal story of growing up in a large Irish-Catholic family and experiencing trauma and inconsistent attachment with his parents. He discusses the impact this had on his mental health and self-confidence. Geoff also talks about his journey through addiction and recovery aswell as his more recent health issues, including a misdiagnosis and subsequent surgeries, and how these experiences have strengthened his faith and purpose in life.
