This episode is aboutunderstanding what a limpia
really is, how it works and whyit's so sacred, not just
spiritually, but emotionally andenergetically too.
Hola, hola welcome to Ay Mijita, embracing your Roots.

generational cycles andreconnect with my true self.

why am I like this?
Because deep down, you knowthere's more to your story than
just survival.
Here we dive into the messy, the magical, the medicine of
(01:12):
healing, from inner child workto energetic limpias, astrology
to ancestral wisdom, humandesign to hard boundaries.
I share my lived experiences, spiritual tools and teachable
moments, all with corazón yhonestidad.
So grab your cafecito tecito orthat bubbly drink you love and
let's get into today's episode, porque tu historia, tu voz y tu
healing matter.
(01:33):
I'm really excited about thisepisode because this is the work
that I've been doing for manyyears now with those around me,
my closest friends and family.
I didn't really understand whatit was until I started working
with my shaman mentor when Ihurt my back eight plus years
ago.
That's when I started goingdown the spiritual journey and I
(01:54):
led with the whole like limpiadel huevo.
I found it so fascinating.
I got really curious and Iasked, like my astrologer, my
human design person, and no onecould actually explain how that
limpia worked, why it worked.
I tried to read online and Iwouldn't find anything about it.
But I do remember mi abuelitaand my mom after parties and
(02:17):
that that she would do it on us,especially if you felt sick.
We usually had symptoms likeyour head hurt, you felt nausea
or te vomitabas and you justcouldn't explain why.
And it wasn't the cold or theflu or any of those, it was just
like an onset.
That happens and this is a toolI use when I go, especially to
parties and that and I come homedrained.
(02:37):
I usually figure that I pickedup energies that weren't mine.
Limpias aren't something youbelieve in.
They're something you feel theywork, whether or not your mind
understands how and I oftenstruggle with that because it's
not logical it's all in yourheart and it's all in your body,
and your body knows a lot.
So the more I dug into thiswith the exception of Google I
(02:59):
was able to figure out thatlimpias are a spiritual trend.
They come from deeply rootedindigenous and Afro-Mexican
traditions that recognize thepower of energy, of cleansing,
of realignment with nature.
My abuela and my mom taught meto use a huevo and herbs like
ruda, romero, albahaca to clearthese spiritual blocks, but what
(03:20):
she was really teaching me wasintuition guided by spirit.
So for me it's kind of hard torationalize stuff you can't see,
and this was a whole notherterrain for me.
I was curious, but then again Iwas kind of scared and that's
when I learned about you knowmore and more about limpias.
They're not brujería, they area sacred healing ritual.
(03:41):
And that's where I had thisinternal debate with myself,
like this dilemma of I doassociate myself as Catholic and
religious, but then again likewhat is all this spirituality
stuff?
I do believe in diversity andthere's different paths to get
to the same end goal, which isgoing back to the divine God
universe source Un huevo, aprayer and an intention.
(04:05):
That's how many of usexperienced our first limpias.
You may have been too little tounderstand it, but you felt the
shift.
Limpias aren't magic, they'reenergy medicine.
They cleanse what we cannotalways see but definitely feel
in our bodies.
And it was so easy, like athome, instead of going to the
doctor.
My mom I remember using an eggwhen I couldn't fall asleep or
(04:28):
again I was feeling thoseailments, so she didn't need a
therapist or a diagnosis.
She knew something was offenergetically.
That intuitive knowing wasancestral wisdom.
We're just now remembering it.
Limpias help us release what'sheavy sadness, stress, fear,
jealousy, confusion and mostknown for mal de ojo.
(04:50):
I've been recently working witha lot of individuals that have
come forward and want toexperience these limpias, so I
hold space for them and that'swhere we're able to look into
what is being sent to them, whatnegative vibes are being
absorbed in their bodies, andit's so beautiful to see this,
especially when I do loved ones.
