I'm here not to kind of mourn and complain, but
instead give you a vision ofhope, a vision of how it can all
be.
And abundance and prosperityand your self-worth is nothing
to do with how much you've gotin your bank account.
I know you might be thinking,hey, gentle yoga warrior, how

can you say that I'm struggling?
Know you might be thinking, hey, gentle yoga warrior, how can
you say that I'm struggling?
Abundance comes from how wefeel inside and some of these
external factors, and maybethey're being planned to be this
way, maybe it's just the wayit's happened, who knows?
But the only thing that we canreally change is our internal

self, and that is the only wayforward.
And, of course, there's goingto be some days where you're
thinking, oh, my gosh, I am sosqueezed for cash I cannot
afford.
Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
And other days you might think,oh, actually I feel a bit more
relaxed about it.
But I want to teach you how tofeel abundant, prosperous and

happier from the inside out.
So if you heard last week'spodcast, it was called Cleansing
your Emotional Lens A Path toGenuine Manifestation, part 1.
We talked about abundance andhow to really know one's why,

rather than going for luxury,designer clothes.
Think about the way you want tofeel emotionally, spiritually,
etc.
And I concluded that podcastwith a wonderful guided
meditation and in that wediscovered what your heart most
desires.
Now I know you're busy.

the exercise, still, listen tothis podcast all the way through
and then perhaps, if you choose, you can go back to the first
part one, do the exercise andthen build on from there.
So what your heart most desires, and that I was kind of trying
to inspire you to come from aplace where it felt like an

emotional connection or ratherkind of a more, kind of higher
connection, rather than thinking, oh, simply, I want to say a
pair of shoes.
You need to know why you wantthose shoes and art.
Is that going to help youdevelop as a person further and
is that going to help youspiritually?
Like I said, it's not to saythat you can't have nice things,
but it's to know your why, howit's going to progress, help you

progress in this world and helpyou progress as a, as a human,
having this human experience now.

We'll do a meditation at theend to help develop that a bit
further, but for now let's tryand tap into ways that we can

feel abundant and prosperousregardless of what's happening
and how we can perhaps manifestsomething better.
So what is true abundance feellike for you?
As I say that, I imagine myhand brushing against like the

top of grass in the summer.
I imagine the beautiful song ofa bird.
I imagine feeling that warmfeeling of kind of comfort when
you're indoors on a rainy day,or that warm feeling when you
feel the sun, which is quite aspecial thing here in the UK,
but when you feel the warm sunthat we do get some, as warm sun

(03:38):
on your face or even in thewinter sun, there's something
really magical about that.
Or abundance might be to youhaving time with your family and
loved ones, having cuddles withyour family members, having
lots of time to do what you want, having an abundance, having
like a day off, maybe from work,where you're you're free to do

(04:02):
what you want, and maybe youdon't have the money financially
to do what you want, but thenthere's free stuff which you
really enjoy, like nature orreading or doing something that
you feel enriches your life, andprosperity.
How do you feel prosperity iskind of believing and having
that trust in the hope of whatit is that your heart desires

(04:26):
and what you're trying tomanifest.
And I always feel from a humble, grounded but elevated place.
So if we're grounded but thenwe can elevate ourself up at the
same time, so it's having themix of those two things and I
think that's a really wonderfuland special place to work from.
So prosperity is kind of likehelping one feel a sense of like

(04:51):
joy, happiness, so when welearn how to flow in ourself and
be and feel like that growth,that prosperity to me is having
good health, well-being, wealthof what we want.

