(00:01):
Hello, Clarice, Welcome back or welcome to Autopsy of a Crime.
Thank you guys for being here. So by the title of this episode,
you probably guessed what we're going to talk about Jeffrey
Epstein because there is no client list according to the
DOJ. So the case is closed, but the

(00:28):
cover up continues. What should feel like closure
doesn't The Department of Justice has formally declared
that no Jeffrey Epstein client list exists.
The brief memo released claims that there is no known record of
Epstein's alleged clients, no blackmail materials, and further

(00:53):
criminal prosecutions in the pipeline.
The message is clear, the Epstein investigation is over,
but the public isn't buying it and neither should we.
When I partner with companies for the podcast or the sub

(01:16):
stack, it's really important forme that I partner with companies
and brands that I believe in. And that's why I'm so excited to
tell you about our sponsor, Better Help.
Better Help is the largest online therapy platform and you

(01:37):
heard that right. Online, it's completely virtual.
Your therapist is at the tips ofyour fingertips.
Getting to therapy or finding a good therapist can be so hard.
And we all have busy lives. We have work, we have kids,
maybe we're dog moms, and it canbe really difficult to find

(01:59):
someone that's in your network and someone whose office is
close enough that you can fit itinto your busy schedule.
Betterhelp eliminates all of that by taking just a quick
quiz. They can match you with a
therapist in as little as a few days, completely tailored to

(02:20):
your needs and what you want to focus on.
And you don't have to worry about who's in your network,
what the commute is going to be to this therapist's office,
because it's entirely virtual. And sometimes therapy can be
like dating. If the first therapist you get
matched with is not a good fit for you, you can change

(02:42):
therapist at no additional cost.Better Help is there for you to
help you feel better and enjoy life because we all deserve to
be happy and taking care of our mental health is just as
important as our beloved skin care routine.
Even if you don't have insurance, you can still sign up

(03:03):
for Better Help. They actually offer special
discounts for those who are uninsured, so really, there's no
excuse. Take care of yourself and feel
better. Listeners of Autopsy of a Crime

(03:30):
Erin. The statement directly
contradicts years of speculation, mounting
circumstantial evidence, and most notably prior claims from
insiders like Pam Bondi, who earlier this year told Fox News
that the so-called client list was quote sitting on her desk

(03:52):
and quote to review. That wasn't whispered hearsay or
a rumor on Reddit. That was a televised claim from
a former state attorney general, implying that a list did exist
and that it was real, reviewableand politically explosive.

(04:12):
Now we're told just kidding and there is a paper trail that they
don't want to talk about. In its two page memo, the DOJ
said that no such list was ever found, that all available
materials have been reviewed, and that Epstein suicide was in

(04:32):
fact just that, a suicide. This flat conclusion was
delivered alongside the assertion that no murder,
conspiracy or trafficking ring beyond Elaine Maxwell will be
pursued. So are we to believe that Elaine

(04:53):
Maxwell was the sole person running whatever this is
allegedly claimed to be? Because now, according to them,
nothing exists. Which is interesting considering
Elaine Maxwell is sitting in a prison cell.

(05:14):
But this is also the same investigation that lost critical
surveillance footage from Epstein's jail cell the night
that he died. Redacted vast portions of the
court files even after Elaine Maxwell's conviction and avoided
naming key individuals and civilfilings, citing victim

(05:35):
protection despite naming victims and other public cases.
If there is no list, what was Pam Bondi referring to?
Further, why is Elaine Maxwell in jail?
She is claimed to be the woman who helped Jeffrey Epstein

(05:58):
organize everything. So if they're now saying that
Jeffrey Epstein technically did nothing, then why is Elaine in
jail? Pam Bondi's team has also since
attempted to clarify, saying that she meant quote general
paperwork and quote related to the case.

(06:22):
But that incredibly weak pivot raises more suspicion.
Bondy's original statement was intentional, confident, and
precise. So we have to wonder, are we
dealing with the politics of secrecy?

(06:43):
To those following up seeing case closely, the DOJ's memo
reads more like a lid that's being slammed shut rather than a
door being left open. A demand to stop talking about
this. Meanwhile, congressional leaders
are now demanding transparency, notably Representative Jamie

(07:07):
Raskin, who is calling for the release of all Epstein related
documents that may implicate high profile individuals,
including Donald Trump. On the other side, conservative
commentators and media figures are accusing the DOJ of a cover
up to protect establishment elites.

(07:28):
My the webs we weave. The truth is likely buried
somewhere beneath these partisanflames, but that doesn't make
the smoke any less visible to the naked eye.
Here's what we're still not being told 1.
If there was no client list, whyhas it been referenced by

(07:51):
prosecutors, journalists and insiders for years 2.
Why are large portions of Maxwell's court filings still
sealed 3. Why were key names redacted from
flight logs, deposition transcripts, and civil filings?

(08:13):
4 What was actually on Bondy's desk?
Five. Since Epstein is dead and there
is no pending case, why is the entire file not available to the
public, at minimum via a FOIA request?

(08:35):
That is the sole purpose of a FOIA request, and yet no one can
get it. There may not be a neat and
labeled quote client list as imagined by the public, but to
say that there is nothing, no names, no ledgers, no patterns,

(08:56):
no third party connections, it just isn't plausible.
It's insulting to public intelligence.
They're essentially telling us don't believe your eyes, don't
believe your ears. JK on everything that we said
before. This is what it is.

(09:18):
Trust your government because wealways tell the truth.
This isn't closure, this is containment.
If the DOJ truly wanted to clearthe air, it wouldn't have
released a vague memo. It would have declassified the

(09:39):
evidence. It would have opened the sealed
files. It would have followed the
leads. Further, there would not have
been a grand display with independent journalists and
content creators posing outside of the White House with the
binders containing the quote. First release of Epstein related

(10:02):
files. Many content creators who which
then went through the files and said that most of the items
contained within were things already known and readily
available to the public. However, instead we've been
given a declaration and told notto ask further questions.

(10:23):
But that's not how this works. The real question is who is in
the files? The flight logs, the videos, we
can venture to assume that this is another episode of elites
protecting each other. If we were to see the raw and

(10:47):
unfiltered files, how many former presidents, celebrities,
congressmen, senators and CE OS would be disgraced on a public
stage, their careers and lives essentially ruined?

(11:09):
Of course autopsy of a crime will continue to track every
contradiction, every sealed document, and every loose thread
in the Epstein case. Because it's not over, it's just
been buried. As many things before and
probably many things after this. But we intend to dig.

(11:34):
Thank you guys so much for listening to this episode.
I will be back soon with a new episode.
Not entirely sure what that episode will be about, but I
wanted to get this one out theresince it is quite the topic of
conversation right now. Especially since there was this
huge lead up to here's the firstrelease.

(11:58):
We're really seeing everything and now we're being told that
essentially there is nothing else to be released.
So interesting to say the least. If you aren't subscribed yet,
please make sure that you subscribe.
Subscribe. I can't speak today and I will

(12:20):
be back soon with a new episode.Bye.