For me, it's just such a giftto give back to them and being
(05:14):
able to read a huevo now it'sbeen a learning process for me
because I intuitively know whatis going on with the individual,
like I feel, like it's in mybones that knowing that
intuition for myself, and then Istart getting more downloads,
more information about theperson.
Let's talk a little bit moreabout the tools I use for my
(05:37):
limpias.
So the first one is and I'vebeen kind of talking about it is
the huevo.
This is el mero mero.
So el huevo, the egg, absorbsheavy spiritual energy and shows
signs of illness or emotionaldistress.
It's interpreted as innocencebecause it is unborn right.
(05:58):
Usually, when you put eggsunderneath the lamb for a while,
then it grows into chicks inthat.
So, as I cuenta como que elhuevo te chupa, todo right, and
it sucks everything up into theegg.
The next tool is yerbas herbs, ruda, which is really good, like
planting it in front of yourhouse to deter any evil spirits
(06:18):
or anything negative coming intoyour household.
Romero, albahaca sage, which Iuse a lot for smoke, but it's
also good for a good barrida.
So these herbs are good tobrush the aura and clear it.
Now, other things besides sagethat I use for humo or smoke is
copal.
El palo santo is my must-haveIncense, so there's a lot of
(06:43):
different incense out there toclear spaces and spirits.
Palo Santo is one I use like toclear my house or just my room,
like I do it at the threecorners of my workspace or in
that room that I'm in, ordefinitely in the mornings I
light up the Palo Santo and I dothree circles on me and I say I
release all negative energythree times, like throughout my
(07:05):
body.
I start with my head, I releasethe negative energy towards my
middle, like in my torso.
I do a circle, I release allnegative energy and then towards
my legs I release all negativeenergy.
It's like my quickie spiritualcleanse of the day.
Now I'm a person that likes tobathe at night and I feel like
(07:25):
when I jump in the shower.
Of course it has to be like hotwater, not like para pelar
pollos, but it is hot where Ilike cleanse myself with the
water.
So it's definitely used inbaños espirituales or to cleanse
objects in homes.
The water I've used some usedagua bendita, which is the holy
(07:46):
water, or the other one is whenyou like, mix the herbs with the
water.
That's a really nice bath aswell to clean out your like
everything spiritually.
Now these next two I incorporatehere and there, and usually
it's around a new moon or a fullmoon that I light up my candles
.
So mis velitas, and these couldbe used for clarity, protection
(08:08):
and spiritual illumination.
I have one that I got giftedthat is a vela de palo santo and
, oh my God, it smells so goodand I just feel like I'm being
cleansed all day when I have iton.
So, all these differentelements, and on top of these,
especially around the new moonand full moon, I use crystals
and I do use them on a daily.
I love my bracelets, and thatis some modern integration that
(08:33):
you can incorporate into thispractice and as a tool for
Olympia.
My two must have bracelets arerose quartz, which is for
self-love, self-compassion, likepretty much everything
regarding love for oneself, andthen also having compassion for
others, and the other one is fordeterring negative energy and
(08:56):
use for protection, which isblack tourmaline, or any black
bracelet for that matter.
They all kind of have thosesimilar properties, but that one
especially helps me groundmyself on a daily, so I do have
that one on me all the time.
The other one I usuallyrecommend to folks that I work
with is Clear Quartz.
That one transmutes all thatnegative energy into positive
(09:19):
energy and it also gives me thatclarity that I need sometimes,
especially if I'm having likethose rough days.
Each element works differently.
The egg pulls energy into it,revealing patterns in the yolk,
and I know how to read those, which is kind of cool.
I mean, who else can you thinkof that?
You can send your huevo pictureto try to figure out, kind of,
(09:40):
quien te envio mal de ojo enthat.
So it's kind of cool for me nowthat I get these messages via
WhatsApp and text for my familyand friends to read them.
And the herbs sweep away thatstagnant energy.
The smoke moves energy gentlyor intensely when needed.
