(02:15):
supporting this channel. Hello, Clarice.
Welcome back or welcome to Autopsy of a Crime.
Thank you guys for tuning in. So one day I will start covering
other cases again. However, this one has me in a

(02:39):
chokehold and is it's completelyconsuming my life.
To be honest, you may have already guessed, but we are back
to discuss the death of Micah Miller.
I want to start by saying that the Internet has ran wild with

(03:06):
this story of Micah Miller and her tragic passing.
Not only is this case and Micah's death absolutely viral
online and has become national news, but it also makes it
harder to weed through the truthand the exaggerations.

(03:28):
With that said, this episode is covering all of the things that
we know to be true, shared by trusted sources or Micah's
family directly. A friend of Micah's has been
covering this from the beginning.
She has shared and devoted so much to Micah's story, the case,

(03:54):
and Micah's death, and bringing the truth to light.
So I feel it's only right to give credit where credit is due.
Kyler Marlowe you are amazing and if you would like to follow
and see for yourself the updatesand things that are shared, you

(04:16):
can search Kyler Marlowe on Facebook and that is
KYLERMARLOWE on Facebook and then on Tiktok it is Kyler under

(04:38):
score not under score Tyler. So KYLER under score, not under
score Tyler. And that's on TikTok.
But majority of the posts are onFacebook.
So where in the heck do we begin?

(05:03):
The ever so lovely and devoted husband John Paul Miller and I
say that with extreme the most extreme sarcasm and solid rock
Church have issued what appears to be a blanket, unaddressed

(05:24):
cease and desist issued and dated May 9th, 2024 from the Law
Offices of Russell B. Long subject line reads quote
clarification regarding the passing of Micah Miller.
End Quote Spoiler alert, There is no clarification within the

(05:45):
cease and desist letter regarding Micah's passing.
However, the entire thing it isn't worthy of being read.
However, it closes with quote. We hereby demand that all
individuals and media outlets cease and desist from
perpetuating these harmful falsehoods.

(06:08):
End Quote. And it goes on in and on about
defamatory yadda yadda yadda. Now, I am no legal professional.
However, I am not sure, nor do Ithink that you can issue a
blanket cease and desist addressed to seemingly no one.

(06:30):
Furthermore, a posting on Facebook doesn't appear to be
proper service nor delivery and you can't sue an army.
So good luck in Godspeed, John Paul Miller, and Solid Rock
Church. In other news, Solid Rock Church
announced on their Facebook pagethat their website is down due

(06:54):
to all of the traffic. It apparently crashed.
Oops. More on what matters here,
Micah, the full video footage from the pawn shop and the
outside of the gas station have been released.
We still do not have video inside of the gas station.
However, the outside footage shows the same truck circling

(07:18):
around Micah three to four times.
Friends and family has stated that they feel Micah also
appears very nervous and looks over her shoulder constantly in
this video. This footage is available on
Kyler Marlowe's Facebook if you would like to go watch it for
yourself. Now this is a major bit of

(07:43):
information. Micah's father and sister were
on sidebar with Law and Crime and what they had to say.
My jaw dropped and it took me a while to pick it up.
Micah's father said that Micah had told him a few days prior to
her death that she felt she needed a gun for protection.

(08:06):
She was afraid, and he went on to say that she grew up around
firearms, was familiar with themand comfortable, and he has no
doubt that she knew how to use agun.
So while originally it seemed she had just randomly went to
this pawn shop and purchased a gun, she had actually told her

(08:26):
dad days before that she plannedto do this.
Now here is where things get very interesting and some may
say suspicious. Now remember, Micah was familiar
with firearms and had even been through training.

(08:48):
Her dad says several shell casings were found on the scene
as well as one live round on theground.
Also, what appeared to be a bullet lodged in a nearby tree
was recovered. Micah's dad says that this does

(09:09):
not add up. He also has a photo of the whole
slash bullet in the tree and with this, why was a complete
autopsy and toxicology not performed?
Authorities did not do any of this.
They didn't even test her for gunshot residue.

