Holiday time does NOT have to equal stress. But HOW?
You've probably heard the usual tips:
Prep your meals
Buy some pre made items to make meals easier
Go to bed on time
Etc.
But these ones might be new or create an "aha" moment for you and you can start these as soon as TODAY. What's great it any of these strategies could help reduce your stress ANY week not just on a holiday week.