Agua releases, especially whenyou cry during or after a limpia
, and then limpias speak thelanguage of a spirit, not the
(10:03):
logic, as we were kind oftalking about.
Where I have this dilemma onwhat is it that I'm not seeing
here and my mind can't wraparound like how this actually
works.
But I've been doing it for anumber of years and I remember
when I was a kid it wouldmagically work.
That's when I realized that ourancestors didn't have the
trauma therapy or nervous systemvocabulary that we have now or
(10:26):
that I've become aware of anyway.
They had intuition, prayer andthis birth medicine and that was
way more than enough.
You ever feel heavy after afight or walk into a room and
immediately want to leave.
That's energy.
Limpias are like an energeticshower for your soul.
How do these limpias work?
(10:47):
And we'll talk a little bitabout the spiritual versus the
energetic.
Everything is energy youremotions, thoughts, interactions
, trauma, joy and pain.
Energy lingers in our bodiesand we can feel it with ailments
such as a headache.
I normally feel it with mylower back and I have this book
(11:09):
that I can look up theseailments and see where it
relates back to my emotions.
Energy also resides in ourauras, homes, objects and
relationships.
Nimpyas clear the energeticclutter and bring you back to
center, release, transmute andrestore that clarity.
(11:36):
In addition to the NIMPYAS, I dohave my therapist that I go
through the motions to unpacksome of these things in my
therapy sessions and I've alsohad a life coach and coaching
with other individuals to helpme kind of process all these
different emotions and thingsthat come up, especially for my
limpias.
There's a lot of unresolvedexperiences, traumas and
especially my trapped emotionsin my body, and my body's always
trying to tell me informationon what is going on, what needs
(11:59):
to be uncovered and processed atthis given time.
It's a great way to complementthe therapy and the coaching
because then I feel like I'mwhole, like I'm uniting that
science, the neurological, let'ssay the body, and then my
spirit.
You don't need to believe inthe limpia, you just feel it,
(12:22):
especially in your bones, whensomeone's energy is off.
You feel it when you leave aconversation and feel drained.
That's energetic exchange.
Limpias work by helping usreturn to ourselves.
They clear the static so we canhear our intuition again.
And I love to research and readup on articles and how the
(12:44):
science is beginning to catch upwith all these different
frequencies, the energy fields.
But I always know that I havethis intuitive knowing and this
ancestral truth that I canalways fall back on, and so I
know there's human energy fields, biofields and intercellular
communication and it's amazinghow it's all kind of
(13:06):
interconnected in a way.
So every day I'm learning moreand more about the science and
that spiritual aspect of myselfthrough my work and through my
practice and providing thatspace to others, because that's
where I learn from other folks, their perspective as well.
I often get the question so whendo you know how to do a limpia
(13:28):
Cuando te sientes abrumado, overwhelmed, especially when you
feel something's off in yourbody, in your heart, in your
mind.
It wouldn't hurt to do Olympia.
These are my recommendations onwhen to do Olympia.
After a heartbreak, loss, conflict, grief, heartbreak or
transition.
I know that when my dad passedaway, that was something that I
(13:50):
would do for myself, just toground myself, and that's where
I always would fall back on mybracelet or black tourmaline or
obsidian to help relieve andregulate some of those negative
emotions that were happeningwith that loss.
When feeling stuck, anxious, heavy, emotionally drained and
(14:11):
irritable and of course I'm nota doctor.
But most of the time whenyou're feeling those emotions,
there's something there, and itmight be that it was something
that wasn't yours.
It was something that youpicked up when you went to a
certain place or when you weretalking to a certain person.
You were just offloadingwhatever they were going through
.
But when you feel that bajon, like all of a sudden that dip,
(14:33):
you really want to kind of checkyourself and see if any of
these tools help you, especiallywith Olympia, with all of these
things.
One of the tools that I missedto mention is having faith.
You have to believe in thiswork, in the sacredness.
If your heart's not in it, it'smost likely not going to work,
because that's your mindoverriding right.