(09:32):
And while we're talking about the authorities probably not
checking all the boxes that theyshould have for Micah's Micah
and her death, I would urge you to look into Operation Tarnished
Badge. It is a full blown investigation
that was done into the Robeson County Sheriff's Office due to

(09:56):
corruption. Just a side note, the family was
provided a flash drive of police's findings.
Authorities had no answer as to why the shell casings and live
round where they were, where they came from.

(10:19):
What was their explanation for this?
They had no answer when they were confronted by the family.
A park Ranger took the family tothe scene, pointing out to them
where shell casings were, where Micah was, and where the live
round was found. Micah's family also feels that

(10:39):
Micah does not sound herself on the 911 call.
Her dad says that he has not listened personally, but other
family members have and friends who are helping them sort
through things. He says that Micah's speech is
slow metered and it doesn't seemor sound right now.

(11:01):
Micah's dad also says that therewere scratches and bruises on
Micah's body. Defensive wounds specifically is
what her dad called them. The family did a private viewing
with Micah's body and she had scratches on her hand and a
bruise around her wrist. Her father took photos of these.

(11:24):
The coroner and the chief coroner met with the family and
suggested that perhaps these were caused when she was
retrieved from the water. But a coroner should be able to
tell if bruises and cuts are preor post mortem.
Did they not look into this? Did they not make a
determination on these cuts and these bruises?

(11:47):
Her dad feels that they were indicative of a struggle and
that pressure was seemingly applied around Micah's wrist.
He goes on to say that this parkwas not familiar to Micah.
She had never been there. Their family has never been
there. Micah's car was not checked for

(12:08):
a tracking device despite the previous police reports of
tracking devices being put on Micah's car on several
occasions. The family's general idea and
suspicion is that someone held and forced Micah's hand up to
her head while holding the gun and this resulted in the bruises
around her wrist. They feel that this was forced

(12:32):
to appear self-inflicted and it caused some rounds to be fired
prior to the round that caused Micah's death.
Micah and I want you guys to really listen to this.
Micah was 30 meters from where the gun was recovered.

(12:56):
The water is stagnant, it does not move, There is not a
current. When it does rise and recede, it
goes in the opposite direction, which would not account for
where Micah was compared to where the gun was located.

(13:21):
Let that sink in 30 meters from the gun.
And yet authorities say that this is an open and shut case of
suicide. Now Nancy Grace is covering this

(13:42):
story and you guys know I love Nance.
On the most recent episode of Crime Stories with Nancy Grace,
she had a body language expert on to evaluate the video footage
of John Paul Miller doing the service for Micah after her

(14:03):
passing and giving a eulogy. And I want you guys to hear what
the body language expert says ofJohn Paul Miller's body
movements and his voice as he isspeaking during the service for
Micah. And I've got that for you right

(14:25):
here. Well, we didn't see tears.
We didn't see eye redness. And the most important thing
that we saw is that the emotions, the sadness got shut
on and off like a light switch. And that's not how emotions
work. Emotions are chemically based
and so they build slowly and they dissipate slowly, like the

(14:48):
chemicals have a half life. And so this is the first
indication of faked sadness here.
Now, what's more important is when I profile people I want
'cause I listen closely and I want to understand what does
this person want me to know about them the most and what
he's doing throughout this wholeeulogy is selling how much he

(15:12):
has tried to please her over their life together, and also
what a good guy he is. So this, this is the subtext of
this is more of a sales pitch about what a great person he is.
Now if we dive, if we dive deep into his exact words, what he
does throughout this, and here'sone of the statements, and this

(15:34):
is a quote. Everyone knew how beautiful she
was on the outside. Only a spouse.
OK, so he didn't say him. He said a spouse that's
distancing. Only a spouse knows how
beautiful that person is. That person again distances how
beautiful that person is on the inside.
So he has statements similar to this throughout.

