So become aware of what's goingon in your emotional body,
especially your heart, youremotional processing center,

And of course your thinking mindlots are going on in these three
energy centers.
Be aware.
Of where your attention is beingdirected, where are you
investing your attention?
If you just start that, startwith that one thing.

And you appreciate that yourattention is linked to your
awareness, which links to your,the higher consciousness, which
is beyond humans, but connectall humans.
Well, you are going to.

Elevate your consciousness,elevate your energy, elevate
your productivity, and your joy.
Now, this is all based inscience.
Here's a perspective I wish foryou to share.

Be aware of your thinking.

So the perspective I invite youto entertain.
Our ptss, our traumas, ourdramas, our depressions, our
anxieties, all that stuffdoesn't matter as much.

When we feel the feelings, ah,I'm the awareness that's aware
of this unpleasant feeling.
Let that energy, emotion,emotion flow through.
Let it just flow through,release it.
Without telling yourself morestories about it.

That's your cure right there fordepression, anxiety, addiction.
PTSD, trauma.
I know you're mad at me.
No, mine's so bad.
You don't even know.
Okay, hold onto it.
Keep going to therapy for it.
Keep talking about it.
Talking about the old paststories does not help your
present moment.

That's been my experience andthat's a perspective I'm
sharing.
The current thoughts you'rethinking are creating your
current, emotional, energeticstate, which is your frequency,
your vibration, and that iscreating your external life.
The life you're experiencingfrequency.

The energy you have frequentlybecomes what you see in real
life.
What matters to you most, whatyou pay attention to and'cause
it matters, becomes matterfrequency.
Your energy vibration is whatyou will frequently see in real
life.
You can change your energy,vibration, frequency, and

dimension by quantum leapingtimelines.
That's a whole different video,but instead just breathe.
Let go of your negative emotionsbecause when you let go of the
anger, the depression, thefrustration, it's pent up inside

When you let that go, thestories you were holding it in

But if you feel it a little bitand tell yourself the story
about it again, or tell someoneelse the sad story again, it
just strengthens it.