(14:56):
It's not logical and that, Ithink, was something that I
struggled with.
However, when I would do it onmyself or when I do it on others
, that's where I put my 100% inmy mind, my body, my soul into
it and with strong belief.
It's also a good ritual beforea big event, like an interview,
when you're traveling, and ifyou do any personal rituals, or
(15:20):
before a big decision, becausethese things can definitely
change the trajectory of yourenergy.
Right, if you're, in a way, better spot than you were with
these negative emotions makingthose decisions, then you at
least have a little bit moreclarity in what you're going to
do.
And again, it clears thatclutter right From your body,
from your aura, from your mind.
(15:42):
The one that tends to happen themost is after being around
draining people or environments, and the most common one is mal
de ojo, which is that jealousenergy, and jealousy is where
you want what the person has butyou don't think both of you can
(16:04):
have it, and envy is where youknow both of you can have that
same thing and it could be thatsomeone sends you a negative
vibe like envy, because theylove how you interact with your
friends, or como estas con tufamilia, or how your home life
is in tu casa, como tienes tuscosas, things of that nature,
(16:28):
and sometimes there is no rhymeor reason why you get sent these
like negative energies.
I believe also a good practiceis, when you're moving into a
new home or space, clearing thatarea from anything that
happened previously.
I know when we moved into ourhouse years ago there was a
particular room that I had towork with someone to get it
(16:49):
cleared out because there wasthese unresolved situations.
I know the previous family thatlived here were dealing with
huge struggles because they weregoing through a divorce.
They had, I believe, four kidsand one of the bedrooms was of
one of the kids and I believe hewas depressed because the room
was super dark.
(17:09):
When we came to do the houseinspection and you can feel the
vibe in that room it was justvery sad, very gloomy, and so
that's where you kind of feelthat.
I think the other area thatneeded a lot of cleansing was
the living room, and that'ssymbolic because, right, the
family room.
You want it to be about yourfamily and your peace and joy
(17:31):
and having fun and laughs andeverything, the chimneys in that
area, and so I could justimagine Christmases and things
of that and the energy was superheavy when I would go into that
area.
And so I could just imagineChristmases and things of that
and the energy was super heavywhen I would go into that room.
When you're feeling off but youcan't name why, that's an
indication of okay, maybe it'stime for this link.
Anytime your intuition saysalgo no, esta bien, I would say
(17:54):
follow that thread and see whereit takes you.
So trust your body.
It knows when something's off.
You don't need permission tocleanse your energy.
You're worthy of the clarity,of lightness, of spiritual
hygiene.
Let's walk through the steps onhow to perform a simple limpia
in your casita.
The first one is to light acandle and set an intention.
(18:17):
I preferably like to use awhite candle.
White symbolizes the purity, the innocence, and it could
definitely be a scented candle.
And when you light that candle, the light of the candle
symbolizes divine, god, universe, whatever you attribute to, and
(18:39):
with that intention, you wantto be very clear and mindful of
what you're trying to manifestor bring into life.
You always have the saying ofbe careful what you ask for,
because you get that and more.
So sometimes we only thinkabout the good stuff, right, and
so think about the unintendedconsequences of that intention
that you're putting out there.
(19:02):
The next step is to get a huevoand or a herb of your choice and
bundle it together in your hand, and next you're going to go
ahead and sweep with that toolfrom head to toe.
So, cuerpo entero, while you'repraying and I usually do and
(19:24):
you're also calling in yourguides to help you.
So, along with spirit andintuitively, you're just going
to keep on sweeping through, andif there's a particular area
where you feel like you need itmore, just go ahead and go
through those motions ofbrushing in that area and focus
on that area for as long as youthink you need it.
(19:45):
Once you're ready, I like tohave a glass of water in a clear
glass set up already so I canjust crack that egg open and put
it in there, and I like to letit sit for a bit while I clean
myself with palo santo or sage, with that smoke, and I start to
(20:06):
read the egg, and I start toread the egg.