(15:56):
The. Eulogy where he distances
himself from her and another oneis imagine being married to that
right, which is another psychological emotional distance
statement that we see from him. And what's missing.
Because the other thing that I do when I profile people is I I
go, OK, what's missing here? What's missing are the typical

(16:20):
things that you would hear in a eulogy from a a husband, right?
Which is how much he misses her,how shocked he is.
Because what he says is it hasn't hit me.
He says it hasn't hit me. He says it two to three times in
there. And so we don't he's not
revealing any emotional attachment to what happened.
Now he he also says that he's he's not he's not talking about

(16:46):
how much he loved her. He doesn't talk about any of
those things that would be typical in a speech such as
this. So all these things really add
up to someone who is not being genuine in their emotion.
Now, we don't have a smoking gunwith what he said.
I'd like to see an interview with him specifically about

(17:08):
this, like a police interview, which I haven't haven't seen,
but we have some disturbing behavior here.
Disturbing behavior and that is a body language expert.
She is also the author of How toDetect Lies, Fraud and Identity

(17:30):
Theft and that is the voice of Tracy Brown that you hear there.
And she can be found on X, formerly Twitter at Tracy Brown
37 and that is TRACIBRO WN37. Tracy Brown, body language
expert and that is her observation of John Paul Miller

(17:52):
while giving a videoed streamed eulogy for Micah Miller during
the service held at Solid Rock Church.
And that's not all that Tracy Brown had to say about his body
language and these bizarre noises he was making while

(18:13):
giving this eulogy. And again, this is from Crime
Stories with Nancy Grace. And this is Tracy Brown, a body
language expert. There's small, repetitive
movements that that we'll all dowhen we need to let off stress.
This is a high stress moment forhim.
Now we also saw what I thought was really interesting and what

(18:36):
you don't see from a lot of preachers or a lot of people
that are used to speaking is hishand in his pocket.
And I was, I looked at it prettyclosely and it might even be in
a fist and his. And that's that's when we're
holding something back. We're holding back information
or we're holding back emotion. If that hand indeed is in a

(18:56):
fist, that says anger. So all of these things add up to
something that that our mind sees.
And it goes, wait a minute, something's not right here,
Something's not right here. And that's because the emotions
are not genuine. And you know, I'm not going to
speculate as to why they're not genuine.
Genuine, right. Body language tells you what's

(19:18):
on someone's mind. It doesn't tell you why.
You can put together a list of that.
I think there's plenty of evidence that other folks have
for that. But what we're seeing some is is
this, and we're seeing disingenuous behavior.
I pray for you. And that's Tracy Brown, body
language expert, analyzing the body language and sounds of John

(19:42):
Paul Miller, giving Micah Miller's eulogy, labeling his
actions disingenuous. And I just want to say again,
authorities say that this is a suicide.
It is also now come out that at one point during a separation

(20:03):
during an argument, John Paul Miller posted a.
Inappropriate photo of Micah to Facebook to some group called
big boobs and curves or something to that effect, and
Micah attempted to report this to authorities.

(20:26):
Attempted to do something about it, but it appears that now, if
you'll remember from previous episodes, there was a period of
time that Micah did not have access to her cell phone, her
e-mail, her Facebook account. People were getting messages
that appeared to be from Micah, but they were not.
She didn't have access to it. Now, this inappropriate photo of

(20:48):
her was posted to this group from her own Facebook account.
She didn't do it. She called the authorities.
She tried to do something about it.
It was basically anonymous, or it looked as though she had
posted it herself, and there wasnothing that she could do about
it. There also was some sort of a
haze or like a highlight effect over the photo, attempting to

(21:13):
cover what sounds like were her breast.
But according to her sister Sierra, Despite that haze or
whatever it was that was on the photo, it was still very clear
what it was, and you could see what it was and whatever the

