supporting this channel. Hello, Clarice.
As the search for Shade Robinson's remains continues,
there are two big questions. One, where is the rest of Shade
Robinson's body? And two, are there more victims?

(02:45):
If you're new to this case, Shade Robinson is a 19 year old
who was very excited about her future, was preparing to
graduate from college, had her own place and was hard working.
She was last seen on the night of her first date with Maxwell

(03:05):
Anderson. Now, as more information becomes
available as the investigation into Shoddy Robinson's murder is
progressing and Maxwell Andersonhas been arrested, we have some
new information that has come out.

(03:27):
Blood was found on bedding and going up the wall from the
basement in Maxwell Anderson's home.
We also now know there was apparently a sex dungeon in his
basement. Authorities have said the blood
does not match shade, nor does it match Maxwell Anderson.

(03:48):
So whose is it? The latest remains found were an
arm and a torso along Lake MI and they are believed to be
shade. Robinson's now important to
note. The areas that her remains have
been found four different sets of body parts.

(04:09):
These locations aren't that close to each other, so this may
not be looking at a case where the remains were dumped into,
say, a lake and spread out by the water, but were
intentionally scattered across the city at different locations.

(04:34):
Sick. Completely sick due to the
current of Lake MI. Experts say that something could
be dropped in one area and then end up miles away, and that's
likely how the torso and the legwashed ashore.
Experts also say that a torso islarge and usually would become

(04:56):
gassy upon decomposition and would then float to the surface
of the water. So the latest remains recovered
were likely dumped into some area of the lake and washed
ashore, where they were then found by people walking along
the beach circling back to the blood.

(05:18):
It sounds like this was a significant amount of blood, and
Maxwell Anderson is clearly verymuch alive.
So again, whose blood is it specifically?
It was on a comforter and on thewall of the stairway going into

(05:39):
or out of the basement. Police and forensics likely can
isolate the blood to see if it'sfrom one person or multiple.
Authorities have stated the blood is not Sades, but they
have not said officially yet that it also is not Maxwell

(05:59):
Anderson's. However, they have his DNA now
since his arrest. That would be a very easy test
to do and they could mitigate the concern of there being other
victims and the potential that he is a serial killer.
But they aren't doing that. They haven't said that, so we

(06:22):
can only assume it's because it's not his either and they're
trying to prevent hysteria and outrage.
Civilians have been the ones to discover majority if not all of
Shade's remains, as well as her blanket that was found near a

(06:43):
location where some of her remains were recovered.
Civilians. Meanwhile, police say that they
are only focusing on Shade Robinson and the connection to
Maxwell Anderson. No mention or suspicion of other
victims potentially being out there has been entertained by
authorities, at least not officially and not publicly.

(07:09):
We've also found out that the torso, the legs, were cut off
below the hip. Based merely on all of the true
crime documentaries I have watched and the many many
podcast, it seems that this is an easier way of dismembering

(07:29):
rather than doing it at the joint.
This could also be a sign of someone who is inexperienced
then also thinking about all of the blood that would come from
dismembering someone. And yet the blood in the home is
not Sades mind boggling. More details on Maxwell

(07:56):
Anderson's home have also come out.
He apparently had a sex dungeon, complete with a sex sling,
restraints, and handcuffs. A friend has also spoken out
about a visit to the home last year when he observed a large
hole dug in the backyard. Maxwell Anderson said that he

(08:19):
was working on extending and making his basement larger
despite the fact that he alreadyhad a large basement.
Neighbors have also said that the basement of the home has
small windows that were always covered.
Now I'd really be curious to know if behind the scenes police

(08:40):
are looking at missing persons cases and other unsolved murders
to compare to how Sade was killed and disposed of.
They would have to be right. You would think you would hope
so because it seems that all signs are pointing to there

(09:03):
being more victims out there. Dismemberment takes time.
This would require privacy and time.
So if the blood at the home is not Sadez, was she even
dismembered at his home? And if she wasn't, where did

(09:28):
this occur? Does the blood indicate others
were injured there, murdered there, or dismembered there?
Experts who have weighed in saidthat dismembering someone is not
a sexual act, but more so an actto hide or conceal the crime.

(09:49):
Experts also have gone on to saythat this is such a violent and
gruesome thing to do on top of murdering someone that it is
most likely a sign that this is not this individual's first
homicide, that this is somethingthat you build up to and this is

(10:11):
a progression. Apparently, according to the
experts, you do not go from zeroto 100.
You do not kill someone the first time and decide that you
are also going to dismember themand scatter their body parts
across the city. Experts say it just does not

(10:31):
happen like that and Underwater search and recovery expert has
also weighed in on the search that continues for Sade's
remains. He says that he is familiar with
the lake and it is shallow and has many rocks and so it's hard
to search and that the best method will likely be divers.

(10:53):
This expert also said that he has been on site searching for
Sade. His boat has sonar, but also
mentioned that because this is such a rocky area, sonar most
likely is not going to work because of all of the rocks it

(11:15):
interferes with the sonar and ifit were a full body they were
looking for, sonar would likely work because it would pick up on
the body. But because we are looking for
body parts, it is too hard to differentiate with the sonar

(11:37):
between all of the rocks that are in the water and potential
body parts. Maxwell Anderson has waived his
right to a preliminary trial, which has left experts
scratching their heads somewhat. And so for now, we wait for

(11:57):
Sade's remains to be found and to see how this plays out in
court.