If you start to see strings fromthe yolk, that is when someone
does send you negative energy.
That could be resentment, jealousy, anger, so different
types of emotions.
The bubbles at the top Iusually interpret as individuals
.
And how many send you thesevibes?
(20:28):
And it could be like co-workers, friends, people that you
encounter.
It could also be people youdon't even necessarily are in
the know or haven't reached outrecently.
Now, if you find that there'slike a lot of cloudiness or a
lot of white strings towards thebottom by the yoke, that's
(20:50):
definitely the family, and itcould be the extended family and
it could be yours, or if youhave in-laws.
Just being mindful of the vibesthat you're getting from those
individuals, when I work with myone-on-one clients, I can
actually get down to who'ssending you that negative energy
If spirit is ready to releasethat information.
But most of the time we candefinitely get to the bottom of
(21:12):
where this is coming from If theperson decides to dig into that
a little more.
There are some clients thatdecide they don't want to know
at all.
So once you're done, step fourwould be to dispose of it with
respect and gratitude, andthat's where I put salt on it to
cut all those cords.
That or you can put dirt or youcould just put it all in the
(21:35):
trash after you're done.
This is worth the wiggle Withthe sage if you're burning
something like Palo Santo insmoke, you can just make sure
you put it out.
There are times where I've leftit like a little bit on and then
it starts kind of to do moresmoke and the last step here is
to reflect, hydrate, rest, because your body is shedding
(21:55):
those layers and that is deepwork that you are doing, and so
just make sure you're able to dowhat you need to do.
There are times where I see myclients cry.
I actually cry as well when I'mdoing it on myself If there's
something that I like purgedright, that I really released.
I would also recommend not toobsess about the results or what
(22:20):
came through.
The shift is felt more thanit's seen.
So honor your body and whatyou're going through and what
you feel afterwards.
So honor your body and whatyou're going through and what
(22:44):
you feel afterwards.
Most of the time, my clientsfeel like the sense, and that's
where we can dig in a littlemore on what's going on with
them and what's coming through, because it's not necessarily
what's being sent over to you.
It's also what you're workingthrough internally and I'm able
to pick up on that information.
So don't stress over doing itright.
(23:05):
The power is in the intentionand presence.
Your spirit will know exactlywhat to do.
Remember that the limpia is aconversation between you and
your soul, so don't worry aboutdoing it perfect.
Your intention is more powerfulthan any technique.
So open up that sacred spaceand let it be simple for you and
incorporate it when you see fitor when you remember about it,
(23:27):
because then that probably meansit's time.
I get surprised on what comes upfor my clients and for myself
when I do this practice and theemotional healing that occurs
and it brings in that spiritualcleansing.
But the emotional part issomething that is tangible in a
way because we can express ittangible in a way because we can
(23:51):
express it right the love withthe hug, the crying, with the
sadness or something tragic thatcomes up to help process these
things.
And that's where I walk throughwith my clients on this the
limpia supporting that traumarecovery, and it helps regulate
the energy and we walk throughthe emotions and sometimes it's
(24:14):
a lot for a person to helpprocess, because we don't really
carve out the time.
I'm guilty of this too, whereno, estoy muy ocupada, no puedo.
But it's really important tolike tap into yourself, give
yourself that space and thatpermission to see what's coming
up.
And so, with doing the limpia,it helps you release without
needing to rehash necessarilythe past.
El pasado.
Como diría una amiga, el pasadoya pasó.
(24:36):
The past is the past, it'salready passed.
And I know it's so tempting tokind of rehash the past, dwell
on it and try to figure out okay, am I feeling this way?
Who's out to get me?
But those thoughts don't serveus.
And so I remember recently, whenI went to a family gathering
(24:56):
and I forgot to put on mybracelets and so I felt
vulnerable, and that's when Istarted noticing afterwards,
when I came home, my head hurt.
I felt that I couldn't shake itoff.