(21:37):
photo depicted, even though thatwas placed over it, it was
obvious and you could see it all.
Now Micah could not do anything about this because she couldn't
prove who posted it. Right.
Now this letter that John Paul Miller pinned to Micah,

(21:58):
apologizing for numerous despicable actions of his,
admits to posting this photo andhe apologizes for his quote,
evil action and says that he didit because he wanted to hurt
her. And then tries to minimize what

(22:21):
he did by saying that it was only up for 10 minutes.
Well, that means nothing. It's the Internet in that 10
minutes, who knows how many people seen it?
Who knows how many people could have screenshotted it or saved
it and then posted it elsewhere? He apologizes, and then he
minimizes what he did by saying,oh.
It was only up for. Yeah, 5-10 minutes.

(22:44):
So even though in life Micah could not do anything about this
because she couldn't prove who had done it, why are there not
now pending charges when we havea letter from John Paul Miller
himself admitting that he postedthis photo and Micah had already
made a police report about this, saying that she did not post it?

(23:06):
And now there's a letter. Of him admitting that it was
him. So are authorities going to do
anything about that? Is that not revenge porn?
I I just, I I can't. And the whole thing about this
photo being posted to the Internet, Micah visiting the

(23:27):
police. This was also covered on crime
stories with Nancy Grace with Micah's sister Sierra.
And I want to play that for you guys.
Is joining me. Micah's sister Sierra, your
sister, Micah, never gave him permission to post that photo of
her. He has apologized.
He has apologized for the car incident.

(23:49):
Why? No charges.
Like Regina said, I would hope that the police will follow up
now that there is proof of thesealleged crimes, that he was
keeping his hands clean up and and making it so difficult for
Mike to prove. And now that he's admitted that
he did commit these crimes, I see no reason why they cannot
hold him accountable. At this time, agree.

(24:13):
Why can he not be held accountable?
And he's admitted it. There is proof that Micah
reported this. I mean, Ropeson County Sheriff's
Office. What are y'all doing?
What are you doing? Apparently nothing.
Now I want to go back to Micah'sfriend Kyler Marlowe.
And if by some chance, Kyler, you ever hear this, God bless

(24:39):
you what you have done and what you have been able to find and
uncover. If something tragic ever
happened to me, I could only pray that one of my friends
would go to the lengths that youhave gone to.
My hat is off to you. Genuinely incredible.

(25:03):
So I want to go over some of Kyler's posts of information she
has shared because she is vetting her information before
she posts it. For one, she knew Micah, she
knows Micah's family, and she isalso working with a private
investigator on Micah's death aswell as the circumstances

(25:28):
surrounding her death. So the first post I want to read
says let's do some light readingthis evening about Lumber River
State Park quote. Possibilities for kayaking and
canoeing are extraordinary but require careful planning due to
fluctuating water levels and hazards.

(25:50):
Pier and riverbank fishing is available.
End Quote For those not well versed in fishing, that means
ground fishing, not fishing fromany kind of boat, kayak or
canoe. Kyler goes on to say.
See also the screenshots saying to never paddle alone and the
statement from the issues and budget section of the website

(26:12):
stating that the Internet at Princess Anne is poor, there is
limited reception and they need to install a radio tower and
then there are several screenshots attached.
It says park purpose on a national wild and scenic river.

(26:32):
Lumber River State Park providespaddling, fishing and an
exquisite scenery. The Princess Anne and Chalk
Banks access areas anchor two ends of the river Riverine Park.
I can't speak with tent friendlycampgrounds, ground campsites,

(26:53):
picnic grounds and short hiking trails at both and then
highlighted is what I read previously.
Possibilities for kayaking and canoeing are extraordinary but
require careful planning due to fluctuating water levels and
hazards. And then she's also attached the
screenshots of the lack and limited reception along this

(27:16):
area. And then there is also a map.
So again, if you guys are following and you're not
following Kyler Marlowe strongly, strongly urge you to
go just scour the Facebook there.
There's so much information thathas been shared by Kyler
Marlowe. And then there was an also there

(27:42):
was also a post and it is ncparks.gov and it reads Wire
pasture access closed. The wire pasture access of
Lumber River State Park is closed until further notice due
to the access being used to enter private property and
engage in illegal activity. Kyler captions this with Wonder

(28:04):
what this means question mark. I have been checking this every
day and this alert was not therepreviously.
There's also a petition for Micah Miller here and it is
petitioning for Micah's Law. You can find the link to that
again on Kyler Marlowe's Facebook page.