(05:12):
So not necessarily financialwealth, but equally there's
nothing wrong with health andfinancial wealth.
The reason I'm sharingalternatives is because I know
so many people are not feelingwealthy at the moment and are
finding it hard to manifest,because what happens is we have
these dreams, we want tomanifest something positive, but
then because we're stuck inthis difficult external world

(05:35):
which then comes into ourinternal thoughts and things, we
find it hard to manifest.
Because we're so busyconcentrating on things that we
don't want, we find it hard toaccomplish things that we do.
So one of the things that youcan do to help with what your
heart most desires is, if you'vedone that meditation from

(05:55):
episode one and um, get like apiece of paper and put that
right in the middle of what yourheart most desires, then off it
, draw kind of lines and putwhat that will make you feel
like.
So my, let's just say, my heartmost desires a bouquet of
daffodils, and I'll put off that.

(06:16):
What would that give me?
Joy?
How would I feel inside,contented.
What does that symbolize for me?
Love, abundance.
So that is just like a kind ofreally loose example, but that's
something that you can do andyou can build on that.
And then perhaps you can getsome old magazines if you happen
to have them lying around andalmost things are digital.

(06:38):
So maybe you could use somesort of digital design thing
like Canva and put together whatemotions and the feelings of
what your heart most desires andhow you're kind of going to get
to that what your heart mostdesires and how you're kind of
going to get to that and it canbe something that you can do
with a sense of manifesting whatyour heart most desires and
feeling it from the very depthof your being, from a place of

(07:02):
trust, love and learning.
So that is what one's heartmost desires.
And what is that for you?
And if you did the meditationlast week and you still don't
not sure, just do it again untilyou find it, so you feel like

(07:23):
you're floating in yourprosperity.
So the sea of prosperity willhelp you float to whatever
island in your imagination youwant to go to to manifest your
soul's dream and then bring that, for the good of yourself and
for others, into this world.
For we were all here to shineand manifest things of joy and

(07:46):
beauty.
And it's not all about kind ofbeing kind of suppressed into
poverty and thinking about itall the time.
And if you're going through aparticularly difficult time and
you've got zero money or you'rein the negative in your bank
account, what ways can you findto feel abundant?
Like you're gonna laugh, ormaybe you're not, but it made me

(08:09):
feel really abundant to sortout my food cupboard and then
find all the bits of food andlike dry food.
This is that I forgot I had andI thought actually I don't need
to go shopping this weekbecause I've got this, this and
this, and another way it couldbe like is to just go and walk,
especially at this time of yearin the UK.
We're in spring and there's somany beautiful flowers out and

(08:33):
life is coming to be beautifullife like the little birds, the
nature, the trees, etc.
And that is a way of beingabundant getting together with
loved ones and each deciding tobring have a meal in someone's
house and we all bring a course,each um, of something healthy

(08:54):
and joyful and just sharing thattime.
Or if you and your friend arebroke and you want to?
Um do something together andit's getting warmer.
So instead of like spending um,I don't know, five pounds, I
don't know how much a coffeewould cost in the us or
australia or germany or all theother countries of the world

(09:16):
where this is broadcast, but, um, instead of buying that coffee,
could you take a flask ofsomething and sit in a park with
your friend and have aconversation.
Or, if the weather's bad, couldyou go and sit in each other's
house and just have like a cupof coffee and do something free.
Could you do a craft thing withyour friends?
There's all different ideas.

(09:37):
If you're struggling toentertain your children, could
you make something with theminstead and like find free
things.
Beware, some of the museums area bit cheeky here, um, in the
capital, because they um sayfree, but then the free things
the children generally don'twant to go to, and then the

(10:00):
stuff that they want to go tothey charge for.
I had that with my friend whenwe took her son one easter it
was last easter actually to oneof a top museum which said it
was free, but then all theactivities were really expensive
.
So just check out before you goanywhere.
But Parks, aurora is free.
Nature walks that you canorganize are always free.