I took medicine, and I evenforget about my limpias as well,
or I try to baby myself until Ineed one.
And I even have migrainemedicine, because before I
(25:19):
learned this practice, I went tothe doctor and he's like, okay,
you have migraines, here you go.
And so this medication that Itake it's supposed to cut the
migraine within an hour, or if Itake Excedrin tension headache,
that would also cut it.
But this time around I tooksome of that Excedrin and wasn't
cutting it.
And so I did the limpia andeven though I couldn't shake it
(25:42):
up before, I let the egg kind ofsit there for a while and, yeah
, it was very cloudy at the topand there was a lot of strings
and there was a lot of thingsthat were happening in my egg
reading and the amount of relief, especially with my headache,
was huge.
And these are the moments whereI reconnect with my body and my
(26:03):
intuition and I just do somebreathing exercises because it
causes me to be super present inmy body and start to read
what's going on instead ofignoring and everyone knows I'm
really good about staying busyand ignoring my things,
especially here at home, and mybest practice now is whenever I
(26:23):
do a limpia on someone else.
That's where I have to do theserituals for myself, just to
feel okay and cleanse thatenergy from me, because I do end
up picking up some or else Ifeel like a truck hit me, like a
bus hit me and it doesn't feelall that great.
I do feel all those ailments ofmy body hurts, my headache
comes on and I feel like legitsick.
(26:45):
I thought it was and I wouldeven go to the doctor thinking
it was like COVID or something, and get tested and everything
would come out negative.
But once I do this cleanse onmyself, that's where I feel that
relief instantly.
I always say the goal isemotionally to be at neutral.
So ni muy tan tan, likepositive, right or muy negative.
(27:09):
We want to make sure that weare conscious and intentional
and aware of our emotions so wecan help process them as we go
through the day.
Give yourself permission forfive minutes, like sit on the
potty, go through the motions ofbreathing, like the breaths in,
hold it for four, and then fourbreaths out, and then hold it
(27:32):
out for four, and then do thatthree times and it should be
super relieving.
Um, just to again back totapping into the body that or I
always say run your hands tocold water if you need to kind
of regulate yourself becauseyour nervous system or your
stress, or especially when I'mworking, there are times where I
(27:53):
get like super passionate, let's just say, about my work
and I need to kind of chill.
Right, so I either go for awalk if the weather is nice or
time permitting, or washing thehands really works it helps
regulate your nervous system.
Or washing the hands reallyworks it helps regulate your
nervous system.
I hope that these tools helpyou out and that way you have
(28:14):
something in the back pocket incase you need it.
So, in part, healing is not justabout feeling better.
It's about returning home toyour truth.
So I want you to reclaim yourpower, and these are ancestral
tools that helped me out for somany years that I wanted to
share them with you.
You are not a loco or a locafor being sensitive to energy.
(28:35):
That's a gift to have thatawareness in your body and be
able to identify it when you getto that point.
That is such a gift to yourself.
Honor yourself for how faryou've come where you are in
this given moment.
It's not easy living your life.
You have so much going on, somany different things
(28:55):
responsibilities, family,friends, work and I don't mean
only paid work, I mean if youwork at home, like you are a
caregiver.
That in and of itself is a lotof time and I commend you for
that, because that is a 24-7 job.
Make sure you celebrateyourself in whatever form that
(29:18):
fits you and give yourself thatspace and pat yourself on the
back because you should be proudof where you're at right now.
Reclaim that power, have thatpower, feel that power because
you are a chingona chingon.
Using limpias is not justspiritual, it's revolutionary.
It says I trust my body, Itrust my roots and I honor my
(29:41):
ancestors by doing thingsdifferently.
Embody that you are the personyou need to be, that things are
working for you, not against you, that God, divine universe is
conspiring to give you all thatyou need, all that you want, one
step at a time.
You just have to learn to bepatient and do what you're
feeling called to do deep downin your gut.
(30:02):
And if nobody else says it, I'mproud of you.