(28:25):
It is available on Change.org and then numerous different
influencers. Tik tokers.
True crime, true crime coverage folks have visited the scene in
the park where Micah was found, but I'm going to read the

(28:47):
specific post from Kyler. They did drone footage and it
says this week we went to the State Park with a drone.
We saw for ourselves how remote and dangerous this part of town
is, how there is no cell serviceand how easy it would be to get
lost or not witness anything that goes on.

(29:09):
We also saw first hand that the spot where she was found was a
20 minute walking distance from her car.
Just it's also being spoken about that the FBI could

(29:30):
potentially be involved now withMicah's case and the
investigation into her death. As of right now, it is rumored.
I know that the family has requested the FBI become
involved. People are saying the FBI is
involved, but there is no official confirmation that the

(29:51):
FBI is indeed involved. There have also been some
screenshots of text messages that John Paul Miller sent to
various people. And again, I am sharing from
Kyler Marlowe's Facebook page, who is a friend of the family,
was a friend of Micah, and is only sharing true factual

(30:14):
information. Also, what I am about to read to
you has also been confirmed by Micah's sister Sierra, that this
is in fact a text message that John Paul Miller sent to Micah's
parents as well as her siblings in a group chat.
And it reads, this is what happens when you try to

(30:36):
encourage someone to divorce theperson they love and tell them
they don't need medicine and that they're not I'll when they
are. Good job, Frances family.
This was John Paul Miller's way of alerting her family that
Micah Miller had passed away. Some of her family was not aware

(30:58):
yet. Some of them had heard and did
not believe it. Some had only been told that she
couldn't be found when she was in fact deceased.
And her estranged husband, John Paul Miller messages her family
and says I'm going to read it again.
This is what happens when you try to encourage someone to

(31:21):
divorce the person they love andtell them they don't need
medicine and that they're not. I'll when they are.
Good job Francis Family Despicable.
Despicable. We have another screenshot of a
message he sent. It's unclear who these two

(31:41):
people are. It appears to be a group text.
It is, it says from JP Miller. I thought.
You two should know Micah killedherself earlier today.
She needed her lithium because she has been having a three
month psychotic episode. I'll keep you posted on funeral.
That certainly sounds like a grieving husband doesn't it?

(32:09):
I just. I could, I could create a multi
hour episode on this. I'm so disgusted by this man's
behavior. Furthermore, all of the things

(32:29):
that have come out not only about him but now about his
father as well, and he continuesto be a pastor at this church.
Sierra Francis, also on crime stories with Nancy Grace, said
that when they first began attending Solid Rock Church, it
was a congregation of maybe 35 people and that John Paul Miller

(32:52):
was very involved in every aspect of the church because it
was so small at the time. And that Micah became involved
with the youth group and to her knowledge Micah was 13 or 14
years old when she met John PaulMiller.
And we know that Micah has even said to an officer that and it

(33:15):
was recorded in a police report that he began grooming her when
she was a minor. It would also appear that John
Paul Miller's ex-wife has also somewhat come forward.
Some documents have been found relating to their divorce and
she was quoted in saying that she got out just in time.