(10:22):
They are here anyway.
So there's all these differentways that you can feel and then
to manifest.
What you want is to keep tryingto do micro habits that
progress you towards that eachand every single day.
I know that feeling.
Sometimes you think, oh, whybother?
I'm not getting any furtherforward.
But we've got to kind of showif we don't show up for

(10:43):
ourselves, and who's going toshow up for us?
So it's about doing microhabits and maybe just having
like one or two tasks a day thatyou think is going to show up
for us.
So it's about doing microhabits and maybe just having

manifest what you want.
And I just add a word of caution.
And sometimes I'd say like, tryfor a good, put a good effort
in for a while.
Don't give up before the seeds,because sometimes just before

(11:06):
the seeds are coming up is whenwe can give up.
But know in your heart, ifyou're trying for a long time,
maybe it's not the right path.
But don't use it as an excuse.
But equally, accept fate aswell, so we can try and change
things, and we have we have thepower to change so many things.
I think fate is something thatwe can't change.
But that's just my personalopinion.

(11:27):
Like I said, when I sharethings on here, you do not.
I do not expect you to agreewith everything I say, and I
wouldn't.
I would like you to have yourown thoughts.
These are just my opinions,your.
Your opinions may be completelydifferent and sometimes if you
hear someone's got a differentopinion, it helps us realize
what our opinions are as well.
So it's good to kind of havethat.
But what I was trying to say isthat there's faith and then

(11:49):
there's there's our power tomanifest, and if something's not
happening for you, maybe it'snot quite the right path, and
don't give up before the seedsare just about to come up
through the ground either.
So there's two food supportthere.
Um, how do you manifest things?
I've done a wonderful visionboard with pictures on it and I
feel so much better already.

(12:10):
It feels like it's releasedsomething.
Then you get to the next leveland it feels a bit bumpy.
So this is what I'm here to dois help you through your next
level of bumpiness and if youparticularly feel stuck
energetically, remember you canhave a wonderful guided

Okay, so for today's meditation,top tips for the meditation is
either sit nice and cross-leggedon the floor with a nice
straight back always nice to siton a block or a cushion, or
that's not available for you.
You sit in a chair with theback nice and straight.
The important thing is you'renot slouching and if you're

doing something that requiresyour concentration, all you need
to do is just pause this andyou can reconvene the meditation
at a time that is good for you.
If you're doing the meditation,let's begin.
You're going to close your eyesand you are floating on this
beautiful water of possibility.

(13:19):
In your pocket you have apicture of the painting of the
word or image that you puttogether last week of what your
heart most desires.
So we sit and we lay on the backof this raft.

(13:39):
The water is pink, calm and ifit splashes on you, slightly
warm.
There's a sparkle of light inthe sky and you float along on
this safe and beautiful pool ofpink water of possibility.
You have to you feel into whatit feels in the heart center, to

(14:05):
tap into what your heart mostdesires.
And you float so elegantly onthis water.
As it floats along, slowly andsurely, you look up to the sky
and you see ideas of how you'regoing to get your heart's

(14:31):
biggest desire, one that is inline with your soul, the one
that is going to help elevateyour being in this life.
And if you see a word up therethat feels part of what your
heart desires, it's like on apiece of fabric.
It's like on a piece of fabric.

(14:51):
You can reach up and gentlybring it down and you just place
it on top of that word, thatheart desire that you're holding
close to yourself.
And then you see a little pouchof like, like a little silk
handbag, and you just start toput all those into this little
handbag.
The handbag is your prosperity,your your kind of satchel of

(15:14):
hope.
And you just continue and yousee things that are going to
help you, your spiritual life,your skills into business, good
health, what you want tomanifest in your home, your
relationships and you just seethe little words in the air and

(15:36):
you pick them up and you gentlyput them into this bag and you
just continue like this for awhile as you float around in
this water and with the satchelnow full of these words of

(16:17):
possibilities, you drip itaround your shoulder and you
hold the satchel towards yourheart, you take a deep breath
and you feel your infinitepossibilities, your heart's
desire and the skills that youneed to get there, not all put

(16:41):
together, but kind of floatingthere in the ether, floating
there in the ether, ready to bekind of picked up when you next
sit down and write your plan.
So softly and slowly come backinto the moment, come back into

(17:01):
the room.
