I'm your host, Kinsey, and I amso excited to be in your earbuds
today because I wanted to talkabout something that I seriously
wish more people were talkingabout when it comes to using AI
tools in your business, and thatis training your AI assistant on

your brand.
But not just that, it's myspecific method that I
absolutely swear by for doingthis.
It's called Brand Blueprint forChachiBT, and I'll explain all
about it, but basically it helpsyou create this crazy brand
strategy document that you canupload to your AI assistant

to know everything it needs toknow about your brand in about
10 seconds, one click.
so that then you can hit theground running, getting your AI
assistant to work for you and doany of the tasks that you want
it to do for you and yourbusiness.
Seriously, this is the documentthat has allowed me to save up

to three hours a day, 15 hours aweek, and 70 hours a month using
AI tools in my business becauseI've created this document that
like just...
allows ChatGPT to give me reallygreat on-brand responses from
the get-go.
So I just wanted to share thiswith you today, talk a little

bit about it, because seriously,I know how much ChatGPT or a
similar AI tool can help you andyour business from personal
experience.
Like literally Chad GPT hasbecome my quote unquote biz
bestie at this point.
And yeah, it feels awkward toadmit because it's a robot, but
hey, she gets me and she helpsme get so many things done so

much more quickly in my day today of my business.
And then also creates morefreedom and a wiggle room for me
to live my life, which has beenso wonderful.
But I do remember back in thebeginning of using AI tools and
ChatGPT when it really felt likepulling teeth trying to get what

I was looking for from thistool, right?
If you have had that experiencewhere you go to ChatGPT and
you're like, help me with thistask, and then it creates
something for you that feelstotally like off, right?
Or if you're like, write me anInstagram caption, and it comes
up with something that's like,totally doesn't sound like you.
And then you go back and forthwith it, trying to be like, can

you make it more friendly?
Okay, no, less cheesy.
Okay, no, please try to make itjust more sound like me.
And you're going back and forthin this spiral and it just feels
like you're wasting time pullingteeth and you could have just
done it faster if you'd justwritten it yourself from the
get-go.
If you've ever had thatexperience, I have had that as

well.
And I hear it from so manypeople.
This is not an uncommon thing,right?
So don't feel like you're alonein this.
And it also doesn't mean thatyou are bad at AI tools or that
your AI tools or the AI toolswon't work for you, right?
No, it just means that you needa system to be able to truly

train your AI assistant toimmediately get your brand, to
understand all the ins and outs,all the unique nuances of your
brand from the get-go, in arepeatable way that then will
allow your AI assistant toactually work for you, to
understand you and then generatecontent or ideas that actually

(03:44):
make sense for you and soundlike you.
And that's where my brandblueprint method comes into
play.
So like I said, this is themethod that I absolutely swear
by.
I use my own brand blueprintevery day.
And honestly, I have heard frommy students because I teach this
in my brand blueprint course howamazing their own brand

blueprints are for them as well,right?
Like it's not just a me thing.
Once you create a brandblueprint document Literally,
this works for so many people.
For all of my students so far,they've all had rave results
about this.
And it truly is just soimpactful.
The results are night and daydifference from feeling generic,

feeling a little off, feelingannoying, feeling like you're
wasting time with AI tools, toall of a sudden having an AI
assistant that truly can helpyou with all the things.
So let's go ahead and talkabout...
what the brand blueprint is,right?
And like I've said, it'sbasically this single training
document.
It's a Google doc that is easilyupdatable.

I give you the template in thecourse, but it hosts all the
things that ChatGPT needs toknow about your brand in order
to essentially create like yourdigital mini me, right?
Literally now using my brandblueprint, I feel like ChatGPT
is like reading my mindsometimes and I'm not even like
exaggerating.
It's crazy.
But it hosts the five corestrategies of your brand.