I'm proud of you for being here.
I'm proud of you for showing upevery day as the best version
of yourself, and someone needsto hear this.
You are capable of doing so muchgreater things than you think
you are, and trusting yourselfis the first step.
I know often I got said just doit scared right.
(30:24):
Take that first step, but onceyou cross that threshold, you
initiate.
That's your birthright is tohave everything that you can
possibly imagine and it'salready out there for you.
It's just waiting for you tocall it into your reality.
And I'm not just referring tothe material things.
I also am referring to thatpeace, that joy.
(30:46):
For me it's sitting out in myporch and when the sun is out,
and feeling that light, thatsunlight beam on my face that,
for me, brings me so much joy.
Incorporate that gratitudepractice, because gratitude is
definitely one of the powerfultools for you to have on a daily
(31:07):
, and be grateful for the thingswe do have and not necessarily
focus on the things we don'thave, because we don't have them
yet.
But they are coming and theyare on their way.
And I'm a fair believer thatGod, divine universe, will give
you what you need and knows whatyou need and when you need it.
(31:29):
Ask for what is more convenientfor you, because we don't even
know what's more convenient forus.
There might be something aroundthe corner that we don't see
yet.
The oracle card reading fortoday is from the Mystical
Shaman Pocket Oracle by AlbertoVilloldo, colette Barron-Reed
and Marcela Lobos.
(31:50):
This card is number 47, theSmoky Mirror, the essence.
The Smoky Mirror represents theaspects of what is implied yet
cannot be immediately known inthe world the mystery of how
things come together and howthey fall apart without obvious
causality.
This symbol also represents theshadow of the human psyche, the
(32:10):
parts of the self that onedisowns.
The smoky mirror can alsorepresent a state of denial, or
the inability or refusal to seethe truth.
The Invitation when the symbolof the smoky mirror appears,
you're invited to see beyondyour own self.
Acknowledge that, past thelimits of your current ability
to perceive, there is a vast, interconnected world where
(32:32):
events are orchestrated indivine order by challenging to
fully grasp.
Now is the time to trust that,no matter what the current
conditions of your world reflect, in the hidden realms all
aspects of the human journey arecelebrated the beauty, the
darkness, the misery and thecourage.
No matter where you are on yourjourney.
(32:52):
Know that some things are meantto be a mystery, which you are
meant to understand only throughexperience.
Take heart, for the smokymirror will ultimately show you
beauty and wonder, once the foglifts the distortion.
You see now the medicineUnderstanding the shadow of the
human journey requires that yougo deep into your story to
(33:13):
discover the wound that preventsyou from seeing the truth of
your current situation, yourfears and expectations of
disappointment and unworthinessmay be clouding your capacity to
see the potential in yourselfand others.
The smoky mirror may be showingyou things you don't want.
As a result of yourconditioning, these can become
even more real, but only becauseyou are making it so.
(33:35):
The choice is yours.
The world will hold youaccountable for what you see and
create.
Can you see through the eyes oftruth and faith instead?
Sometimes you go through lifeseeing that fog right in front
of us and we can only see.
Sometimes we can't even seethat white line when we're
driving.
If you've driven before and itis super scary Kind of reminds
(33:58):
me of the time that we went toColorado and we were on our way
to Aspen and Siri sent us on ascenic route versus the highway,
which I didn't know was theother route.
It was absolutely stunning butvery scary that I thought we
were almost going to die and Ilove to drive, so that was
definitely an experience for me,but it was a gut-wrenching
(34:19):
drive all the way until we gotto our final destination, and so
going through those feelingsand emotions, it is terrifying.
But once you get to the otherside, that's when you know it
was worth it because you gainedexperience, knowledge that no
one else in this world can giveyou.
Don't be blinded by the rightnow, right here.
(34:41):
Have that big pictureperspective.
Take a step back and enjoy theartwork that you've constructed
Brick by brick.
You're building your path, you're on this journey and I'm
here on this journey with you aswell.