(33:42):
It's also said, and I don't havethe document in front of me, so
this is just based on my memory. But within their divorce
documents, her allegations against John Paul Miller were
that he had been engaged in adulterous affairs.
He perhaps had a sex addiction. Perhaps he had an addiction to

(34:06):
sex workers, prostitutes allegedly, and that he had even
cheated on her with their children's babysitter, who was
Micah. And he was also accused in his
wife's divorce documents of engaging in sexual acts with

(34:29):
minors. Allegedly.
And then they agreed to amicablydivorce and not proceed with a
trial or potential criminal charges for some of the things
that he had done for the sake oftheir four children.

(34:49):
So sit with that. Also, during this eulogy, if
that's even what it should be called, John Paul Miller stated
that he had spent time with Micah's body 4 * 4 different

(35:12):
occasions. It's it's giving, controlling,
it's giving abuse. This poor woman couldn't even
escape him in death. Here's We're returning to Kyler
Marlowe Facebook. This is a recap.

(35:36):
It's quite lengthy, but I I wantto share it.
This was posted on May 10th, 2024 and it is a recap, Kyler
writes. We all got a lot of information
from News Nation's interview with Micah's sister and the
family's lawyer last night. Here's the short version.
One Micah's body was released toJohn Paul Miller on April 30th.

(36:00):
JP told the family that he wouldn't allow the family to see
the body at the Funeral Home unless her parents first signed
a certification of cremation. What innocent person behaves
this way? Question mark Not only was it
inhumane, but it was suspicious.2J, PS ex-wife has teamed up

(36:20):
with Micah's family to bring hisabuse to light, she told News
Nation herself. That quote, she got out just in
time. End Quote three.
We now know that the redacted name of who was stalking Micah
in the court documents was in fact JP Miller. 4A Video was
uncovered via body Cam footage of when the tracker was found on

(36:44):
Micah's car at East Coast Honda. This body camera footage was of
JP harassing her at the dealership.
Five Robeson County's investigating officer told the
family themselves that her remains were not tested for
water in her lungs or gunpowder residue on her body.

(37:07):
They also did not do an autopsy or a toxicology report.
Why? A couple more things that have
been circulating the Internet that are food for thought.
One, I mentioned a private planea while back that is registered
to solid rock that JP was bragging about in a sermon.

(37:28):
This plane has been proven to exist as of yesterday via public
record and was purchased on 4/23/24.
The tail number is in six 2-3 Sr. 2.
It is very obvious in the photosof quote Micah at the pawn shop
counter that her necklace is notin one frame but is in another.

(37:51):
We've also seen the photos circulating of JP wearing
Micah's necklace. If her body wasn't released to
him until April 30th, how did heget it?
Was it on her body when they found her question mark?
In her photos and videos going back quite a while, it seems she
never takes it off. 3. I know we've seen the videos of

(38:15):
the TikTok creator slandering Micah's name and making JP look
innocent. This person is very obviously
working with JP or someone closeto him.
There is always a person like that in every mysterious death
case, and the only thing I can say is that this guy is
definitely not helping J PS case, but hurting it instead.

(38:37):
Don't click, don't engage, don'tcomment, just let JP dig his
hole deeper 4 There are still a lot of holes in the story
regarding the 911 call, where and what time was it placed,
etcetera. We are still working on laying
all of that out and I encourage you not to believe everything
you hear and see on social media.

(38:58):
Just because people say they saw, heard, or talked to Micah
that day doesn't mean they really did.
I know I've also become a socialmedia presence, completely
unintentionally, but I've only posted facts and evidence and I
doubt these other people are working with a private
investigator like I am. We are also not making money off

(39:20):
of her case and are assisting the Francis Family pro bono
Five. There are also tons of
professional photo editors and photographers analyzing the time
stamps and screen grabs of what Robeson County wants us to
believe is evidence of the timeline of events on April
27th. There are so many

(39:41):
inconsistencies with these and Iencourage you to do your own
research 6. We've all seen the cease and
desist warning from J PS Lawyer. If this is real, he can't sue an
army and I encourage you to do your research and remember your
rights. Freedom of speech exists,
especially when it comes to things that are public record or