(05:12):
I like to break it down intoyour brand core identity, your
mission, vision, values,everything that makes your brand
who it is.
Also the beliefs and opinionsbecause we need to know how you
feel and about specific topicsas well as a brand, right?
The second strategy is yourideal customers.
So that's going deeper thandemographics and psychographics,

(05:35):
lifestyle values, that sort ofthing, like that's included.
But it's also outlining yourideal customer's problems and
pain points, what you help themovercome, as well as their
specific desires and dreams,like what you help them achieve
as a brand.
and also getting into yourbrand's relationship with your

(05:56):
ideal customers.
Who are you to them?
Because that's truly helpful inunderstanding that deeper
strategy and also understandingwho we're speaking to so that
ChatGPT can know who your idealcustomers are when it's
strategizing for you or writingcontent for you.
The third strategy, of course,is your brand voice and writing

(06:17):
style, aka your brand'spersonality, because this is one
of the things that is mostimportant, I think, when it
comes to using AI tools ingetting responses that sound
like you and also maintainingyour brand's authenticity, the
uniqueness that makes you whoyou are, and honestly is a huge

(06:37):
reason why your ideal customerscome to you and want to work
with you, right?
So when it comes to your brand'spersonality, writing style,
brand voice...
This is going way deeper thanjust right in a friendly tone of
voice.
No.
If you think about the wordfriendly, there is actually a
huge spectrum that could fallunder the friendly umbrella,

(07:00):
right?
It could be bubbly friendly orit could be a kind hearted
friendly, right?
There's different nuances to alot of these descriptive words
when it comes to voice andpersonality that we really dive
deep to in your brand blueprintand outline the specific things
that totally nail your brand'sunique personality, right?

(07:22):
Also thinking about formattingstyle, humor style, emoji usage,
right?
There's a lot of things thatkind of play into who you are
and also how you write and speakto people.
And ChatGPT can understand allof these cool different nuances
and really like generate copythat totally sounds like you.

(07:45):
I don't know.
I always like to share that I'ma word nerd, guys.
I'm super unique and like Ididn't think ChatGPT Totally
replicate my brand voice.
But the more I have been usingthis tool, the more I've been
using this tool specificallywith my brand blueprint and
using a human first approach toAI that I teach.

(08:05):
I'll be honest, like Chachiteaches.
is nailing it, especiallylately.
Like it's been getting reallygood to the point where I have
not had to tweak some of thecopy that it throws my way,
right?
Like I always preach, like nomatter what ChatGPT writes for
you, always make sure that youread through everything it
writes and make little tweakshere or there.

(08:26):
Make sure that what you'reputting out into the world is a
reflection of something that youwould have created yourself
without the help of AI tools.
And usually I'm like, make surethat you're tweaking at least
one thing.
Never copy paste directly fromChatGPT into your content or
whatever it is.
I'll be honest, like with thebrand Blueprint lately, like

(08:47):
there's been definitely morethan a few times that I have
been able to simply copy pastestraight from ChatGPT into my
Instagram caption or whatever itis.
Because it was perfect for me,right?
That doesn't mean that I didn'tcare.
That doesn't mean that I wasn'tin a hurry.
I still read through thecaptions that it wrote for me.
And I was like, okay, I got notweaks.

(09:09):
Like this is something I wouldhave written like down to the
emoji usage in a caption, right?
And so I'm just sharing thiswith you because that's totally
possible for you.
And I'm not saying that you haveto adapt my brand voice or
anything.
But with the brand blueprint, wewill outline your specific
brand.
brand voice, writing style,personality, so that ChatGPT can
get as close as possible towriting something that sounds

(09:32):
like you from the get-go, fromthe first response, right?
So that's just the thirdstrategy, my friend.
In the brand blueprint document,I also like to include two more
strategies.
The next one is your offersuite, outlining everything from
your free offers, your freebiesfor email lists, all the way up
through all of your paid offers,not only outlining all the

(09:56):
specifics of the offers and whatthey help people do and all the
different things, but alsooutlining how your offer suite
works together.
So what freebies lead to upsellsdown the road for which offers,
all the different stuff, becausethat really helps ChatGPT to not
only strategize big picturestuff for your business if you

(10:19):
want to launch something or planany projects or anything like
that, but also including that inyour brand blueprint helps
ChatGPT with the little stuff.
Like if I want to write anInstagram caption that naturally
leads to a call to action forany of my offers with my brand
blueprint trained and uploadedinto ChatGPT.

