Abundance seeing is all abouttaking the actions to have true

true freedom being hurt, freefrom stress, anxiety, worry,

That's the real prosperity,mental prosperity, physical
prosperity, emotionalprosperity.
Financial prosperity,relationship prosperity, love
and peace of mind prosperity.
But then there's also thispurpose prosperity where you

You're like, right now I'm doingwhat?
Lights me up.
I love it.
I love talking about this stuff.

I love connecting with otherswho are ready to make the next
level of light jump inconsciousness.
Because the more of us thatelevate and level up our light,

And it's all about prosperity.
And a lot of people like to sayabundance.
Law of attraction.
Again, the words don't matter asmuch as the energy shift, the
lifestyle alignment and knowingthat it requires action.
Abundance is the action, and youcan think of each action as

Whether it's a physical dance tomusic, oh, uh oh.
Or it's dancing and meditationand your mind's simmer.
Dancing and rest.
Dancing and reading, dancingwith a friend.
It's your, there's always aninteraction going on.
Now.
It requires action.
Abundance is all about theactions to get to prosperity.

Now there's all kinds ofprosperities, as I just talked
about, and I won't sit here andwrite'em all for you'cause that
would be boring.
Health, wealth, finances saidthat twice.
Relationship mental.
We all are meant to be peacefuland joyful even, and we're not
meant to have diseases.

If you are suffering from adisease right now, there is a
disconnect between your trueself and what you're
experiencing in the physicalworld.

It's all science.
Everything's an energy system.
Like you don't even have tobelieve in God.

You just have to believe inenergy and believe that there's
non-physical energy, AK quantumenergy.
You can't see spiritual energy,consciousness, energy.
Don't let the words mess you up.
Just know there's an energysystem.
And the more connected you arewith that, and the more it is
flowing into your body, yourmind, your emotions, the better.

Dancing means taking actionsthat align with our heart, our
health, our body, our brain, andreally the mind.
We'll call this the body mindcomplex because the mind is more
than just our physical brain.

The mind is all the nerves inour body, all the emotions we
feel, and it's our collectiveconsciousness combined with.
Our subconscious, ourunconscious, our super
conscious, and what I'm using totalk right now are just
conscious thought and talking.
That's our free will anddeliberate choice, but the thing

that matters the most out of allof these is your feelings, how
you're feeling about thispresent moment, how you're
feeling right now, right here atthis moment.
That's the first step ofabundance awareness, attention

alignment, that's steps inabundance because without
awareness, you cannot be awareof what's going on with your
energy, nor can you be awarethat you are more than your
physical body, your brain body,complex body.
With awareness, we're able tosense, feel, see.

Think about where our energy isgoing and we're able to redirect
it, reinvest it, attentiondirection, directing our
attention where we want it togo, and investing in it wisely.
So feelings, oh my God, they'repowerful.
They're their own energy system.

Our body creates them, but afterthey're created, we feel them.
So feelings are like energy andmotion.
Like I had a really big punch inthe mouth yesterday, a big one.
I was like, oh, the universesaid everything he thought was
gonna happen the way he thoughtit was gonna happen wrong.

I said, whoa, okay, feelings.
So today I could easily bemoping around asking for
sympathy.
Oh, poor me, poor me, poor me.
Another was the old days.
Instead, I know that I'm notgoing to get into motion if I

wait to feel good.
I'm not gonna take action if I'mwaiting to feel better.
Oh man, this is a good one.
All right, I'm gonna put it up.
High motion will create theemotion.
Just by me deciding to make thisvideo today, I'm creating a

whole different set of emotionsin my body.
Like I love sharing this withyou.
I'm, this lights me up, so bam,here I go.
So I decide to do the action,take the motion, and then it
creates the emotion.
So creating the emotions thatgive you abundance in that way
you have true freedom andprosperity in all areas of your
life.
That's what abundance is allabout.

But it was a whole process ofactions I did today.
To put me in this position andanyone that's a high performer
in any area of life, and I'llsay I'm a high performer in
peace of mind right now, I'lltell you that story another
time.
Like my level of peace of mindis higher than it's ever been.
My connection to source betterthan it's ever been.

My ability to create things thatdon't exist yet, it's never been
better, and that's all because Ido these actions.
So abundance requires actions.
And the first action today isawareness.
Ask yourself this question, am Iaware?

And awareness is beyond yourthoughts.
Awareness is the obs observer,observing your thoughts, your
feelings, your actions, andawareness is also your direct
link to intuition and higherintelligence.
So you intuitively know what todo.
I did not know I was gonna makethis video until about 90

Just awareness and listening tothe intuitive bursts, they only
come through awareness, but thatmeans training your mind and
your nervous system so you canbe connected to awareness.
By the way, awareness is an allencompassing word for God's
source, light, consciousness,soul intuition, all of it.

Awareness is the power, and thenwe'll get into intention to
alignment and to action.