(40:03):
video evidence. I also want to remind everyone.
But the more people who come forward with evidence, proof,
and stories of abuse, the better.
If you are willing to Share yourstory about any kind of abuse
you have experienced from the Miller family or their
associates, this can be done completely anonymously at

(40:24):
no_longer_silenced@yahoo.com. Keep posting.
Keep talking. Keep sharing.
Every day we are one step closer.
Hashtag justice for Micah. And just by chance, if you have

(40:51):
a story about any sort of abuse or negative experience and
you're listening to this and youhave at all engaged with the
Miller family or their associates, as Kyler said, you
can anonymously Share your storyat no_longer_silenced@yahoo.com.

(41:23):
I also, let's go back. Let's revisit the timeline.
Micah's vehicle surveillance footage.
I believe they're red light camera grabs.
You know, John Paul's truck was caught on some highway camera.
Again, his truck. Not him physically, not his
face. Kyler Marlowe again posted this.

(41:47):
It's lengthy. I want to read it because it has
some really interesting information.
There have been a couple edits and the edit is at the top, so
I'm just going to read it top tobottom.
And this is dated 592024. It starts second edit JP Miller
was not seen at Olive Garden on Saturday night.

(42:09):
It was Friday, but he still could have made it to the State
Park by the time quote Micah made the 911 call.
Robeson County stated that JP Miller quote had an had an alibi
in Charleston the day of her death.
But did they do any cell phone pings?
Did they check JP for gunshot residue?

(42:31):
Was he even questioned? None of these things have been
brought to light and if they were done have not been
mentioned. But keep reading because it gets
better. Here's some really interesting
information that I've been working on for the last few
days. I've been working with a private
investigator for the last week. We all know the corruption that
has come out about Robeson County with Operation Tarnished

(42:53):
Badge and the reputation they still carry to this day from the
locals or those who have experienced crime or the loss of
loved ones in Lumberton and surrounding areas.
Please read this post in its entirety and pay close attention
to the screenshots because they all match up to what you're
about to read. We've all heard by now that

(43:16):
Micah paid her car taxes on a vehicle that was registered to
her and only her the day before her death.
This is true and is on record. They were past due from December
of 2023 and we've also seen thatit was common knowledge that
Micah was struggling financially.
It all checks out. This tag number was South

(43:37):
Carolina tag number WUP 747 withthe then ending in 7697 for a
2019 Honda Accord as shown in screenshots below.
So why was this same tag number matching the Honda Accord seen

(44:01):
in Charlotte, NC on May 1, 2024 at 440 Griffith Rd., which is a
Wyndham Hotel? A prior police report states
that this car was taken away from Micah in March.
So who is currently driving thatcar?
Another police report does statethat Micah had a black Honda

(44:22):
Civic after this, but why don't the tag numbers match?
There's also a police reporting state a police report stating
that JP tried to go to her apartment three days after her
death to get items out of it. What were you trying to get out
of there and why isn't that being talked about?

(44:45):
There's also a traffic camera photo of his truck at her
apartment building on March 20th.
We've seen the reports about herbeing stalked and harassed and
Robeson County report. They show us a black Honda Civic
South Carolina Tag 301 AKH that they want us to believe is

(45:05):
Micah's car traveling towards Lumber River State Park.
This tag is expired, does not match a Honda Civic, and is not
registered in Micah's name. As you can also see by the
screenshots below, it is registered to someone else as a
2003 Blue Chrysler Town and Country.

(45:28):
However, and the same Robeson County report, they made sure to
use the correct tag number for JPS Truck South Carolina Tag XIM
865. But what they don't tell you is
that this tag number was also picked up on a traffic camera on
April 27th, 2024 at exactly 12:30 PM on the Mark Clark

(45:55):
Expressway in North Charleston heading out of town.
The soccer games were over by 12:25 PM that Saturday in North
Charleston, which is where that highway runs through and exits
to a main highway. The Robeson County report
doesn't detail when and what time he was seen leaving

(46:15):
Charleston, just that he was there that day.
If Micah did call 911 herself, it is entirely plausible that he
could have made it around the time she called, especially if
he was speeding and he has passed speeding tickets and
outstanding careless vehicle operations on his record
currently. If they aren't.