(10:40):
I just say, write me thisInstagram caption on this topic
and make it naturally lead to acall to action for my brand
blueprint course or whatever Iwant it to be.
So it helps you with the bigpicture stuff and also the
everyday stuff so that you don'thave to be constantly explaining
yourself or repeating yourselfto this tool.
No, it already understands allthis and it can just help you

(11:01):
with all the things immediately.
And then the fifth strategy thatI like to include in my brand
blueprint is my messaging,right?
So that is definitely like yourunique angle, your unique take
on bigger themes in yourindustry or in your business,
right?
And it's also like that deepermessage that you want to spread

(11:23):
to the world.
And another thing that I like tofold into messaging is brand
storytelling, because this istruly like the human part of
your brand.
And in the AI era that we areall living in, brand
storytelling is so much moreimportant than ever for
maintaining your brand'sauthenticity and humanness and

(11:46):
also for helping you stand outonline, right?
But the really cool thing isthat ChatGPT can understand your
brand's stories.
and understand your kind ofpersonality, your personal
stories that kind of go intothis business that you are
building and creating.
And that helps it understand howto craft content and copy for

(12:08):
you that does sound more humanand adds a little bit of your
own personal spice to all thethings, right?
So those are the five corestrategies that I like to
include in the brand blueprintdocument.
And actually in my brandblueprint course, I walk you
through the exact steps ofcreating this crazy document,

(12:29):
outlining these five corestrategies with ChachiBT's help,
right?
So we will start with you, butthen you'll use these prompts
that I include in the course towalk through the process of
outlining, deep diving intothese five core strategies with
the help of ChachiBT.
Now, I do want to share my brandblueprint is 80 pages long.

I have heard from multiplestudents that theirs is even
longer than mine.
And that's like a book at thatpoint, right?
But I don't want to scare youbecause with ChachiPT's help in
this process, you can actuallycreate this crazy huge brand
blueprint, brand strategydocument in around four hours.
That's the average that mystudents take to create their

(13:12):
brand blueprints.
Legit, it sounds crazy, but itcan happen.
in a four hour or less timeperiod, which is so amazing
because you would pay thousandsof dollars with a brand
strategist to create this sortof thing.
And that's not saying anythingnegative or that you shouldn't
hire a brand strategist becausethey are amazing, but that's the

(13:32):
type of detail that we aretalking here.
And the very cool thing is thatnot only by the end of this,
will you have this huge brandtraining document to use with
your AI assistant, But also inthis process of walking through
outlining your five core brandstrategies with Chachi, it's a
really cool process foryourself, actually.

(13:54):
I have heard from multiple of mystudents that they have cried or
teared up at the end of thisprocess because it is so nice to
finally have clarity around allthe ideas swirling around in
your head that you may not havebeen able to clearly communicate
before, or just to havereflected back to you the deeper
meaning behind Thank you.

(14:19):
Man, the whole process is justso awesome to have clarity, to
have the feeling seen moment foryour own brand.
And then at the end, you havethis document that not only
helps to train an AI assistanton your brand, but actually this
is a document that can also bereally helpful for human team
members too.
If you want to share this withhuman team members, either for

(14:40):
themselves to review about yourbrand or even for them to use
with an AI assistant.
Which actually leads me toanother way that you can use a
brand blueprint super easily isyou can use this document to
train a custom GPT if you wantto get real nerdy with it.
It can act as a knowledge baseto create a brand bot custom GPT

if you have the paid version ofChatGPT.
And a brand bot is super awesometo then again share with a team
member or for you to useyourself just on a repeatable
easy basis.
I also love to create brandblueprints for clients as well.
I actually have a couple ofbehind the scene one-on-one
content clients that I work withevery month.

And I have brand blueprintscreated for them that are also
trained on my content creationprocess.
And I've turned them into customGPTs.
And these help me create contentfor my clients way more quickly
and easily without sacrificingmy client's authenticity or
strategy.
And it's actually funny.

(15:44):
I think that probably ourcontent has gotten better since
I started using ChatGPT with myclient work because ChatGPT can
just hold their brand strategy,their brands, their voices so
much better than my own braincan.
And yes, I'm there working withthe custom GPT with my client
content to make sure that thestrategy is there and to make

(16:06):
sure everything sounds great andall the different stuff.
But like working with thiscustom with my client work has
just been so helpful and morequick.
And then also just I think it'simproving content, let's be
honest.
But yeah, it all starts with thebrand blueprint document,
creating those for my clients sothat I can understand my
clients' brands along with myown brand.

And man, it has been so helpful.
And I actually encouragestudents as well, if it makes
sense for you and your offers,this brand blueprint course
