In today's episode we dive deep with Brenden Rivera. A singer/songwriter whose own lungs almost took his life. Brenden dives deep and talks about how having a near death experience made time more precious. How decisiveness became more beautiful and how empathy began and self centeredness ended. How through suffering, we gain perspective, and comprehension. And through the power of mantra we can overcome the difficult things, big or small.

And that lamp-post I was able to take with me as I blindly walked through the dark.