(46:37):
Telling us the whole story aboutMicah's vehicle.
How can we believe that he was back in Myrtle Beach at 2:22 PM
that day? How can we believe anything they
say at this point? They have also edited their
Facebook post nine times since it was originally posted and

(46:57):
deleted the photo of her lookingup at the camera at the pawn
shop. There are also no time stamps on
the photos of her at the counter, only from outside and
the entry, the Robeson County report said in their statement.
That quote, The decision was based on surveillance footage,
interviews, physical evidence, and the examination of the North

(47:20):
Carolina Medical Examiner's office.
End Quote. Not only do we not have body
camera footage from their law enforcement or footage from the
State Park which does have cameras, no matter what people
want to say, but what physical evidence are they referring to?
Or are they referencing? In the Alex Murdoch case, the

(47:41):
body camera footage was releasedquickly.
The medical examiner that was called in also admitted that he
wasn't on the case and wasn't oncall that day.
So why and how did he even come into the picture?
Also, who has current possessionof the black Honda Civic?
Was it searched? Was anything else found in it?
There are still a lot of unanswered questions.

(48:03):
More will be revealed Hashtag Justice for Micah and there are
a lot of screen grabs attached to this post with the license
plates as well as these photos that I'm not sure if they're
caught on traffic cameras. But there's one that does say
440 Griffith Rd. Charlotte, NC shows a Honda

(48:26):
Civic the license plate, and then there's a lot of other
information attached, as well asthe license plate that was on
one vehicle but is seemingly registered to a 2003 blue
Chrysler Town and Country extended Sport van.
Shots of an overhead map of MarkClark Expressway, the truck, as

(48:50):
well as estimated drive time from Princess Anne Rd.
North Carolina to Mark Clark XXP.
North Charleston, SC says it's about two hours, 46 minutes.
Again, all of this is on Kyler Marlowe's Facebook page.
All of the work that she has done on this is absolutely

(49:13):
incredible. What happened, we're getting
this has been a long episode andif you're still with me, thank
you so much. But if you are a crime junkie
like me, you probably are. If you're listening to this

(49:33):
Every case that I've ever covered, every crime series I've
ever seen, every crime documentary I've ever seen,
authorities always say that every death is treated as a
homicide until evidence proves otherwise.

(49:56):
Why was Micah's case not treatedas a homicide until evidence
proved otherwise? The Robeson County Sheriff's
Office Facebook post would lead you to believe that it perhaps
was, and the evidence proved otherwise.
But again, like Kyler said, whatevidence?

(50:17):
There was no autopsy. They did not test her lungs for
water. They did not do a gunshot
residue test on her. There is no explanation as to
the cuts and bruises on her body.
Were they pre or postmortem? No one seems to know.
So the evidence would lead us tobelieve that they arrived on

(50:43):
scene and immediately decided that she had commit committed
suicide and this was open and shut and they did nothing
further. They did nothing for her and
they continue to do nothing for her family.
Nothing. No crime scene investigative

(51:04):
work whatsoever. The Robeson County Sheriff's
Office post is very fluffy, one may say.
They did a great job putting it together to make you think that
they worked hard on this, but all of the supporting facts that
we have would suggest otherwise. There is now a legal suit and

(51:30):
Micah's sister Sierra Francis intends to proceed in handling
Micah's estate in the manner that Michael wanted and resolve
all matters on Micah's behalf. Again, this has been ruled a
suicide. However, there are no photos of
John Paul Miller on the day of Micah's death.

(51:51):
There are photos of his truck with no proof of who is inside
of it. And don't forget his cease and
desist. He doesn't want to be spoken of.
